My Balance Deducted without Information,
I am here serving my experience about the idea sim which I was brought on 18/2/2015 and this my service was started on 19th Feb 2015. My Idea No. was [protected]. I brought this sim for only internet 3G purpose but he brokes my trust when I was unable to see my remaining data in my sim, I called to customer care again & again but he told that the information are showing on mobile. But there we no remaining data showing in my cell phone. But its fine.
After the use of 3G data for 2 days about 500-700 MB Data, I used according to my knowledge.
But My Data is finished on 21st Morning about 2- 3 am with remaining balance also.
Now I called again to customer care to complain about “Why does my balance deducted”
But unfortunately, They Disconnect my call when I called to 198.
Due to Zero balance in my cell, I called up to the number 198.
Now My question is that How to Get my balance back with 3G data. If Idea is unable to give 3G data then please return my main balance. Because Rs 150 is not a mini. For a common man. How to deal with idea, I don’t know.
I am a blogger and give rating to the telecom company, and show my experiences in my website.
There is a big fraud matter done with me also then how to deal with a common person who doesn’t able to call or complain about this idea company.
My Question was : Not showing 3G Balance then how did I check my remaining balance, and how i use. And they deduct my balance before reaching 1GB. I don’t know why they deduct my Rs 150 main balance also. Is they Loot all customers. I want my money back sir, and this is my last service with idea. I will never be a user of IDEA now. Because First impression is Last impression.
They Hurt my Much.
So i m here requesting your to give my balance back, for idea, this may be common but for me its a big matter & experience with IDEA. I m new user user of IDEA
