Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screenshot from idea cellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 7th Jan 2015 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 126 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till Feb 06 2015”. When i have called Customer Care and they dont know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

    I am post paid customer of Idea from last 10 years ( mobile no. [protected]) and paid all the bill on time till now. My wife paid bill amount of Rs.670 in cash at Om Sai Enterprises, Dombivli (East) on 22 Dec 2014 as my bill last date is 27 Dec 2014. She paid her bill also. The gallery did not give receipt for both the payments.I received the SMS of non payment but i ignored as it is written "if paid pls ignore". But we realized that my bill is not reflecting in your system and i received call from customer care. Same i explained to the caller. As we were out so it was not possible for us to go physically in the gallery and check on the same. In the mean time, the outgoing call were barred by idea. When today went in the gallery, they told us the system was showing the error due to that it has not been done. But in reality, they did not deposit the amount. The gallery note was showing record of both the numbers and cash amount paid on 22 Dec 2014. When asked for gallery details, they flatly refused to give the gallery details and phone numbers for complaint. When asked for receipt, they gave the simple paper receipt of today's date. It was very difficult and embarrassing to let dear and clients know that i can not call. Please advise

      i mistakingly send a request to activate ISD service from Internet portal on 31/12/2014, instantly the customer care was called and i request them to cancel the request .they assure me to cancel the request and activate the request of national roaming pack on [protected].I also visited IDEA SHOWROOM, NEAR BUS STAND, BATALA, PUNJAB.I fill the customer service form to activate the national roaming pack.But they were not able to activate my request even after 7 days.I called customer care many times and also talked to senior officers, but they were not able to service my request.Even i hire a complaint against idea showroom, the request was not processed even on the last day of complaint action.I ask them to waive my money due to their technical problems.but they didn't respond.I tried to contact the retention department, but even they didn't respond. Iam not paid last month bill . reason is i want to change my number postpaid to prepaid - i have already given compliant the same issue so many times - but still my number has not changed pre paid . The showroom people has not response this type of complaint . so iam not paid my last bill payment . i will ask your COIMBATORE MARAKKADAI Branch staff - Iam ready to paid my outstanding payment pl change post paid to prepaid but she saying this showroom no prepaid sim so you can contact other branch - i have already contact all branch but still this problem is there . yesterday i have received one mail . that mail wording is - Pl pay your outstanding payment immediately or else will do in black list in your name to bank and other network . so i will pay my Rs. 600/- to coimbatore Marakkadai Branch - The showroom has not given any receipt - she is told me you have received message from idea with in 3hrs & also activated the same your number . still my number is not activated . i have contact your coutomer care (198 ) that people has asking for payment receipt number . what can i do . already i will given a same complaint with the same branch but you are not taken any steps .i think you are support to the branch has given a very worst & irresponsible service .

              Idea have charged 1000/-...They are telling that i changed the pack.so, they charged on the basis of pro-database.But, they didn't told about those charges at the time of changing pack.&They are lying that the informed me on phone.I am asking them to play the voice record to me.But, they are not responding.Please help me.

                I Amit Kumar currently using Idea post-paid corporate number +91-[protected] since 1st Jan 2015. I am an employee of Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. Being a corporate number I have to receive company calls, reply back to project related emails and I have to always be online on skype etc. There are multiple things which I have to do with my phone. From the day one when I ported out from Vodafone to Idea I am facing severe network issue on my number at my home. I am not able to make or receive calls, not able to use even 2G internet. There is only 1 network bar on my screen & some time not that too even. Although I am paying for 3G plan. Instead of repeatedly calling the customer care and giving multiple complaints, I haven’t got any resolution. They are just extending the dates for complaint resolution. At least you can install a Network Booster Device at my home. This will help me to make/receive calls at least and use 2G internet. Please look into this ASAP.                       This is my update to the previous complaint on dec 30 2014. As I am unable to update the previous complaint I am creating new one. 24/12/2014 : I went to idea service center and brought sim and the sim was not activated, so I went again on 26, 27 but problem was not resolved. 30/12/2014 : I complained about this in consumer forum on 30th december. Based on idea cellular request I gave documents again due to some previous error. 3/1/2015 : I again went to service center and they said " sim was blocked and i should take new sim " and I took a new one. But still activation is not done and there is no response from them. When I again went on 5th, they said It will be completed by 5th night. If the activation is not done by today, I will be going for other network. Atlast thank you IDEA for WASTING my VALUABLE TIME and EFFORTS.

