MY NO IS [protected] . I WAS IN UNINOR NETWORK I REQUESTED FOR MNP TO IDEA . AND IT WAS ACTIVATED ON 19/12/2014 FROM THE DATE OF ACTIVATION AM UNABLE TO RECIVE INCOMING CALLS FROM UNINOR NETWORK AND AM GETTING ERROR MSG AS ( THE NUMBER YOUR TRYING TO REACH DOSE NOT EXIST PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND TRY AGAIN). SO I CALLED TO CUST CARE AND I REGISTERD A COMPLAINT ON THIS ISSUE.COMPLAINT NO.SR 1-[protected], AND ST 1-[protected]. IN CUST CARE I SPOKE TO EXECUTIVES, FLOOR SUPERVISORS. AND ALSO SUPERVISORS LEAD. BUT THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONCE FROM CUST CARE, I JUST GOT A CALL FROM TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT THEY ASKED ME TO SWITCH OFF AND SWITCH ON THE MOBILE .. I DID THAT BUT STILL MY PROBLEM IS EXESTING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT ... DUE TO THIS AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEMS SO REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE IMMEDIATLY AND RESOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

    My gotta call by the DSA they explained me the plan of 399 n after that they told me I will be charged 400 which will be refunded back to me i refused so the lady ( Laxmi) told me to pay 250 I refused coz the galleries neva charges for new connections and for portability so she said k i will sesend executive i recieved my Sim and the next day they are calling me and asking me for the money and when I refused they gave me a fake verification call from [protected] stating this call is from verification department fromance santacruz I checked the number and it was registered on the name of dinesh I really dont appreciate such calls by the DSA who are giving wrong infinformation and selling wrong plans like i was aware abt 399 and when one lady called me for verification the plan was 299 they dnt even have manners to talk to the customers like wise by using companise name they scamming people.

          I have done Recharge the 253 /- 1GB plan to my mobile number and not included the previous data around 300 MB+1GB. I have called with customer support, they said that this is idea policy it would not be carry and not add the old balance with new balance and put me hold 30 min. After no one respond it. Next day called to IDEA Applets and spoke with Parvin, she said that we don't combine you previous remaining data benefit to newly recharged data benefits value and its company policies and you recharged because of same features of recharged with same feature benefit I asked her how it could be, she replied that this is company policies and terms conditions so that we cannot combine the your old data benefit to new recharged data benefit Previous data benefit validity not over also and both are 3g plane only. Why you people are deception the customers on your company policies and terms conditions name. Please help me to get my old data balance benefit also. My number is[protected]

            Hello Idea My Phone No. [protected], 6 to 7 years Back I had taken Idea Connection with Plan Rs 199 with 19900 Seconds. At those Time without any Intimation, Idea had Changed the Plan from Seconds to Minutes. I had Paid Lots of Bill with Minutes plan. After I got the information that Idea had changed the Plan. I had port My No. to Vodafone. Due to Signal Problem in Vodafone, I got information from Idea that Rs 199 plan with 19900 seconds available(Information got from Dealer in 3B2), again I had Port my No. to Idea. but again Idea Had repeat the Problem that we had Plan in Minutes not in seconds. It mean Idea along with their Dealer Providing Wrong Information to Customer so that they can Port their No. I had taken Rs 60 Plan for Internet and using Internet. After 15 days of Internet Usage I got the Information that Plan had revised with Rs 60 to Rs 99 without any Information. and Idea had stopped Internet Connection 15 Days Before. It means I am using Internet without any Plan. With all above mentioned Reason, Is it Possible to Use or Trust on Idea services for Long period of time.               It's very bad experience having as a idea postpaid customer. I had 399 I plan with 2 g mobile data but without any notification they started charging lot and my bill crossed 1000!when I asked to idea they said it's your over internet charges! My concern is they should have inform me regarding this. And again I had same problem due to this issue I've changed mY plan and started using fixed plan 299 and 200 rs for mobile data, but the result is same got bill of 1040rs!!! I would request idea please do not make fool to your customers and charge honestly.

                I have purchased one sim no.[protected] & mobile no. [protected] on 9.12.2014 from an idea sale at Air Force Station, Halwara and charged Rs. 150. Regarding this I am asked to submit my documents again at any idea point (information given by mail idea customer service). at the time of purchase Mr. Gupta (told by Sidhu Telecommunication, Guard room Sudhar) SDC was available who had taken my documents and he forget to take my signature across the photograph. my application form after 10 days returned to sidhu telecom and asked to get my signatures across the photograph as my signatures across the photograph are not matching with rest of my signatures. after notice I came to know that someone (surely idea rep) tried to forger my signatures and now i have received a mail that i have to submit fresh documents and fresh photograph to any of the idea point and nearest address which is given is atleast 15 Kms from my place. so I request idea to pls send somebody at my place and get your sim back... and return my Rs 150 and pls inform your employees that forgering someone signature have legal obligations. please contact me at [protected] to get my address and surely i am not going to give you another set of documents and pics and I hate idea.

