I would like to inform you that there is a mobile tower in the side of my house and it is extiremely close to my house. The machinery of it cooling fans and genset makes havey noise day and night (non stop). Due to the disturbance and noise my family and nabours are not able to sleep sir please do some thing about this. Dear sir, I have a idea postpaid no of delhi circle.I applied for change of circle from Delhi to UP west( Uttarakhand).Company is irritatating me by asking about change of network and giving missed calls.however I confirmed that I am not changing Network I still want to stay in idea two or three times.on 28th dec I received at least 20 missed calls. Hello, I have still not received any update from idea and when i am trying to contact the customer care people they say your sim is blocked and we cant do anything.i spoke to mr. Shahid he is senior person and mr. Deepak and also one named arihant or arvind all of them were useless and were just trying to fool around. I have 4 more connections of idea i will never ever use idea anymore and will discard the sim once the balance will be over because of such useless behaviour. Even customer care people are not willing to help. I have recharged every month on my sim but when i went to idea showroom they said that you have not recharged your Sim since 90 days and when i asked them to check the transaction they said they will not be able yo provide me the information. I do have the recording as well and will wait till 2 days else i need to go for further to action. As this is a major concern and company is not even bothered to take care of it. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible else this will be highly escallated. Hi, I contacted customer care on 22nd December for converting my 2G pack with 3G. It was done but without telling the charges which is horribly too much. And one SMS pack was also activated without any request. Your customer service person didn't mention the charges for 3G service. It was hidden and for this month my bill is rs1300. This is highly unprofessional. If I had been told about the charges definitely I wouldn't have opted for that. It was done without any confirmation. I want these charges to be reversed. I will apply for portability for sure once I come back to my network area. Every month they charge too much but this time it is too much. If this is the way to give service which is highly unmatched for the charged price, definitely you are going to loose lot of customers. If these charges are not reversed will have to go to consumer forum. And your customers service person told the price of pack for free incoming call in roaming as Rs. 45, whereas rs. 75 have been charged for the same in bill. Don't cheat people like this.

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter to inform you that I leave in area where there is no network coverage and there are about more then 500-550 people & student who uses cell-phone in a same village. Hi, my name is Sooraj AR.. I just reacharged my idea sim with 1 GB 3G data... The speed of the so called "3G" is like 2G. Very slow.. Can't even open google.com!! It takes like 3 minutes to load Google! Really intolerable!

Dear Sir, Some charges of Rs. 180.00 is charged in my mobile no. [protected] (bill no. [protected]) in respect of Subscription Service, which are never used by me. As & when, we have click on website, sms received that some service activated. I have response immediately to deactivate these services. This charges activated without my consent & knowledge. Only hit on website, these charges is charged. This is wrong & illegal. Idea services is not authorized to charged such charges on behalf of 3rd person from my account without my willingness and knowledge. Hence, it was requested to Idea services to revert back the charges but Idea services is refuse to revert back of charges. But I am not satisfied with the replay, not to refund the illegal / wrong charges. I have already told that I have never use the above mentioned services. When I browse the internet, these type of charges is automatically charged, without my knowledge or confirmation. I have came to know only when an SMS received regarding the charges and I have at once stop these services through replying in SMS. Copy of bill is also enclosed for your reference please. It is also brought your kind notice, prior this idea network, I have Airtel Connection and in this airtel connection, there is no any such type of problem, there are no such type of automatic charges. Than, why this type of problem with your idea connection. Hence, it is once again requested to please revert back of these type of charges and in future no such type charges is charged through bills.

HI I had recently chrged(25 Dec 2015) for 49/- to get 200 mb data package i also had a bal of 130/- in my account, in a matter of 10 mins not only did my full 200 mb finish also 130/- TT also diapperared. I have been using this sim for 3 months and never did i get any issues like this. Again on the same day, i charged for 149/- to get 1 GB, i had only switched on the net for 1 hr and was recieving only watsapp msges...and my 1 gb gt reduced to 200MB in jus 1 hr!!!and in 2 dys its only 70 MB left. I usually use 300 MB package for a week . IDEA CELLULAR ROBBED ME BLIND of All the recharge i did during xmas Usually high peak times are intimated to user before time i dunno wats the matter but deeply dissapointed with loosing my money. Even another user complained o the same issue.

I have recharged Rs.49 on Idea Andhra Pradesh Mobile Prepaid number [protected] as per the offer shown with USSD *121*9# for 1 GB Night Pack. But another pack was activated on[protected] at 00:05 hours. When I contacted with the customer care I was said that 2 types of packs are available for Rs.49/- STV. I was not asked for the option while I was recharged with free charge. Hence I request you to please refund amount by adding talk time at once. How can there be 2 packs with the same denomination???????????? I was in very difficult condition at that night as I have to complete an important assignment.

My name is Dr.Atul Mohta. I have been using Idea cellular services since last 5-6 years. More than a week back I recharged my internet pack using www.ideacellular.com for Rs 199. The balance was deducted from my account and as per the bank statement the payment was received by Idea Cellular but my inter net pack didn't get recharged. When I tried to contact customer care service their response was very irresponsible. Therefore, I was forced to tweet about it. Finally I got some response from them, they asked me to send a copy of my bank trnsaction and accordingly I sent them the details. But since then I havent received any response to my mails or tweets. The also deleted the tweets in which they sent me their email details. This experience has been nothing less than mental harassment on my part. You are my last resort to get me back my hard earned money. I hope you people can help us. Handygo Bollywood Bytes service has been activated on my Mob no [protected] on 26 Dec 2015 at 1955Hrs without any initiation from my side and Rs35 /-were deducted from my account. On confirmation from customer care on 28 dec 15, service executive denied refund and details.

From new sim I'm using unlimited pack of Rs 96 for 1 month. Sunday my plan has stopped . I recharged my number for Rs 96 . And usually i had using my pack from yesterday . suddenly my plan has stopped . for this unlimited pack only I bought 2 new sims . Please activate my offer again . I already complaint to an executive for this problem . he told me . After seeing my usage of that offer He will give that same offer to my number . As he said please activate my unlimited pack . My Idea Mobile No. is [protected] which is in roaming (Bihar) now. I have recharged Rs 71.00 on 13 Dec 2015 for one month roaming free . It is working till 17 Dec 2015 and now today i.e. 28 Dec I received a call then charged 0.45/m but its validity is about 12 Jan 2016. We contact your customer but my problem is not solved . I also select home network but roaming charged 0.45/m.

Before 2 months ago i have got a Idea POST PAID CONNECTION but I did not use it for a minute. But they charge me Rs.4500 as service tax. I don't under stand why they are charging service tax as I don't use the service for a single day or a single minute . As today on the date of[protected] some A.K. Malohtra (Ph No-[protected]) called me and threatened me to pay the balance amount failing which they are filing a legal notice to me from Hazari court.

Bill for my mobile (No [protected]) for Rs 300.11 and due for payment on 27/12/2015 paid from my account[protected] with ICICI Bank, Saibaba Nagar, Mumbai paid on 15/12/2015 through internet banking. But it seems from the numerous messages received it seems that this payment has not been credited to my account. UTR No[protected] dated 15/12/2015. IFS Code of Bank ICIC0001232. Please investigate and advise the status urgently as I am receiving messages threatening disconnection.
