MY IDEA POSTPAID NO -- [protected] IDEA SENT ME WRONG BILL ..EXTRA CHARGE RS 94.34 ADDED TO MY BILL. I NEVER ACTIVATED 3G RATE CUTTER OF RS 35 AND PLEASE COUNT CHARGABLE STD PULSE IT SHOULD BE 192 PULSE THEY CHARGE ME FOR 341 PULSE.TOTAL OF RS 94.34 IS WRONG. IDEA CHEATED EVERY TIME I USED IDEA SERVICES.. BILLING PERIOD 06/02/2015 TO 22/02/2015 ..IF THEY CANT DO THIS PLEASE DEACTIVATE MY SERVICE FROM NOW ONWARDS.IDEA SERVICE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT PAYING BILLS..THANKS IDEA..FOR THIS TYPE OF CHEAP SERVICES

I'm using IGate99 Plan and I got 300Local/STD mins then how may it possible..??? First free mins should be deducted and I'm not using above 300 Mins and what about the 3G Rate cutter you activated for Rs 35 and If I got 350 free sms then how you charged for only 8 sms only. It should be deducted from my free 350sms quota.
Please reply to my questions and .Its my kind request again check the bill thoroughly .

I agree for the SMS Charge of Rs 3. Its okay

And Again I want to Know why Idea charged for STD Calls if I got Free mins (pulses) of 300 Local or STD

And Mr Harish (Senior Customer Care Executive) deactivate my 3G Rate Cutter Pack on 23rd Feb 2015 .You have to promised that you're not going to Add any Charges for in the next bill.Because this service is closed now in next billing period. Idea may charge Rs 35 for this.

Here is the confirmation message -

"Dear Customer, Your request for Service Profile Change Order for 3G_Rate cutter [protected]@1p/26kb via C1-[protected] for Mobile No. [protected] has been processed successfully w.e.f 23/02/2015 9:45:31 PM. We value our association and look forward to servicing you."

Please waived off the amt of Rs 126.34 I want to use this number for a long period .

After posting complaint to this site and email communication at last I got 2-3 calls from Idea Maharashtra Officers and they only waived off Rs 35/- for 3G Rate cutter ..They told me to pay the rest amt the difference seen in the next billing cycle.

    I made a request regarding migration of my Idea Postpaid number ([protected]) to Prepaid on 20 Feb 2015. Communication id provided to me was C1-[protected]. Today i.e on 23 Feb 2015 in afternoon my Pospaid number stopped working. I was hoping my new prepaid sim will start working. But it does not happened. Now in evening i got a mail from Idea Customer care that my request is completed and they closed my request. However nothing such happened.       I had applied for a post paid connection and had submitted the relevant documents and money(400/-) on 3rd feb 2015. Till today(23/02/15) I d'nt receive my postpaid connections. Mrs. Suraj Tawde with mobile nos. [protected], had taken the full responsibility of this when I called to follow up. At first he tried to negelect my call, once after great difficulty i was able to get thought to him & tell him my problem, he assured that the process will complete within 3-4 days, but till today its not been done. Also, I have no other way to contact this person or any other idea ppl to follow the status, as they are consistently trying to avoid my call. I want to withdraw my request, as I no longer need any idea postpaid connection. please refund my money as well as my documents

