I requested Idea cellular ltd to change my sim type postpaid to prepaid . i have registered request more than 2 times but my request rejected without any reason. On 11 Jan 16, I have done a 3G recharge of Rs. 295 on my number [protected] & got credited 1 GB 3G data. But my earlier balance of 800 MB (approx) is not carry forwarded with new data, hence i have lost my 800 MB data. I've recently ported from Airtel network to Idea. The very first month itself they are giving bitter experience for me.
