Sir, i am holding a mobile number gsm of service provider idea cellular no [protected] at agra (up circle). I had lodged numerous no complaints to idea cellular regarding call drops on my mobile although i use an apple i phone make 5s of new make whenever i make a complaint the company usually sends a resolved sms without having a confirmation from me and this has happened twice with in a fortnight now today they have deducted rs 49 as a special charge without having a confirmation pl look in to the matter

    I got an 2G offer for RC72 (600MB data with 28days validity). I have checked and recharged on JAN 1 2016. I have received only 350MB data with 12 days validity. The benefit has not added, regards this I have called and communicated with idea customer care service till Day 1. Initially they said like there is some network issue and I will get the benefit within a day. Later on they raised the complaint on the same for 3times, sent complaint to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" and yet my issue has not solved. Today is JAN12, again I called and asked, they responding like there is some application issue and cant give the status on my complaint. I called nearly 40 times and none of the team member provide me the solution.

      WAP download charges in idea no [protected] for period 13/12/2015 for 11Hrs:54Mins:50Sec. This to inform you that in my mobile bill extra WAP down load charge has been added costing Rs 250/-my mobile has no internet facility. And I am using my mobile only for receiving and dialling the call, even I am very less using SMS facility. I even does not know WAP downloading and so could not understand what is WAP charge. The customer care said you have downloaded the WAP and that’s why these charges is included in your bill and you have to pay the amount. He never listened to my grievances. Kindly do the need full.       I too have the same grievance, I started using idea post paid 3months back and this deduction of charges is unnecessary, as I never used such downloads n charges were deducted and same story was told by supervisor to me. I regret that I converted my no to idea postpaid. But I sincerely advice idea to look into this matter else, you soon will lose valuable customers.
      I have also charged for WAP. This is unnecessary .Idea must have to look into the matter seriously . Otherwise valuable customers will have to port their numbers to othet service providers.
      I have also charged 10 rs. every month for wap downloadings from my prepaid number. And I didn't find any way to connect to idea CSR
      I just want to say that I am very disappointed with the service you guys are providing, I was using Vodafone for around 10 years suddenly your executive called and told to switch to Idea network, they told me I will get minimum billing of 350 rs and said idea provide good network and internet connection, I think this is the greatest mistake of my life to trust you. I am always facing network issue and internet is always in a ### mode that is very slow. I use JIo sim for my internet stuff they provide 10 Mbps speed, which is equivalent to free service they charge 350 rs for 3-month billing, and it is THE BEST network, and that is why they are market leaders, you guys need to learn from them. I am being charged for WAP download I really still not understanding what is WAP downloading and why are you charging. When I called your Executing to understand what is Wap download the lady was not able to explain me on wap Download and suggested to not use cookies.
      how can anyone be so conscious of what to use and what not to use?

      I think it is your scheme of making money, Please stop this our it will backfire you.

      Please acknowledge my query.
      I also have been charged rs 742 which customer care is not able to explain.

          I had been to your idea store in goa to change my idea plan for the mobile no [protected] from 499 to smart 249 scheme.I had been shown the chart that stated that I would be getting 512MB internet usage.Now my bill amout has reached as far as RS 1550.By contacting customer care yesterday I came to know that your scheme has changed from 512MB 2G to 200MB 3G.It has also not been conveyed to us.Now the bill is generated around Rs 2300 And our data limit has extended by Rs 1100.I have even lodged a complaint at Idea store and have called idea care for about 5-6 times but have always got negative response saying nothing can be done.
          I expect to resolve the issue as amicably and friendly as possible.

I requested Idea cellular ltd to change my sim type postpaid to prepaid . i have registered request more than 2 times but my request rejected without any reason. I have gone to my idea showroom more than 2 times but they not process my request. Although they take advance bill rrom me two times. I also called customer care but they also not give proper response. I face this problem more than 15 days. Please help me And take legal actions against Idea cellular ltd.                 On 12th January my idea showroom representative said that you should submit your postpaid sim then we convert it into prepaid . So i submit my postpaid sim to my idea showroom. they give me a new sim card and told me that we convert it into 24 hours. They also charge me 80 rs for that i have the reciept of it. the
                But till date my sim is not converted and they inactive my no. i called consecutive two days to customer care but they told me that you should contact my idea showroom. I am very frustrated now.I am bank employee and this no is very important for me.

