I usually recharge online on the site ideacellular.com for my 3G idea netsetter with number [protected]. On 7/6/2015 the previous gprs validity was over, so I recharged it the next day 8/6/2015 at 7:00 am with unlimited 3G pack of 3GB costing Rs. 646/-, but after I typed in the OTP for confirming the transaction, the site said 'transaction was not complete' and asked whether to 'recharge again' (the transaction Ref. No. was IG0ADNCGX8). I waited for 1/2 hour and recharged again with the same 3G unlimited 3GB pack (transaction Ref. No. was IG0ADNDEO9) at 7:33 am, this time the site said the transaction was complete. So I waited for the GPRS pack to be activated for the second transaction and then came two each messages on my tablet for both transactions about the payment received and about GPRS activation. Now I am finding that only one pack has been activated because after 3GB now the net is below 80kbps speed( I planned to finish atleast 3gb because I dint want to lose entire 6 GB). What about my other 3GB? I want it for the following month. Or should I recharge again, that should be a great loss for me because with Rs. 948/- I could have made recharge for 6gb. Or is it that this loss comes with the online recharge. Should not have said "Transaction not complete" when it was going to completion. Please activate the second transaction.

Hi Idea, I did not see any change. No update of recharge on my idea number even after 10 hours and 50 minutes after the message about resolving was sent to me. Please do the recharge of 3G unlimited pack worth Rs. 646/-

    Fraudulently over charging, misbehaviour and disrupted services without any notice

    I had been using idea postpaid connection on my mobile No. [protected]. A plan worth Rs.399/- was activated on this number. I was using this connection for making calls and I used its free data only for emergency situations as I have wifi at both my home and workplace. But the company charged me for Rs.5023.40 for the month of March 2015. On enquiring they told me that I was charged this much because o[censored]sing internet connection from 22/3/2015...

    I recently ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Idea Karnataka ...the port in happened on the 7th of June 2015...since then i realised ISD and Call conferencing facility is not available on my number...i raised a request for both...to which i received a response both can't be activated at the same time...which is highly ridiculous...i even paid a 1000 rs for deposit for ISD calls activation...they confirmed after removing call conferencing it would be activated in 2 hrs time...it dd not take affect till 12th June, just to realise that my National Roaming has also been disconnected!!! on the 8th of June i got a call from the customer service rep called Pratiksha that both the issues would be resolved, but alas..its 12th of June and all i have on my phone now is STD and call conferencing ...no ISD and NR...its highly unprofessional and feels like we are in the 19th century where even after paying money services are unavailable for almost 5 days?       I recharged with RC 197 on June 07 2015, then I receive a SMS that I am recharge with 197rs that is unlimited 2g data and with 28 days validity but after 2days I receive a SMS that your complimentary 3g data is over to enjoy 3g services recharge with RC25, then I recharged with 25rs and now it is saying that you have no internet balance what the f... Is this?

          I am sharath i have ported to TATA DOCOMO to IDEA Last week And i received a conformation Message form Idea (1901) that my Services will be activated on 11/06/2015 @ 00.29 AM Till here this was good. But on 10/06/2015 My TATA DOCOMO Services was Stopped and Idea Services as Well, i tried contacting your Customer Care There was a pathetic response from them and when i tried going to the Store which is located in Bowenpally, Secunderbad, they said that it is activated but iam unable to receive any Kind of Signals Please do the needful as early as possible. and please do contact me on my friends number [protected] for any clarifications.

          You guys have activated my Number but the Problem Started again there is no Incomming !!!
          Surprisingly when i call CC they Said 2 hrs . on 1st call, 5 hrs. on second call And refused to take complaint !!
          as this was a first day of my connection they cant take complaint it seems !!
          Just a while ago i was speaking to 198 whose name is Rajini Paidi who is the manager was taking complaint against Network Error !! This is the worst service ever seen !!
          And bottom line is my incoming calls/texts are not yet activated plsss contact me on [protected] or let me know if it is fixed or Not if Yes what time it will take !!