        I have started Idea connection on [protected] from 20.07.2014 through MNP. My bill plan was PMB Emerald GUJ Plan, in which 1GB 3G Internet was free. My bills cycle end at 7th of every month. I received my first 3 bills without any mistake. But in October, I consumed 900MB internet in first 17 days of bill cycle. So on October 25, I started an additional 1GB 3G internet plan @ Rs.250, which also shows in my bill. But this bill plan was deactivated on October 27 by Idea without giving any information to me and next day I received SMS by Idea that “you have consumed 400MB extra internet”. When I complained on 198 then also Idea customer care executive not gave me any proper answer and I have all call recording Then I received bill of Rs 1381 on November 8 and found that I had consumed only 950MB but still it shows 392MB extra usage. Idea gave me only 561MB free data instead of 1GB. Idea has calculated this usage as per 17 days only instead of. Until October 27 whenever I used Internet I had my check free data on my mobile display and this information automatically comes on my mobile display when I switch OFF data connection. Then how can I used extra usage? If Idea would not have shown free internet data on my mobile display then I would not use it. Idea charged me Rs. 402 for this 392MB extra usage. How it was my mistake?Second, I've activated plan on 25th October but after 2 plan was deactivated by Idea. In this plan also free usage (66MB) calculated of 2 days and another 248MB is shown extra usage. When the plan was active the display of my mobile shown free data of 700MB and when this plan was running Idea deactivated it then whose mistake is this? Idea charged me Rs. 254 for this 248MBTotal 402 + 254 = 656 + 82 (service tax) = Rs 738 addition amount in bill. I made complain many times by calling 198 by mail. But everytime I got answer from Idea that all charges levied are correct. I have not paid this bill. So from 26 November Idea stopped all service. It was my official number so I used my personnel phone for all official call and internet. Due to this I decided to do payment for the amount which I used. I made payment of Rs 750 on 4th December. But then also my service was not started by Idea.Idea sent me new bill for the next bill cycle in which I found that my service was stopped from November 26, then also Idea charged me for the whole month and also Idea charged me Rs. 50 for late payment of my last bill. Idea also added last month due of Rs. 632 and total bill amount was 1131, which it totally wrong. This bill should be half monthly rent of Rs 199 + Rs. 25 (all tax) = Rs 224 only. So finally I took a new SIM card from another operator and due to Idea’s mistake had to change my number was 7 years old number.Idea sent me latest bill in February, in which Idea deducted Rs. 18. After my lots of requests also Idea have not removed any single ruppe then after 4 months how Idea found mistake in bill. but still total bill is Rs. 1256. Idea added Rs. 50 for last 3 month.Ideas continuously harasses me by call and by mail and pressurize me for the payment. Idea was not stopped there; Idea sent me advocate notice, which is out of limit. Contact No : [protected], [protected]

        I have called 20times to Idea customer care helpline and also I wrote mail 20 times to Idea. But I got the same response as you wrote above. You are just checking bill and giving answer so please read full complain first and then give answer.

        I know that you are saying same thing from last 3 months and so I changed my 7 years old number. Why should every time I suffer due to Idea mistake? Idea reduce Rs. 18 and just today I received mail that Idea reduce Rs.53. Why you see this mistake after 3 months? Why you can not check it when I complained 20 times by mail and by call. you are giving suggestion to contact Idea customer care helpline. I tried all my best. Recently I wrote mail to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. What should I do next? Please tell clearly with full name and contact details. I am not mad that I directly complained here. I have all the proof in which Idea customer care executive accepted that this was Idea mistake. I will report in police station and produce all proofs. There is no other way to solve my problem. IF you have solution then only write now. Don't write same thing.

        my number [protected] i had activated one day 2G internet pack...but the pack after 13 hours has still not been activated.. so i would request for a refund of the same..the remaining time is not much to utilise the same pack.if the refund is not received, i would file a complaint with consumer court

          To whomsoever it may concern, please reply me back as soon as possible as I am going to port from idea to airtel. From last three month I am getting problem in 3g usage with very low network or no network and now the condition is that I have to search for 3g network.while paying such a big amount in bill but no satisfaction Your staff said change card to micro sim I did that also but same problem .Please do needful if there is problem in my handset than prove me wrong .I will prove that there is no network for 3g and it take away entire phone to zero network TODAY I AM paying for 3g and working on 2g PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER. AS I AM USING IDEA FROM LAST MORE THAN SIX TO SEVEN YEAR AND I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM, AND NOW IT HERTS THAT BEING A PRIMIUM CUST THIS IS MY CONDITION.             I AM IN UP Lucknow for official visit and my no is in roaming, m not using my no but getting more thna 1200 bill every month, it was 250/- plan only . i am using only internet 2G pack in roaming. & few calls in emergency only. Kindly disconnect my connection ASAP or i will not gonna pay a single Rs. There is No proper customer care no available to give request for disconnection in roaming. Worst service i have ever scene.

