    Sir i m ashsih fron Indore so Sir mera Bill unnecessary use diya ja raha he and apke Idea outlet se koi response bhi nahi dete he or 2 hrs tak bithate he fir kehte he ki bat karte he 3000 ka bill he bolte he ki internet use ho raha he jabki mere internet pack hote hue bhi mera bill add kiya ja raha he so me pay karunga but calling rent & connection rent only so plz help me and bill settle plz this connection are clossed Thanks

      Today(11/1/15) @11pm I called idea customers care for assistance regarding some Internet issue & the Executive named ashish told me that he's transferring my call to technical department but he puts me on hold for 25 mins.. When i called the customer care again from other they have disconnected the call.. Previously I have applied for mnp for the Executive said to wait they will resolve the issue then I stayed in the company but if this type of executives will serve the customer then I won't..         I have an idea celluar connection number [protected], during the bill period from 23.11.14 to 22.12.14 Rs. 446 shown in the head of GPRS usage (Usage and VAS charges), while I didn't activate any service on this number and moreover I din't use any GPRS service on any day of above period. It is requested to look into the matter and correct my bill accordingly.

          Dear Concern, Last month bill amount i.e. 5/12/2014 to 4/01/2015 for my [protected] has an additional amount of Rs. 970 (approx.) under proration. When I called to your Customer care for clarification, they confirmed about the mentioned charges that it is for Internet usage approx 240 mb between 4/12/2014 to 5/12/2014 which cannot be possible because my data connection was off during that time period.I have called 2 time your customer care so that the rectification can be done but both the times result was zero. Earlier also when I was using 299 I plan under which I have got 250MB X 2 but on a regular basis i was getting charged after usages of 250MB only and again and again I was logging the complaint to rectify the bill amount and the response from your side was it is a technical issue. I am very sorry to say that Idea is such a big name in telecom and I can definitely say that this cannot be your service standard. Kindly look into it and close the complaint on priority so that I can pay the actual amount and a healthy relationship can be maintained between us. Thanks & Regards, Arvind Kumar [protected]

            I have recharged my idea no. with Rs.130/- on 04/12/2014 at 8:00 pm and amount was deducted from my account but I did not received any balance for the same I have complained 3times and mailed my detailed bank account statement to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com 3 times, last time on 31/12/2014 but still do not received any refund and while talking to the costumer care executive he asked me to go to my bank 600km afar from me for the refund of Rs.130/- again I am submitting the copy of my bank statement plzz help me for refund.

              I am not able to receive your phone. You can call me again 3pm to 10pm. I already given all the details you need for information.
              I called to your customer care they saying that the offer is not valid for your number because your phone is not idea smart phone. But I have Windows lumia 525. so it is not working in your phone. So give atleast proper information in your site. I done a recharge from your site. if it is not valid for my number than why the recharge happened. I simply want my money back. Or give me 1 gb 3g data. no else conversation is needed.

                Dear Sir, I'm Sanjay Sharma from Gurgaon. I'm using Idea services in Delhi/NCR network. My cell no. is [protected]. I applied in Idea for 3g Data. But to use continuously 3g I've to select WCDMA manually in my cell. Due to WCDMA manually selection my cell selected Idea 3g Haryana network. My cell locating me in roaming but I ignore it because I already told from customer care that while using 3g I'll not charged for roaming charges. But when I got my mobile bill I realize that roaming charges between 4th Oct-14 to 22nd Oct-14 are charged wrongly while I was in Delhi/NCR local network. Now idea is refusing to reverse roaming charges approx Rs. 95/- due to using Haryana network. Its cheating with me. I've asked in idea customer care to trace my location between 4th Oct to 22nd Oct-14 and resolve the issues. But they are not listening me. Pls. help me. Its not all about Rs.95/-.                   sir i [protected] b koteeswarudu recieve one call from [protected] she said call from idea cellular asking me pay for bill i said my bill due date is 19 of this month even she used filthy language and she given warning that your incoming and out going call will be barred i ask her why even she is not proper response also used badf language immdtly i gave complaint at ccare officer they given complt no 31-[protected] i kindly ask you what is my complt position what going to take agnst her other wise i go to private complaint agnst her pl kindly respond this happened not once pl conform how many times she called me and also pl conform whether she belongs to idea cellular cust care or not