                        Myself Vinu Pillai, with deepest regret for opting an Idea postpaid connection is penning down this mail. On 26th Dec, 2014, seeing the attractive plans offered by your firm, I requested for a new postpaid connection from an Idea outlet located in Surat (L P Savani area). The number (mobile number : [protected]) was provided to me instantly and was assured that the services would resume shortly. It's been 11 days and the services are still not activated. Please imagine if you could survive without a communication medium for so much period. I am being told that the issue is faced due to an IT lapse. I recently switched over to a new job profile and have updated my personal and official contact with this new number. My banking, online accounts too have been updated with the same number. All these took 4 days of mine since I had to physically go the bank branches for updating the same. As a result of this, I am disconnected with my family, friends, my employee, no online transaction can be made, i need to visit the bank for any banking transactions. Till now I was patient enough but this has taken a toll on me. The outlet owner Mr. Saurabh Shah has been supportive, kind enough to address and escalate my issue but things are out of his reach now. If this scenario prolongs I would be on the verge of being unemployed since am also in the field of project implementation and support and already have left a bad remark for my employee due to this issue. I cannot wait furthermore and am done with these follow ups/ running from pillar to pillar and enough of this mental harassment. This was the least that was expected from a telecom major. I would request you to refund the payment done by me towards this connection. I am opting with a different operator. IDEA cellular services may provide lighting fast Internet but please do provide instant connection.

                            Today, 5th Jan 2015, I wanted to buy a 3g plan of 1999rs 20gb offer. So to get 2000rs bal I planned to recharge my mobile no. [protected] 2times with 1000rs(Full Talktime) using online recharge option with my debit card. First recharge of 1000rs was successful and I got recharge just in few seconds. Details of first recharge: TRANSACTION ID: BSMP[protected] DATE: 5 JAN 2015 11:52:50 BALANCE IS CREDITED FOR ABOVE TRANSACTION And after few minutes I tried to recharge with another 1000rs. My bank balance debited successfully and redirected to transaction succeful page. Bul still not getting my mobile recharged. H.no 14-4-239/4, Shahinathhung, near deepa nursing home. hyderabad, Pin No- 500012, T.S Mobile no- [protected], Mobile no- [protected], sub- Feedback for call connecting problem since one month for the mobile no [protected] and [protected]. sir, since 1st week of December 2014 the above moble number we wear using was facing call connecting problem in my residence area surrounding. inspite of having full network signal coverage we wear unable to receive incoming and make outgoing calls. but when we cross our residency are we we used to receive service. whenever we come to our house we did not get the service of incoming and outgoing on 1st week of December i have complained more then 20 times to idea customer care Eg [protected] and idea customer care begum bazar office. my friend who wear using IDEA Mobile who visited our residence area they has the same problem. But after 7days ( 2nd week December) the problem was resolved and we received good service from my residence area also. But after few days that is on 26 dec 2014 we received the same problem ( call connecting problem) from our residence area, but i have received service from other areas and i have complained to IDEA CUSTOMER CARE NO [protected] every day they use to register my complain but still they have not resolved the problem. whenever i called customer care i did not get proper response. on 31 dec 2014 night as there was celebration of new year in my house i was unable to received incoming and outgoing service inspite of having full signals. my friends, relative and business clients were unable to call me. due to your serve i have face many problems. On 31 dec and 1st January 2015 i have called to customer care i have shocked to know that my salutation was resolved. Sir i am very sorry to say due to your bad service i have decided to migration for the mobile no [protected] to other network and i will see few more days and the solution i not resolved and the other mobile no [protected] will be migrated. your customer care will be responsible for my migration inspite of more then 30 complains i did not get the service.                                       idea network is very bad I have use 3G net but network speed is not properly coming in my phone so I face more problem in net working. ANd I m not satisfied with your idea care so plz check my problem otherwise I throw your your sim card in dustbin.

                                        Deat sir, I had been done online recharge with rs 115 before 4 days. After rechrge I m trying to call USA country that code is (001) but call is not working I complain in idea customer care complain no is[protected]. After few hour get call back he says problem is resolve u can call now. But still problem is same I do second complain that no is[protected] . He again call back to me and says u had done recharge 115 that is not applicable for dialing county u can call 12345 and confirm your recharge topup..I call on 12345 chargeble number and he says this is valid ISD recharge and u call 2paisa/s in usa/uk/canada. Now I redial on 198 he says our team solution is full and final.u talk with me ruflly language and now I disconnect ur call. I also try wn he says call again and check ur solution but every time it diducted amount from my main account. Please check and give us proper solution.waiting for your repLy.
