    Dear Team, I was an idea postpaid mobile user and was very comfortable using the services. I had corporate plan which consisted of monthly rental of 99 Rs. I also took monthly Internet plan which had 99 Rs as rental. My monthly uses never went beyond 400. Suddenly I got a notification in the month of April that my Internet uses have exceeded the limit provided to me! And I was called to pay 1500 Rs to continue the services. It was very shocking as I don't use my Mobile net so much because I have wi-fi at home. I asked for the details but idea was not ready to provide me with the details and instead they stopped my services... even before my bill was generated. I suffered a lot due to this move because I was not able to make or receive calls for 2 days. Then I had to shout at the customer care executive to start my services. Meanwhile, disappointed with the services, I ported my no. to airtel. And then I got the overdue bill of 1900!! For the services that I never used. It showed day n night use of my Internet which is not possible at all. And still idea is harassing me badly by calling again and again. Even they have told airtel to withdraw my services. Sony I request you to look into the matter and stop idea from harassing me because I don't want to pay bills for services I haven't used.         am using idea mobile services for 7-9 years. 2 years before i changed to post paid. I am using internet services too in mobile but only wats aap. In the month .of April my bill has come worth Rs5996 But i used only 1.5 gb data that shows in my mobile as well as in your bill. Idea pupil charged 4500 Rsfor 1.5 gb. But idea charges only 250rs per gb But customercare team never mentioned me regarding this huge charges. 3-4 months before also same thing happened but they given me waiver offer because it was their mistake. Now calls and sms comes from customer care for forcing to pay the bill. Actually these pupil never disclose about their charges and cheated my like hell. By this bill my family budget affects worsely. These type of activities are agaist business laws and ethics This may lead to loose loyal customers. Even by my recommend or leads only ideas executives got5/6 postpaid customers I discussed with them regarding this bill and they are also waiting for the reply from idea. But still i hope since it is not due my mistake i may get favour in this case.. I had submitted thiscomplaint 12days before but no reply from idea till date Thanking you, Arun Gangadharan

          I have subscribed to Idea prepaid connection with an aim to access 3G internet plan. I have been facing terrible issues with network coverage. First of all, Idea doesn't have its not coverage and uses Vodafone network for 3G plan in Chennai. 99% of the times, my 3G works on Vodafone in city area. While I go to work to Oragadam, there is no network coverage and hence rendering the connection completely useless. It becomes extremely difficult and unmanageable in such a situation. I had to but Airtel connection to support me while at work. I would recommend all consumers not to buy Idea connection at all in Tamil Nadu.

            Dear Idea, I have already paid rs 855 but today is my outgoing service disconnected, I have talk with miss priyanka but she cant help me and she talk rudely, I have asked to her senior but she did not connect to her senior, First of I have already register complaint regarding unwanted bill charges but still time not clear my issue, kindly revise my bill & start my outgoing service immediately, because of these service activate without my confirmation, and I have immediately sent stop msg that particular phone no. but particular service was not discounted, same day I have call to 12345 register complaint regarding that service & request disconnected these service immediately, But service was not disconnected so why are I am paying extra 100 rs. I will not pay that extra amount you charge me. Kindly start my outgoing service immediately otherwise I will be take serous Legal Acton.

              Respected AUTHORITY I hereby want to convey my problem that i have been financially and mentally exploited by IDEA telecom services. I am using idea prepaid sim, [protected] for which i had recieved a call to get into postpaid plan, after i registered with submission of 200 inr, photos and all ids required, they are exploiting me for two month regarding the service change and they didn't even verified my address here and submitted illegitimate report of wrong addresaddress after a month of asking they finally say that they will get it done by today but That today never comes and now I want to file a case of harrassment to idea.                 I have 3 CUG postpaid mobile connections having number [protected], [protected] and [protected] . On Mob. No [protected] my bill plan is PSP 137.5-20K Corp-NGN2106. On 02.06.2015, I was shocked to see my bill of May 2015 for Rs. 2402/- including Rs. 1739 as internet usage charges. I have not activated any internet plan on this mobile which was activated forcefully as done earlier without my consent which I stopped after so many requests. I rushed to idea office but they did not listen to my complaint and was asked to call on customer care. When I call at 16.04 dt. 02.06.2015 to Ms Arti, Monika, and Mr. Sarouv, but they could not resolve my problem My credit limit was also enhanced without my consent to Rs. 3000/- without my consent I am deeply pained and frustrated because of insensitive and fraudulent behavior of IDEA. It will not be possible for me to pay such a huge amount because I am a serviceman and not using internet for idea. How am I responsible for a wrong bill amount and why should I pay for mistake in your side. And you are calling me to pay the bill. Is customer responsible for mistake on your side? Do you think customer should pay whatever amount you are telling. It is therefore requested to waive off my internet bill for which I am not responsible otherwise I will surrender my all three connections.                   Dear Sir/madam, I have been a loyal customer of idea cellular for quite some time now and have been paying bills on time, with out defaulting however my due date is last date of every month but since i get paid on the same day, at times may be just twice or so i have delayed my payment by a day.However now the concern is, for the first time my unbilled amt reached the credit limit and when i asked for the break up they were able to clarify well i'm not disputing it, but in return they have disconnected my out going.Well i did speak to the customer service as i had recently paid the bill of 2203, and was willing to pay the amount once the bill is generated also i asked them if they could waiver some amount as i have referred close to 12 people to idea, i had told them its very important for me to have an out going as my wife was expecting and her due is around the corner, and my relative was unwell and having an out going was very important.I was told by the agent that it'll be escalated.But to my dismay they have even blocked my incoming call as well.When asked i was told that they have no info as to why its was blocked and it was blocked by the fraud dept, Cuz of idea's lethargic and atrocious service i was not able to get the news of my relative passing away. When i called up all i get is the stone cold apologies.Apologies are not any good any more when i don't get to see my dear aunts face. I was ok with not having outgoing but was able to manage with inbound.Nut with no inbound and outbound i seem to have been cut off from rest of the world.

