Sir, I ([protected]) tried to activate idea 2G 2gb unlimited plan of Rs 249 but the plan which got activated war 1 gb 3G. I would like idea customer support to please divert it to 2G 2gb UL plan.

Dear Sir, I have been a Idea Post Paid User and I want to discontinue the Post paid service. for that I have visited my idea stores many times, But the Idea People have been denying to do this, the are given excuses, not available SIM card, You have to use 100 Days, you have to visit our main branch, or visit from where you have taken this connection etc.Please my sincere request please consider this comment as a written complain.My Idea Number [protected]

And according to them (Cust Care also) on this plan. 1- 2 GB. 3G DATA 2- 550 MINUTES (L& S) 3- 100 SMS But on Activation I got only 1500mb Data And I Complaint there many time From . After clearing routine bill, on porting out postpaid MOB No. [protected], Idea raises bill and threatens to get the phone disconnected thro the the current service provider (BSNL). when tele tried to contact, the IDea says can;t reply unless the plan or the exact amount of the last bill paid is informed

I am customer of idea since long.In spite of repeated requests my VAS services like Missed Call Alerts, News, Social Book, Masti club, and Video Store are active on my mobile. I tried to stop these services by sending STOP option through SMS to 155223 as specified but nothing happened. The money are deducted from my talk time without my consent which is very serious. Please take cognisance of it and stop this unjust business or otherwise I will have to initiate legal action against you.

With informatiom my sim is block which i was using since last 9 years when i called regarding this purpose your customer telle callar was very rude and she was no willing to help at all very 3rd class service from idea i am going to port my number . my mobile no is [protected].

Dear Sir, I had visited this A S ENTERPRISE IDEA CELLULAR BRANCH MASJID BUNDER KAU GALLI branch today morning, they dont have manners to talk with cusutomer, Mr.Ali the executive is used very bad language with customer and refused to give service and recharge it is happening frequently at this gallery, the staff also not upto mark, they dont have knowledge about service. please take some action against this gallery or we port all my 250 idea no. to other service provider.

Dear sir, I've been a customer of Idea Cellular, Gujarat Circle postpaid Corporate Customer since 13 Years, Recently in the Month of December I've been charged wrongly for the Data usage. As far as I was guided by the CS Team my 3G Data plan is A Unlimited plan so how can u charge for the data usage if you have purchased an Unlimited plan? Now those CS guys are explaining that my data plan is a Limited plan which was changed by the Outbound Team or Backend Dept. Without my Concern... As I am a Corporate Customer I have to mail my Concern regarding modifications with the Number from my registered mail id which I haven't authorised or sent any email regarding by data plan change for the number. still they have changed my plan and charged me with Rs. 10, 000/- appx. Which they are bot ready to take responsibility.. Nor even they care ti help their customer or resolve their complaint.. I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue and waited beyond their max turn around time given by them and they informed and convinced me by promising that I will receive a call back and my complaint will be resolved but unfortunately not a single call back is given..moreover when I called the Customer care they informed me that my complaint was wrongly raised so ni resolutions will be given hiw pathetic.. Sir/Madam I have a prepaid idea mobile no. [protected]. I bought this no. before two or three years in Chandigarh, now I ported it at Panipat, Haryana, at in same company on 2/12/2015, at that time when I given request to idea I have balance at this no. minimum approx Rs 189 to maximum approx Rs.193.Now after porting the no. I have zero balance at this no. When I asked Idea customer care executive they are saying balance cannot be transfer. Even before porting I asked one your customer care executive he confirmed me if in same company I porting balance will remain same and for other company he was not sure as he told me. After this confirmation I went Idea store asked them I want port the no. from chd to panipat they were also agree on the same at that time. Now the are saying balance cannot be transfer. As per law Indian penal act any body can port their no. in any company with all balance, but not dues. Dues will be pay by customer that company whose service customer availed. Regarding this I went idea store approx 11 times please look in to the matter. Otherwise I will be force to go consumer court.

I have taken IDEA 3G SMART WIFI [protected]. Idea plan 4GB per month with promise of 21 MBPS speed. The data card is very pathetic. It gives only 1 mbps and most of the time it is not connecting. The web sites are either not opening or taking too much time. I have complained several times to IDEA. The customer care just checks the setting and said everything is fine. I am frustrated at IDEA service. Already I have paid 3 months plan. This is the 2nd month. It is horrible. Idea customer care is not helping.

My balance of75rs has been deducted from my no [protected] without any confirmation by activating my dala service. Idea customer service provider are not assisting me

My dala deal has been activated without any confirmation and my balance of 75 rs is deducted without my assent. Idea company making fool their customers. Really shocking that customer care service is unable to assist me

I want the nano sim for my mobile.. I live in Visakhapatnam. Very time I go they tell DAT they doesn't have any nano simsnwith them. What should I do to use my sim

I am using internet in idea sim at 11:00 pm i register for mobile internet pack of 50 mb after that at 12 noon of another day i got to know about my balance is deducted upto RS 85 as i am student and this is not first time that my balance is deducted many time my this is there duty to send a proper notification of balance deduction in my inbox of the mobile

NUMBER [protected] HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED WITHOUT MY CONSENT After making a call to the customer care I was told the number was deactivated cos of no transaction made to the number when in reality this is not right looking at the transaction done through my Hdfc account below u can see that its not even 90 days as the customer care says the transaction was not made. The importance to this number is that I am an NRI located in kuwait and the number is linked to various of bank account for otp transaction which is very imp so please look into this as soon as possible.