              RESP SIR / MADAM MY MOB NO IS [protected] . I HAD ACTVATED 2G DATA PLAN ON MY MOB DURING ACTIVATION I RECIEVED FAIL MESSAGE. THEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT U HAD RECHARGED RS 125 THEN AGAIN 125 AFTER FEW SECONDS . PL THINK WHY ANY ONE WILL RECHARGE SAME PLAN WITHIN FEW SECONDS .                 Dear idea, This is bring to your notice on 24th dec'14 in Chennai trade center R.Harikumar [[protected], [protected]]the person sells idea postpaid connection to me as special Christmas offers he said its 349 pack but in the offer its debit monthly 249 only & i also buy that sim when the fist month bill generated its debit 349 i ask the customer care they said from the next month onwards we charge only 249 but now the next month also its debit 349 there is no proper response from them. it is highly cheated if you are not rectified this problem & doesn't replace my cash mean. i will sure posted this all over social media & inform them to not buy this & don't be a fool like me.                   Thisis to bring to your notice that Idea Cellular makes false statements regardingits network / services. Idea Cellular mobile network doesn’t work at all placesin Delhi/NCR. I’ve made several complaints to their executive regarding poornetwork quality but no action has been taken to improve the network/service.Moreover, they charge false amount in the bill. This complaint is related tocharging false amount in the bill for the services I have not used. I’ve alwaysmade the payment of Idea bill on time. The Idea Cellular company has stoppedall services on my Idea number [protected] in Nov-2014 without giving me anyprior intimation and started charging false amount in the bill. I’ve alsowritten a complaint to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but I’ve notreceived any reply from them. Then on 31-Jan-2015, I have received a call fromIdea Cellular executive and he threatened me to pay the amount within 30minutes. They have extorted the amount by threatening me. I’m very muchdisturbed by this behavior of Idea executive. Request you to please look intothe matter and taken action and refund the amount which is extorted from me. I have all mailcommunication with Idea cellular as proofs which can be produced whenrequested.

                    Sir, I have given complaint at idea for deactivation of IVR ( Dial *121# for special offers) while calling the first call of the day. But they told me that this is default for all customers so they can not deactivate the same. I am already on DND and still receiving IVR calls from idea telecom.                       Hey idea, I am from mau u.p. east and idea is the only 3g provider here at my place and i was quite happy with the services as well.i almost use 2gb data on daily basis i[censored] wanna check my no. Is [protected].yesterday when i was using one of your best data pack which is of 46 rs night 1 gb pack.it was all going well suddenly at 4 o clock the net stuck and then it continue till 6 i almost lost my 315 mb data Coz the night pack was only eligible till 6 in the morning. and when it is 6 it starts working fine.may be there was some technical err from your side but it didnt bother me much coz sometime it happens but what most hurt me is when i call to your customer resolution service on 198 the guy named rahul instead of providing me any assistance or sympathy he rebuked me and talke me in such a unprofessional way that hurts me very much..well now i am looking forward to you guys that wether you will provide me some consolation or not or i am lookin straight to change your services to may be some other network...but believe me you will loose a loyal customer.

