1. I have recharged 1GB 3G data by recharge of Rs 251/- on 30/11/2014 on my mobile number [protected] after that 1GB data was credited in my account and total credited data volume was 1GB. 2. After 10 minute a received a sms from Idea that 250MB is credited in my account as promotional offer after that total credited volume was raised as 1.25GB 3. Again after 45 minute a received sms from Idea that 500MB is credited in my account as promotional offer and I was surprised to see that total credited volume was reduced to 500MB instead of at least 1GB for which I have paid Rs251/- I am lodge complaints on idea consumer cell with SR 1-[protected] and SR 1-[protected]. But after 5 days no action has been taken by Idea cellular.

    Dear Idea I have an outstanding which I want to settle at earliest. I am really disappointed with Idea billing team when My SIM card was blocked automatically when there was no outstanding was there and nothing was overdue. This complaint was lodged at Idea outlet at Silver park Mira road east and taken new sim card But the SIM card was not working and I ended up with any interest further. Afterwords i got an another Ebill which was showing previous bill and next month bill when i did not make any calls any MSG as my Card was totally disable and was not even showing the tower/range in mobile. Please kindly check and advise as I could only pay for which I have used and can not pay those charges which are forcefully loaded on my account... Pls call me on [protected] or email on [protected]@gmail.com for setteling the account.

      Dear Sir, I want to formally inform you that now onward I am not interested to continue servies with IDEA Cellular due to your poor & unsatisfied services. Because of my current bill when it was come to know in my notice that you have sent me a very unsatisfied bill which is showing out standing of amount Rs 1361.27. Sir when I am using your Internet plan 2G services in my previous plan and due to my unawareness when i have changed my plan that this is your duty that you tell me first for such type charges. And I am not mentally disturb that I will pay for Rs.904.93 as higher charges for 2G services. Because it has happen with me second time from first day of your service to till date. So this is requested that see this matter as practically other wise you are most welcome to discontinue service without any delay. Thanks & Regards

          On 20th October 14 SR# C1-[protected] was closed without resolving the Internet issue which I am facing in Malad location later again I had raised issue on 30th November 14 SR# C1-[protected] which was again closed without providing resolution or proper time lines to resolution on the issue. Since 3 days was receiving call from idea Mr. Mitulesh and I had clearly instructed not to close the SR until the issue is resolved today his senior Nikil spoke to me and assured the SR will not be closed and with 5 min I received massage stating that SR had been closed. It is clear that idea employees provide false promises/assurance on calls. I need compensation for the mental harassment and false promises and my issue to be resolved on priority.

          My issue is still not resolved if your company is not able to provide services than refund my Internet charges since Oct 2014. I pay for it and i want service it is as simple as that.

            i reacharged my idea mobile no.[protected] on 02/01/2015 at 03:07 pm of Rs.205/- and i also recharged my mobile no.[protected] on 02/01/2015 at 03:15 pm Rs.90/- after recharged i used my netpack on my mobile nokia asha 501 but suddenly i check my balance its show only Rs.18/- At the time of 08:00 pm company is not receiving my call complain. please tell me what can i do and how to receive my balance refund.

              I submitted all my documents in plarivattom branch on 19 th December to change my postpaid to prepaid. Till today nothing happend. I called to customer care end number of time. I wast able to use my number for Christmas and new year. Hope I will get justice from idea. Wit lot of pain. Shinu Joseph.

                I purchased idea SIM (Mobile No. [protected]) on 30/12/2014 from OM Zerox & Stationary situated on Para Bazar Road near Jubilee Bagh Chowk (Jawahar Road), Rajkot, Gujrat. The shop keeper charged INR 130/- for the SIM alone. The SIM was activated on 1st Jan. 2015 and I got only INR 48/- talk time. I approached the shopkeeper to clarify why he charged me such a huge amount for the SIM, which as per idea website costs just INR 5/-? He answered that there is no fixed price for the SIM and he charges anywhere between INR 100 - INR 200 and if I wanted for less, I should go to the idea gallery. I am here on an official assignment for few months from Mumbai and was aghast to know that even the SIM was being black marketed in Gujarat.

                    I take a pospaid connection by Avtar Communication (Idea Cellular Limited) on 09/09/2014 in my city...now i have no use for this postpaid connection so, i disconneted it by avtar communication before some days..i told him that my security amount refund to me or adjusted in my phone bill...so, they can not give me any answer on this also they cant be adjust the security amount in phone bill and told me that security amount may be refunded or not we cant say anything about security amount...and they also misbehave to me on this matter...i have a proof of security amount deposited...i attached the picture with this message..please check it and please help me on this matter...thanks Rajesh Kumar

                    today 25 days complete to register the complaint..but no solution provide by Idea cellular...i want my security money back as soon as possible..i also take action regarding idea local service provider person that talk to me miss behave on the phone regarding bill amount of the phone..reply me soon on this complaint

I lodged complaint four times (through Idea Customer Care) also I followed up many times but same has not been solved. They (Idea executives) are saying everyone facing same problem who has same postpaid plan (199 Postpaid Plan).                           Im having idea no. [protected] from last 6-7 years. I never used any kind of services on this no. except using my balance to make outgoing calls. but today idea deducted my 10 rs. balance without any reason . I talked to customer care they are saying this 10 rupees deducted because you dialed no. 121# which is invalid no. on idea network. How is it possible. this is ridiculous IDEA charging 10 rs. just for dialing an invalid no. This is not question of money, its all about trust i have with IDEA.