          Its been already 6 Days Suffering from Idea Services !! And please let me know if there is any way to port out to other Service providers because i can see how im gonna experience IDEA !!!

            I have ported my mobile no [protected] from BSNL to Idea on 04/06/2015 and paid Rs 100 for the sim card the dealer had told me that on activation you will get the amount of Rs 100 as balance. My mobile got ported and activated on 11/06/2014 morning 10.00 AM but till evening 8.00 PM I had not received the balance, I had to make some urgent calls and messages as such I had recharged it with Rs 77.00 . On 12/06/2015 I went to the Idea dealer and asked for the balance, He told me that once you had recharged it so now it is not possible to get the FRC balance. I request you to please get back the balance amount to me.

              last month from date 29/05/2015 to 7/06/2015 company have stolen approximately Rs.700/-, what the hell company doing this stupid things. when I am calling for the clarification only call is transferring from one person to another and my money is deducting from my balance.why Idea have such a worse service system?? why money is being stolen???.why there is no clarification???? I am shyam padhi Mob no : [protected]- MP [protected]- Delhi Now i am staying in Ujjain. Tried to call Ujjain costumer service center. only once one person receive call and then transfer. same time money was deducting from my balance. this is very bad. please improve your service system and fire your lazy emplyees and do not deduct money when one Idea costumer is calling to IDEA service center for help .

                  I have given request to replace 3g service from 2g in my phone on dated 20th May 2015, however, during last one month nor I am able to use this service despite making dozens of complaint via phone and email to customer care executive. But none was interested to address the issue rather more inclined to somehow pass the time so that they can make the charges of 3g in bill cycle. Earlier they informed me due to poor network signals and density this issue is being facing further they assured me that executive will visit to my home and check the problem physically but after making commitment thrice none came to my home. And now even they are not interested to entertain the request and whenever I made new complaint they closed the communication id by themselves without addressing the issue Most of the time 3g switches to 2g automatically and all the work doing on internet become unusable and even after some time this 2g service disappear and "No service" tag came on phone screen. I am now extremely frustrated that some of important call drop during recent past due to their poor service. I seriously thinking now to switch with another better network service provider, even past also IDEA uses its cheap tactics in my another number where they forced me to use internet service for almost 9 months for which I never made any request and only I knew how I get rid from it.                   Surprisingly as per your instant mail (request number C1-[protected]), now you are asking to pay me for the 3g rental on non pro rata basis. How you can make the charges for the services you are not able to providing. According to your customer care executive you are about to upgrade the network the different region of Delhi-NCR. Further, I had never make any request for deactivation I have asked in my all mails to take back your service which was ensured me by your executive through mail that if the requisite service wouldn't provided than it would take back at free of cost.

                  Now, instead taking back of services smartly it has been deactivated so that charges can be made. Its highly unfair and bad business practices. I request you to address the issue properly and either provide me complete 3g service of take back it at free of cost.

                  it had been activated on my request but 3g service was never provided,
                  your internet automatically switches to 2g instantly and after some time
                  all the services get disappeared. This 3g service you are being
                  providing is totally unusable and what to do when I am doing some work
                  on internet and suddenly my all work lost due to interruption on
                  internet service.Further,
                  I have never requested for deactivation rather the mail sent to you was
                  for taken back your services (not for deactivation), it clearly meant
                  that when your network is not self-sufficient to provide uninterrupted
                  3g service than how you can be charged for the same.Its
                  ridiculous and totally unfair, I have already write this matter on
                  social networking site and after-that your executive assured me that
                  this issue would taken care after bill generation and surprisingly now
                  you are asking the charges for the services which never been provided.
                  This service was taken by your good-self intermediately when I forced to
                  take back your service, please be remember that there is difference
                  between deactivation and "taken back your service".I hope that good sense will prevail and you shall take back your unfair 3g service charges

                  It surprised to see that repeatedly you are asking to pay for the service you were unable to provide and why should I pay for it??.