                      I had taken a post paid mobile connection from Idea...the number [protected]. After about three months I decided to get my connection deactivated because of very poor reception due to tower problems. I paid Rs 600 as demanded by the staff at the Idea company office at Marakkadai, for deactivating though the bill amount was around 460only.I then went in for another service provider for a connection retaining the same number. Idea accepted my request for UPC comm.ID C1- [protected] on 16.12.14.Now I have received a bill for the amount 401.42 I havent used the Idea sim after16.12.14 My PORT no IT635556 The billing section keeps on sending bills without referring to the request of the customer Please instruct the Idea not to send bills or demand notices. this has caused a lot of mental agony and stress to me.

                        I am having an Idea number [protected]. I was really shocked to know the amount of the bill for the month of Oct’14, the amount was abnormal i.e. Rs 2300.00 (Approx) as the usual bill which I get ranges between Rs.100.00 to Rs.150.00. This is to inform you that I have never used GPS / internet on my mobile (where this SIM is being used). It can be seen from the past bills that I rarely use this phone for any calling and never for internet. I have also never been charged for internet charges earlier. I fail to understand why I am being charged so heavily for the same. I think it is one of the aftermaths of your process of network upgrade from 2G to 3G. I also faced a lot of problems during the 2-3 months like non-receipt of bills, non-reversal of charges etc. I have logged complaint on your Toll free number lot of times but never received a proper resolution. Now I have received few calls from your recovery agent who offered a waiver of 60% of bill amount. But why should I pay even 40% when I have not used GPS/Internet. The said staff also even threatened me of legal notice.

                          That I am MAHIPAL SINGH SAHARAN and your Idea customer from last two years to continuously;my mobile no.[protected]. From last year I am completely disappointed from your bad services. I complained against my such type of problems to Idea customer care and many such idea stores of my nearby located in Gurgaon city . Haryana (122001) . But now they reached very high in my knowledge . And now (1)st I want to complained against our idea service provider manager, who is completely responsible for this and who is not solving my last complained of dec 13th, 2014, that I have not received good signals or network of idea connection . and without solving my problem they refused or closed my complained on 17th December, 2014, How many such same types of problems that i was facing from last one year . i want to strong action with this type of service provider. 2nd I didn`t receive my original idea bill from last 8th months may be they delivered my idea bill to unauthorized person. so many times I remind them about my problems. 3rd I applied to make correction in my name and address so many times but they didn`t take it seriously till now.                                   i self vijay kumar vishwakarma from rajnagar colliery tehsil kotma bangawa distt anuppur mp.A no.of complaint i was launched about network problem, network was very good at one year ago but in within one year is too poor, i m not attending all calls also not surfing internet but no one solve my problem.only they give the time duration within 2-3 days your problem will be solved but not to do this.when we again launched another complain they said your problem will be solved.i m suffering from this problem from one years..kindly request to you please solve this problem...thank you

                                    i mistakingly send a request to activate ISD service from Internet portal on 31/12/2014, instantly the customer care was called and i request them to cancel the request .they assure me to cancel the request and activate the request of national roaming pack on [protected].I also visited IDEA SHOWROOM, NEAR BUS STAND, BATALA, PUNJAB.I fill the customer service form to activate the national roaming pack.But they were not able to activate my request even after 7 days.I called customer care many times and also talked to senior officers, but they were not able to service my request.Even i hire a complaint against idea showroom, the request was not processed even on the last day of complaint action.I ask them to waive my money due to their technical problems.but they didn't respond.I tried to contact the retention department, but even they didn't respond. ​Name: Taran Preet Singh Cellular Network:IDEA​ Phn.No. [protected] &; [protected] Network:Punjab

                                      I am having my complete documents of my prepaid Idea connection and my sim card number([protected]) recently started showing an error invalid Sim. I went to the idea store located in my region at Lalitpur(U.P.) named C.M enterprises and they demanded me Rs. 100 and said that the cost here else go to Jhansi office. I asked them for actual charges so they saod here charges are this only. I am having video and audio recording of the conversation in which they are asking for extra charges for your company service please reaolve the matter as soon as possible

                                        Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screenshot from idea cellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 7th Jan 2015 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 126 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till Feb 06 2015”. When i have called Customer Care and they dont know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me