                        My Balance Deducted without Information, I am here serving my experience about the idea sim which I was brought on 18/2/2015 and this my service was started on 19th Feb 2015. My Idea No. was [protected]. I brought this sim for only internet 3G purpose but he brokes my trust when I was unable to see my remaining data in my sim, I called to customer care again & again but he told that the information are showing on mobile. But there we no remaining data showing in my cell phone. But its fine. After the use of 3G data for 2 days about 500-700 MB Data, I used according to my knowledge. But My Data is finished on 21st Morning about 2- 3 am with remaining balance also. Now I called again to customer care to complain about “Why does my balance deducted” But unfortunately, They Disconnect my call when I called to 198. Due to Zero balance in my cell, I called up to the number 198. Now My question is that How to Get my balance back with 3G data. If Idea is unable to give 3G data then please return my main balance. Because Rs 150 is not a mini. For a common man. How to deal with idea, I don’t know. I am a blogger and give rating to the telecom company, and show my experiences in my website. There is a big fraud matter done with me also then how to deal with a common person who doesn’t able to call or complain about this idea company. My Question was : Not showing 3G Balance then how did I check my remaining balance, and how i use. And they deduct my balance before reaching 1GB. I don’t know why they deduct my Rs 150 main balance also. Is they Loot all customers. I want my money back sir, and this is my last service with idea. I will never be a user of IDEA now. Because First impression is Last impression. They Hurt my Much. So i m here requesting your to give my balance back, for idea, this may be common but for me its a big matter & experience with IDEA.                           Dear Sir/Madam I took a Net Setter advance rental connection(M: [protected]) form idea shop with paying Rs.500 as a security deposit. After 1 month the net setter was not working due to service tax problem. This problem was solved after 1 month. After that some dongle problem it was taken more 15 days, then i contact your customer care representative at vadodara and request to stop this connection immediately. The request was accepted and told me that after completion your advance rental period it will stop but their collection department was doing non-stop disturb. I was visited at Race Cource, Vadodara Branch. After meeting your representative she told me that I was re-request to active this number but it was not truth. So I am requesting you and also requested to your representative the recording of my voice call when i re-request for not cancelling the connection. I again again request you to I have no need this connection. Kindly close this connection. It has already Registration failed, then why you want for bill pay? 1) After the period of my advance rental plan you stopped the sim card.(If i not request to stop the connection then why my connection has stopped? and bill is in continuous process!) 2) 45 days sim blocked due to service tax problem, in where I already paid full payment of advance rental!!! 3) I already register my request to stop this connection which is shown in their system at Race course branch. 4) Rs. 500/- as a security deposit already paid. Then what problem to stop my connection after my request at shop. I also complained this to "customer [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" as per your customer representative on 28.09.2014 but no reply from their end till now except Advocate notice. Advocate notice has sent twice to me. If I not able to case against their 'Dadagiri' then I will lose!!! I repeatedly request to stop this connection and i have no need my deposit amount and nothing any further bill payment. Please solve this matter as earliest.

