Idea is possibly the worst cell phone company I have come across.
Problem 1)
If the call fails with a no reason, the customer care executive don't have any clue what the hell is going on. They keep giving lame solutions like restarting your phone, removing your sim and inserting again! How can that possibly help?
Problem 2)
Can't do an online recharge with an international credit card. On calling the Idea customer care and telling them this problem, they put me on hold and disappear. If you don't know solutions to these problems, please for the love of god, transfer me to someone who actually knows what the hell to do.
Problem 3)
Where is it written that if I buy a SIM from the great state of karnataka, all customer care execs are not supposed to speak any other language than Kannada?
Whoever the owner of Idea is, please get your *expletive* together!