                              I am very frustrating with the service of idea. On 30.12.2014 at 3.19pm my balance got deducted by Rs21 without my knowledge. When I got an activation message I am totally shocked. I called 198 several time 198 is barred for me as previously complain 1-[protected] which is not resolved till now as it always says all customer care executive are busy I tried till 5.30pm then I tried to contact customer care by my brother-in_law idea number [protected]. In one chance the call got connected to 198 a lady receive the call and start a long verification of my idea number [protected] with name, address with pin code, this is long verification but I think not so much detail is required. After a long conversation she said for the process of refund should be initaited after the deactivation of the pack, so I agreed then she deactivate the pack which is automatically activated due to idea technical issue. After that she tell me that refund will be process by senior executive and hold the call for 10 minutes without any response, she thought because the waiting time is more I will disconnect the call but I waited, then such a idiotic response from her that you are calling from other idea number so refund is not possible, but say that I already confirm everything for that she also refuses to take any complain and not transfer the call to senior to get the refund, after misbehaving disconnect the call by there end, I am again shocked how can they disconnect the call without proper feedback. This is total fraud because I cannot able to contact 198 which I already mentioned then how the process of the refund will be initiated. They have to refund the amount but they deactivate the pack after that inform me that refund will not process. Due to this both way idea cheated because the deducted the amount and also deactivate the pack which is automatically activated. I again try to contact 198 with my idea number [protected] but again not able to do so. I again call 198 by other idea number [protected] again I got connected in one chance but same response from Customer care. This is serious issue because they are barred me to register a complain which against the TRAI guidelines. This is third time I am complaining for my idea number. I want to use idea but every time fake pack got activated. Saurabh Srivastav sir please look after this matter and make a serious note on that. You can also listen the conversation of 198 with me on 30.12.2014 at 05.46 pm, you will get the evidence. If the 198 is barred how can complain for the same. Please initiate the refund amount of Rs.21 in my number [protected] as promised.

                                  sir, We want to get in your notice that idea cellular is making regular habit to issue false excess billing to their consumers. my mobile no is[protected], we have received billing for Rs 4243.18 as against our normal billing for Rs 300-400 per month idea issued Rs 1408/- for last month billing which they letter settled for Rs 183.64 saying that it was wrongly billed It seems that idea people has made regular habit of inflating bill to their consumer and this is not good for part of consumer and consumer is also loosing confidence with them

                                      I hold an idea number and being using it from 2008, in post-paid connection. This December 2014 i had called to an ISD number for 126 minutes on two days. For that they are charging 23 per minute resulting 2898 rupees. I have not activated the ISD service which only happens by depositing 1000 rupees, which i didn't do. And there is no intimation for me about the call rates, even after making a first call or after first day call. If there is at least a message about auto activation and call rates, i would have taken other alternatives. From this past 6 years, my bill was never more than 600, but now all of a sudden the bill is 4000 rupees, including tax. Even the call rates for pre-paid and post-paid customers is also very high, where it is only 8 rupees per minute for pre-paid customers, it is 23 rupees per minute for post-paid customers, almost 3 times more. This is insane, with out giving any sort of intimation to customer how come the IDEA people just charge like that. Plz guide me on, to take legal actions on this issue.

                                        24/12/2014 : I went to idea service center and brought sim and the sim was not activated, so I went twice on 26, 27 to idea service center.Problem was not resolved.
                                        30/12/2014 : I complained this in this forum on 30th december. Based on idea cellular request I again went to service center and they said sim was not activated due to some error in signature. So I have given required documents again.
                                        3/1/2015 : I again went to service center and they said sim was blocked and i should take new sim and I accepted it I was waiting for sim to be activated. But there was no response and I again went to them on 5th . They said It will be completed by 5th night.
                                        But it is not activated. I realised I changed my IDEA to Other network. Atlast thank you IDEA for WASTING my VALUABLE TIME and EFFORTS.

                                        I went to them thrice and they are saying like " It will be completed today" from 4 days and still it is not activated, that is the reason why I posted here.
                                        Did the actual issue addressed by Idea rather than an advice ? I am also waiting for activation of my new prepaid sim.