                            Dear Sir / Mem i am buying a idea post paid connection its No. [protected]. Its connection get me a Rs. 350 Tarrif After that i am active a internet tarrif at Rs. 650. But they will provied me bill at Rs.5400. How is it Possible thats things i am discuss with idea customer care they tell me its be zenuan bill. You paid that amount as soon. After that i am discuss Mr. Rakesh they tell me you pay at Rs. 4200 Then i tell its be not a zenuon bill fristly you provided me a zenuan bill then i pay that amount. But they talk me very misbehave.                                     Hello Sir/Madam, This is Vivek Shrungarpure Idea Cellular postpaid old Customer using the number +[protected] for availing idea cellular services national and international roaming (On and Off). I just want to bring to your notice the mal-practice going on from Idea Cellular end towards me and my number due to which I have been charged with huge bill of Rs. 7500/- (for the month of Jan’15) and around Rs. 9500/- (for the month of Feb’15) and the reason I have been told by Idea Cellular Customer care is these are charges for “Whatsup usage international roaming charges” on my data plan which I took it from Pune (Maharashtra) in the month of Aug’14 and this data plan was 2G limited Data plan costing me charges of Rs. 99/- per month. Now in line with above Concern from an existing Idea Customer I have to let you know few more facts and details which are alarming to me and is cause of worry for me and for others who would be using Idea Cellular services national and international down the line. I took the International calling/roaming facility from Idea Cellular store from Pune in the month of May’14 approx. by paying refundable deposit of Rs. 2000/- and at that time I was only told of International Calling and SMS charges. There was no mention of International roaming charges for Data Plan as well. Nor there was any email/verbal communication or any correspondence from Idea Cellular on the International roaming charges for Data Plan. This was during the duration Mar’14 to Aug’14 when I was in Sydney for my project assignment. I again have to come to Sydney in the month of Nov’14 and I got my International Roaming activated and I was using my WiFi connection at home and Lebara national unlimited in Sydney to access my Whatsup messages. But suddenly I observed that the billing for the month of Dec’14 and Jan’14 there was a rise of Data Plan charges to Rs. 7500/- and Rs. 9500/- respectively from Idea end and when contacted Idea Cellular Customer care it was told to me that this is mainly because I am in International roaming and in that Idea Cellular automatically converts anyone’s Limited Data plan (Rs. 99/- per month) to unlimited Data Plan due to which I have been charges so much. This change of Data plan was done without any prior intimation or communication through email or verbally. When I asked for why there was no communication then I was told that Idea Cellular assumes that Customers who are taking International Calling facility are already aware that their Data plan charges will be based on International Roaming and their existing data plan will get converted to unlimited Data plan. Also from past one month I have disconnected my SIM card so not sure how come Idea cellular team are getting pulses of my Data plan based on which they have come up with bill amount of Rs. 9500/-. This really sounds un-realistic to me and hence I am sincerely requesting you to please look into this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency as me and my in-laws in India have been called on regular basis to pay the outstanding bill without due diligence done by Idea Cellular team. I also want to bring to your notice that Idea Cellular (Neha – 91 [protected]) have contacted my father and sister in-law, the number they have found from my billing records and I am now concerned @ my private numbers been shared by Idea cellular to external agency without my consent and this is a breach of policy from Idea Cellular wherein Customer’s details cannot be shared by any of the subscriber as per my understanding without Customer’s consent. I also want to request Consumer team to look into this issue and this is straight forward a case of cheating from Idea Cellular team wherein without any communication of change in Data plan charges customer has been asked to pay the billing indifferences with no fault of the customer. It’s not that I don’t want to pay this huge bill charges as if idea cellular team if required can investigated this issue and will find that I have paid bills of amount upto Rs. 4300/- per month when I know that I have used the International calling facility and this was done for 3-4 months without any concerns raised by my end. I again request all of you people to help me and give me reasonable solution that can allow me to continue Idea Cellular services in future as there is no problem per say from Idea Cellular services like coverage etc. but it’s mainly due to the wrong charges that I am here today.                                       Sir, I have been using idea number [protected] which got damaged so i left it as it was useless but tosday suddenly i came to know that the same number is being misused by some unknown person and people are being abused by the number.its a veru serious problem for me and i want the number to be disabled or disconnected.if it is reissued it should also be made sure that it is reissued on some other formality.                                         I placed the portability request for my Airtel Postpaid Connection no. [protected]. After 10 days of placing the request, the portability couldn't be done. The person from Celocity Solutions collected the amount of Rs.300/- from me on 11-12-15. At this moment of time due to certain personal reasons and after so much wastage of time, I do not want to proceed further with the portability and want my security amount to be refunded. The people who were some days before making calls to me so much, day and night are now not picking my single call. I just want to know are these people limited to this mere amount of Rs.300/- . Do they have any sense how much they hurt the goodwill of their company due to their acts of stupidity which reflects greedyness and eager to fool the public. Its a humble request..please get my security amount refunded as earlier as possible. The people called me through numbers...[protected], [protected]. Please take appropriate against these people so they better refrain from fooling people next time