                      Dear Team, This is to inform you that i m using your number from last 2 months ([protected]) .and i m facing some issues from your network side. 1) Not able to make out going call from my number-[protected] when i file the complaint on your idea store uttam nagar contact person number[protected] store number he is not helping me instead of helping he shouting on me and do for youu want to do.really i dnt think these type of agents you hire for your customers. They dnt know how to treat with the customers they look like completely illitrate they think they have the power to harrase customers any time. I m really dissppoint from your services and dont want to go with your IDEA services in future as well also i cant recommend any one to buy any kind of services from IDEA. i deposited 500 rs as a security at the time of buying new number please refund my money. Otherwise i have to file case in consumer court because of your pathetic services illitrate employees a i m not able to touch with you in future.

                        Dear Sir/Mam, I am not sure if this is the way it has to eb done to surrender Post paid SIMS. I have two connections(Rajasthan circle) and have moved to Noida 4 months back. Customer care is informing me that i need to surrender the SIM Card only in Rajasthan.This is a little baffling and annoying. Person cannot be asked to travel back to earlier circle just to surrender a SIM. Please consider these numbers for deactivation. Unnecessary payments are made every month.Solicit help to stop this nuisance.                           Dear concern, I made a request from postpaid to prepaid my idea no. [protected] on 27/05/2015 at our idea store, opp. veterinary hospital, railway station road, Kapurthala office under the guidance of one of your executive Mandeep / Sonia. she called me on 27/05/2014 from her number [protected], and she told me to meet her at his office at idea store, opp. veterinary hospital, railway station road, kapurthala, 144601. then i visit that store, where she is not present, then i called her on his given number from your idea store executive. i said that i am not able to find there, then she said she is working with back office at jalandhar. then i made my payment of rs. 1125.00 ( rs. 900 of last two months bill +rs.200 for postpaid to prepaid conversion charges + rs. 25 for new prepaid sim. after that she said she will log my call and it will take maximum 48 hours. then i called her after 48 hours on[protected], then she said she logged my call on 28/05/2015 instead of 27/05/215. the again i called her on 30/05/2015, then she said it will be active by 30/05/2015 evening at any cost. but again there is nothing happened, then i continuously make calls or messages to her but she is not responding either on call or message. i am really so much harassed with this, i can't told you how much i m disturbed with this such a non serious service provided by your executive. it is really a shameful act shown by ur executive. these type of executives are really a concern for ur company's prestige. it is really a disappointing service. kindly look into this.                               I have been charged a Bomb for my March month bill on Internet. In-spite of calling 25 times there is no solution. Every time the costumer care guy comes up with a new funda.My calls have been barre due to non payment of bills. I am a customer for last 8 years. I think Idea company works exact opposite to there vision.

                                  I am really upset with my idea 3g connection which I took last month. The company is not capable of providing speed it has promised during giving connection. I have also purchased 3G net setter dongle which is now a wasteful investment. My Idea no. is [protected] Expecting any favour from this company is also waste of time.                                         I use to recharge the 3G plan to access the internet and this time I have recharged my number with 1500 rs plan but the problem is that I am still not getting the normal 3g speed. The speed of 3g is too slow. I am using the number in the area manjalpur in vadodara. Idea also not providing the 3g downloading speed. I am very much frustrated with them. Now what one can do to get the good internet access. Today its a big problem with all networks and they are just looting the public by making fool of them. They are increasing net plans rate and on the other hand decreasing the speed and sometimes the speed is too worst that even it does run with 2g speed and I have face serious problems while doing my office works. Please take action against them otherwise they will continue to cheat people in this way
