Respected Sir/Mam, I am using the IDEA mobile no-[protected], in this mobile from yesterday the amount is deducting due to the usage of Internet. Today in the morning Rs. 28.00 deducted from my balance amount for surfing the site on internet, i get this information from your customer care employees. He or she is telling that i have used the site for more than 30 minutes, but i am not satisfied with this information as this is totally wrong, i have only used the site for 2-3 minutes. Again the mam is telling that i have use the Facebook which is also totally wrong. Pls give me the correct solution and refund the amount which is wrongly deducted for not using the site.       Dear, My wife Idea hand phone [protected] on which she got a call from[protected] as vijay from idea mumbai office, initially due to bad connectivity my wife could not able to hear him properly, so he started misbehaving and this conversation ended for almost 1:24 min after which she has shut the phone and then numbers of calls from +4432, +3444, +3444 in this Call he used abusing language then calls from +6744, +301 and it ended with last phone from [protected].

      Even I have got the call this morning from +3444/+4432. I didn't receive the call though as it kind of intuited me that it is a abnormal call.. Idea kindly do something about it.

          Hi, My mobile no. is [protected]. I also have a add on number from the same company (Idea) My average bill is 750 per month for both numbers. Last month Idea has applied bill of Rs. 1285 asking increased per kbps charges. I then raised my voice to the costumer care then they offered me the Rs. 409 waiver. Now this month they are saying my usage is very high and sent me a bill of whooping Rs. 2022.89 This clearly indicates that they are robbing the customer and making money however possible after giving a waiver.                 Idea is possibly the worst cell phone company I have come across. Problem 1) If the call fails with a no reason, the customer care executive don't have any clue what the hell is going on. They keep giving lame solutions like restarting your phone, removing your sim and inserting again! How can that possibly help? Problem 2) Can't do an online recharge with an international credit card. On calling the Idea customer care and telling them this problem, they put me on hold and disappear. If you don't know solutions to these problems, please for the love of god, transfer me to someone who actually knows what the hell to do. Problem 3) Where is it written that if I buy a SIM from the great state of karnataka, all customer care execs are not supposed to speak any other language than Kannada? Whoever the owner of Idea is, please get your *expletive* together!

I have been paying bills for the service regularly via Internet banking through my ICICI bank account no[protected]. For unknown reasons my number has been put in a user group and I have received bill for the entire group i.e. Rs 20116.99, which I paid inadvertently through net banking transaction I.D. 'BIL/[protected]/200/[protected]' . As the amount involved is substantial you are requested to advice how shall I get the refund and also put my phone no out of the USER GROUP.                       I use idea(up east) sim.since morning[protected]everytime i was making a call, in service reply from idea They were telling the deducted amount and offer, and in offer they said that 23 rs tariff validity will be for 28 days.I recharged with 23 but was given the validity of only 10 day.when i asked customer care executive he said he was unable to explain and was very rude.plz look into the matter.

If there is late payment a penalty is implied, now you are late in solving my problem. Who is suppose to compensate this problem? Your service is physicing me on this issue as you people give me give me a date but never solve it? Still how much time will you take to solve this issue ?Now days customer care are mentally headache me.You are fraud, and your team mentally sick .Now i am going to consumer court . I file mentally torture complaint against to you .

                            Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have been experiencing bad bad service from the Idea Company. The story in nut shell is hereunder; On 3rd of December, 2014 I had chosen an Idea Number-[protected] through your DSA who had sent me an SMS. I had given my ID proof, photo and Rs.250/- for getting the connection. After waiting for almost 10 days, an agent came to my house for physical verification and submitted his report to the company. I was waiting for the connection to start on Monday but got an email and sms that my request has been cancelled. It amazed me. Why my request has been cancelled. I have not been given a satisfactory answer for cancellation. Thank you very much for restricting me to get into Idea family, becoz i have been using vodafone service since 10 years and was interested to be your customer. But now I will never ever try to get any connection which relate to idea and advise my near and dear for the bad, unprofessional behaviour of idea company.. Please do something to get your reputation back since your appointed executives are just doing the job to put this company into bad light. with lots and lots of anger sukhdev singh [protected]

                              Hello, I have an idea post paid connection from 1 year . Now days i have facing network problem last 3.5 months . I had file 15 complaint against it but idea is not solve this problem . They are told me in 1 month your problem resolve but till date no solution not come idea side .So i did not pay idea bill last months (November). They are block my all call now.                               I am also facing same issue and there is no response from them. I had discussion with customer care and as per them, they will only work on the issue if more number of customers complaints on the same issue from same location. Otherwise they will just ignores it, without providing any resolution.

[protected] on 9.12.2014 from an idea sale at Air Force Station, Halwara and charged Rs. 150. it was informed that i will get 750 mb 3g data and rs 50 as talktime. I was told sim will be activated by evening. but after five days yet the sim is nt activated and afterwards I tried to contact idea in many ways by email and by phone but no reply. as the sale was organised by company and no contact known to me and this is the only sim which i have and nothing else i am facing problems. kindly intervene and resolve.