                    I have raised disconnection request for a mb no req Id- S1-[protected].i got conformation call next day. If i continue with idea they provided me an offer of safe custody for 3 month without any rental. I agreed on that. After two days i called to Idea CC but i am not getting any record for that from idea CC, the no is still active, It is neither disconnected nor put into safe custody. I have called so many times to Customer customer care but they are not helping. They are have we have records on which basis they din't disconnect the no.

                      Hi, I am Idea user ( Mobile#[protected]). Since last two bill cycle, idea is charging me for two sms (SMS-MT) which I never used or never requested over my usage cycle. In Nov-14 bill cycle, the SMS log indicates a time stamp at which I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Pune and my mobile was inside my laptop bag. Thus it is not possible to do any SMS sent option from my mobile. I requested to waiveoff the charges but there was not satisfactory answer received from idea. The same case happened in Dec-14 month and charges for identical SMS-MT. I think the Idea server has some issue and charging me for un-necessarily. I am not happy with customer support from idea as they do not have any privilege on system to support customer. Please provide a contact details who has privilege to take decision.

I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 21st Dec, 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 126 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using Internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same.                           i am partha Banerjee a customar for idea cellular ltd, i am a idea card holder in gujarat region my number is [protected], Last few day i am very upset about idea service. I am blackberry 9720 mobile holder, i was no internet connection from few month in my mobile, on 20 th dec 2014 i was seen that from my balance Rs.142 was deduct without any given reason, when i was contact the customar care executive told that for your web browsing this amount was deduct, but honestly i was not any browsing except few whatsaap useing, and they told that u can recharge 129 internet pack, i was recharge 129 pack on 20th dec 2014, they told nothing amount will be deduct, next day today 21 dec 2014 another Rs.98 deduct from my account without information, when i was contact customar care they told that due to internet browsing this amount was deduct, i cannot understand what is happening and the customar care nothing give any reply or reason, today 21 dec 2014 at 12 pm approx, i have seen that my internet pack are active but my balance deducting continued, where i will go, idea service provider are charge for call 50 paisa per 3 minute call, and most of time they are put in hold so the call duration and charge will be increased, please help me how can i return my money which was unnecessary deducted by idea cellular limited ingujarat india, where i will register my complain, please help me immediatly regardsPartha Banerjee [protected]

                              Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] and SIM of Idea operator. I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 21st Dec, 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

                                My no is [protected] (Madhya Pradesh circle) used for dongle (idea 3G net setter)I am finding problem to recharge I had recharged on 13.12.2014 for Rs 749.00 (internet pack) and although the recharge vendor got sms for successful recharge, the recharge was not successful and not activated in my net setter and I did not get any message that the recharge is successful. So the recharge pack not not activated. Again I recharged Rs 749 on 20.12.2014 for Rs 749. and the recharge was unsuccessful again . I have called the help line no [protected] (M.P) several times but no body is responding. I am only getting a recorded voce “ can you hear me? “ I am really surprised for this kind of poor service.                                   On 26 nov 2014 my plan got changed to i399 from i599 due to glitches in idea website.And the bill came around rs 3200 instead of Rs 700.Idea custmer care is not admitting the mistake and not sending the revised bill as per plan i599.They have barred my services.What should i do ?

                                      Hi, This is ABDUL SAMAD I am very much disappointed with service provided by IDEA CELLULAR Nearly From 45-50 days i am facing very poor Network Coverage in our colony indoor as well as outdoor and also call drops(when i am in between a call i am listening the conversation of other people and disturbing voice too). I have also changed the handset thinking the problem is of my handset but the problem is continuing with other handsets too.I made complaint regarding this in 'PAVAN COMMUNICATIONS'(8-1-293/76, Dwarkanagar Colony, Opp: Oasis School, Sheikpet, Hyderabad 500008) Couple of times but there was no positive response from them more over when i changed my handset to iphone 4s i was in need of micro sim so i requested in the idea store they gave me a response that we are not having micro sim cards and i have to pay a fee of 200/-rs for changing my sim card to 64k from 32k including sim cutting charges. If the sim cards are updated by the service provider it is their duty to change them Free Of Cost for their Customers as AIRCEL is doing. I am very much Impressed by the AIRCEL Service for their Attractive Offers and Good Coverage in our Area. I am unable to make a call to customer care 121 for lodging a complaint regarding this your IVR system is not giving any option for talking to customer care.. The Above said Issues are not Particularly for me it is for All who are residing near our Locality.                                         Hi Team, I am Abhishek Kashyap, My concern is, it has been 9 days since i have purchase the new post paid connection but it has not been activated so far. First three 3 to 5 days i got message on my currently using phone number is, there is an issue with address verification. without visiting the mentioned address they sent me this message. Next day I got message that Idea connection request has been cancelled. I talked to the girl who was processing all these. She told me you number has been activated, i told her i am not getting signal and the error message i am getting is like ""Sim card registration failed". She told me let me talk to the respective team and I will let you know, she did not call me back, when i tried to contact her, she did not pick the call. This process continued for three days. Contact person Email ID is: [protected]@gmail.com and Contact NO: [protected] yet, I am not able to use service. My New Connection No : [protected] Now I have purchased another new connection, so I do not want this to use idea this and I ased them to return my money back, they said, money can not be returned, it can be managed with, if your relative are using idea connection.