                  From 20th June till the day when the service was deactivated by yourself, I never get 3g service which in my all follow-up mails chivy. I have also all telephonic call recording where your executive accepted that after bill generation the issue will resolved and none would charge if the proper 3g service not provided. Than how now you can deny from the same???

                  Please check the following mail sent to me since 3g service activation request made on 20th June 2015 and by gone through these mail you would like to know that never your team were able to resolve the problem till full bill cycle. It also prove my claim that I never get uninterrupted 3g service and whatever work I had did on internet through concilitate on poor 2g service.

                  After regular harassing by IDEA people I was forced to pay unethical demand which was never justified, however, now I decided to port the service to some reputed service provided.


                  Further, I don't know why IDEA team don't understand that by using these cheap tactics they are loosing the 10 year old customer, only good can help where a reputed Birla Group company being handling in such unorganised way.

                    My name is Ankush Garg. I have been using your idea service for several years. But most of the time you r company cheat with me. Yesterday I did a recharge of 13 rs on [protected] number. In that recharge your company gives 2 day validity of internet with 65 mb. Today is the 2nd day and when I tried to use my rest of the pack it didn't work. I checked the validity of my net pack and it showed that validity of my pack has been expired. You can check it on your system. It has happened to me several times. And your company has cross the limit. For this I am going to port my number to other company. Either refund my amount otherwise I have my options open by changing the company

                      I get really bad 3G internet service, they should set a minimum speed not just data limit and higher speed limit but minimum speed limit as well or else they should cloose the company if they cant run it properly, and stop fooling people with this new IIN adds.

                        Hello, I'm Suresh patel. My idea postpaid no. Is [protected]. I'm sorry to say that but you have no value of customers. Because I complained agianst billing and plan fraud before 2 moths ago. But still no action. My concern is I was port in idea postpaid in march there is one incident your reprenstative give me wrong about 499 rs. Plan and also take 300 rs. Deposite and say that every month 100 rs. Of deposite added in to your bill. Please give my all money back otherwise I will take against you in consumer forum for fraud. I also do so many complaints and even mailed also appellate. But since no resolution and now they say that that plan was cug plan. I have a evident which attached with this mail. See 499 rs plan and also see title that is mnp plan not cug plan and now you say that that was cug plan how it's possible? I hope you understand my cocern.

                          1. I had recharged with rc197 unlimited offer from paytm on 21st may. 2. I got a recharge of rc16 on this 9th june which i didnt recharged. 3.I called to customer care and asked about the issue on the same day on 9th. She said no problem sir, i think its a offer came from network your 197 offer will be continue aftet this rc16 pack. And i asked her is it for sure.she said yes 4. And now today the offer was over and the amount was deducted from main balance. 5. I called to customer care before - one guy said that your rc197 volume was over so balance is deducted and offer was completed - another guy said that will connect to suppervisor and call was disconnected. 6. I dont know whats going on, one guy is telling volume was over.but here its a unlimited pack.i said its due to rc16 so rc197 was disconnected.he even dont know that. 7. I[censored] want i will show u all my paytm recharge list.i always recharge from paytm. 8.without recharging how can u disconnect the offer. 9. Its so shame of on your network. I am seriously telling to everyone about this and will make others not to choose idea.

But when check my call rate 35/minute std and local more then 70 paisa /minute. I have call to idea customer care but they told me, then cannot change my call rate. I have used most of the case calling local call, i have a message after recharge in my mobile by company for change local call rate 40/minute.                                 hi Team, FYI.. i have discussed with customer executive three time for my mobile network data its not not working properly in that i not able to resolve my issue can you please take some action or other wise please disconnect my network in Idea i am planned to move some other network like vodafone or some other networks

                                    hi .. i have recently purchased a new idea prepaid connection from your store in sector 35 chandigarh. As per suggested by the official there, i waited for 3 hours for my sim to get activated. alas nothing happened. Finally i decided to revisit the store and on inquiry she told me that sir please wait for another 3 hours. we would certainly activate your sim. When i asked for a contact number of the store she refused. Now it has been over 3 days and still my sim is not active.