                  On 11 Jan 16, I have done a 3G recharge of Rs. 295 on my number [protected] & got credited 1 GB 3G data. But my earlier balance of 800 MB (approx) is not carry forwarded with new data, hence i have lost my 800 MB data. I want to bring in notice that during my earlier recharges data is carry forwarded, but only this time this incident happens. If company is changing any policy, it must notify the customer in advance.

I wish to bring it to your kind notice that _ 1- I never activated any VAS on my mobile. 2- I sent a number of STOP sms to Idea for deactivation of VAS but no SMS could be sent. 3- I did not deposit the bill for last month and current bill in protest of wrong bill and deposited the last biil excluding late payment charges after receiving assurance from you that late payment charges and VAS charges shall be credited in my account in my next bill Idea has charged Rs.105/- on account of VAS and Rs.100/- for late payment charge. 4- But no late payment charges is credited to my account. 5- Now internet have been barred on my mobile since11.01.2016 I request you therefore to look into the matter and get resume all the services on my mobile and refund/waiver of late payment charges. immediatly.                       While travelling to Jammu and Kashmir from 1 Jan - 6 Jan, I have been charged Rs. 1716 extra for using data services. They claim that my network was getting latched on to Aircel network for 3G services as Idea provides only 2G services in J&K. They could have just provided 2G services instead of 3G as they provided the same for some duration as evident in bill details. Also, even if their prioirty was providing us 3G, they should have done so using a network provider with which they have tie-up to avoid any extra cost (The same was confirmed by customer care executive). Also, they did not inform about any such excess charges inspite of their network being available. None of the 3 customer care executives have been able to give a justification for extra charges. Infact one them suggested that we should call customer care executive to confirm if 3G is available in any area we are roaming. This is just absurd answer and similar to the other responses I got. Kindly help in getting the rebate for the said amount.

                          I was searching something on google and suddenly three sms received on my number [protected].We have received your request for service video talkies, cinemasti and gana khajana and charged 45rs, 90 rs, and 35 customer care executive said these services are activated by third party and they don't have control over them and he started pursuing about these ridiculous services which are of no use. Please not add this amount to my bill i am not going to pay for this

                            A message from Model Villa (54300) says that they have reiceved my request for service Model Villa and it is being processed. Another message follows, saying that this Model Villa has been activated amount charge is Rs 45. I checked my balance in my idea account and found that the amount has been deducted.                                 I have recharged for Rs.179 1.25 GB(Ref No : GJ[protected]) special offer for my idea number [protected] after confirming the same with online in idea website and message from my mobile on[protected]. But i have received only 512 Mb of data balance to till date and no use after contacting customer care service too. Request to look in to the same issue and credit balance data in to my account at earliest. This is the first time i am facing such a issue and earlier it was fine without such issues.

                                  I made recharge on 3G Data in my Dungle of Rs.449/- on 06.01.2016 through online Vide no.ESBI[protected]GOBGLSF9. But recharge not credit into my SIM no.[protected] whereas amount debited from my Bank Account on 06.01.2016. After long waiting no result found either return the money and credit into Bank account or recharge. Kindly look into it.

                                        I've recently ported from Airtel network to Idea. The very first month itself they are giving bitter experience for me. Initially I took a plan for Rs 399 p.m which was having 1 GB data 550 mins calls and some sms. Billing period is on 10th of every month. By 5th I was out of data balance. I checked their website and i changed the plan to 549 p.m plan which was having 2 GB data. After the plan got activated, i was given about 250 MB data since there was only 5 days left for billing date. When i got the bill, i was shocked to see an amount of Rs 169.120 for Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration. It is mentioned in the bill that "Proration is done to calculate exact rental & usage charges based on the number of active days o[censored]sage". But they charged me Rs. 88.550 for the period of 05-Jan[protected]Jan-2016. This seems to be frustrated. My Account No.:[protected] Invoice No.: [protected] Please do the needful.
