        Sir, my balance is being deducted on the name of Value Added Services by idea cellular. They have automatically activated this service on my number thrice of Rs 90, 15, 90 each time. However on comaplaining about this i have been refunded for rs 15. I have never subscribed for these services. I have asked for complete refund but they have declined my request everytime.                       My name is binu iam reacharge net offer frm idea last 2 years almost these months 24 months i make so many complaint last month on December 20th. I recharge idea's 3g unlimited plan rs. 640 for ideas customer care assisstence. they told me thier net speed is up to 3 gb is 21.1mbbs after that speed reduse to 80kpbs but i dont get that spead i make so many complaints but no resolutions atlast. I make a call to thier. Toll free no. 198 on 4.1.2016 evening 8.36 pm to 9.15 pm but their executives are tell about there plans of 2g&3g are different im totaly confused.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, Good Morning. I am a new idea customer and found deals by dialing *121# on my phone and logging in into my idea account. Please find below screenshot but when i recharged with RC545 i didn't get 3.5 GB as it showed in my offers. I kindly request you to consider and resolve this issue as its urgent for me to do my job. I called your customer service people they are not helping and saying that offer is not there. If its not there it should not show on my phone by dialing *121# right. I do see same offer in my online account My Offers tab. This is very bad and a very poor customer service. Please help me on this and add missing GB data to my account.                               Dear sir i have lost my contact number[protected] in october but we did not received it within 15 days . it was a postpaid connection of IDEA but now idea customer care is saying that please go to aircel for number because your number was initially issued by Aircel. Aircel company is saying that he can't do any thing please help me so that i can get my mobile number once again.i have lodged a complaint on this site on friday and thereafter i got a call from idea customer executive on saturday i.e. 2nd jan 2015 and he said to visit at idea store and take sim after submitting rupees 50. but today i was visited at idea store about 12pm near nirmanvihar metro station opposite of V3S mall Idea store He denied from issuing the mobile number please solve the problem.Thanks.My Alternate Contact number is [protected]

                                    We have corporate plan for 7 idea numbers at the moment. I have been charged around 9000 Rs in last 3 month for usage of internet on my IDEA no [protected]. After the first bill itself, I have requested for internet 1 gb pack through messaging system and got request processing message but still the plan was not activated and no call back from them and then they have charged another 6k for the same. If I am a customer who knows that 1 GB pack is available for Rs250 why would I spend 6000 Rs for using even less data compared to what I get in package. I am really not happy with the way they have charged me money for no reason. Hence I am trying to get all the number ported to different service provider but even they are rejected that request since last 5 times on ground of some reason which is also not clear. Request you to kindly resolve this matter and refund the excess amount and also revise the current bill amount based on correct charges. If things are not resolved, then I would need to take it to next level

                                      I had sent SMS for upgrading my Idea Mobile number [protected] old SIM into 4G by sending SMS to 12345 in the format "SIM . I got a reply that my new SIM will be activated when I lose signal on my old SIM and insert the new SIM. I did accordingly but there was no signal on my new SIM. I contacted customer complaint number 198, they checked the status and replied me, the new SIM was activated, so they directed me to check the SIM with another hand set. There was nothing happened on doing this action and I again contacted 198. The official said me that I would be able to use this SIM only under a 4G tower unless I would not be able to use this SIM even for making calls and sending SMS. The SIM is not working now in my phone. My alternative number is [protected]. Kindly help me.
