Dear Concerned, With a very high regret i m drafting this email, which define falls information given to a customer like me to get your product sold.I have activated the 3G plan 2GB on my number on 24th Nov 14, which i consumed by 13 Dec 14. Then i got a call from a lady from idea, she ask me to upgrade the services to Rs. 650/- plan which is unlimited. I asked her that i will do it later. On 14th i called 12345 idea customer care to inquire about 650 plan o[censored]nlimited, that gentlement explain me the plan. When i asked him about the charges, he told me nothing will be charged extra to you as you are upgrading to a new unlimited plan. He explained me further that Rs. 450 of 2GB will be charged to me plus Rs. 195 will be charged on pro-rata basis for activating a new plan.On his confirmation i request him to activate the Rs. 650 plan for 3G unlimited. And again on Confirmation i started using the internet on my cell. Now the issue is... I received my December month bill of Rs. 1675/- Idea charged me Rs. 629 for my internet uses. As per them i use this chargeable service between 24th Nov to 13 Dec 14. I am very disappointed with this kind of wrong mis-guiding services of yours. Your representatives gives a customer a wrong info about the product.I am clearly mentioning you that, i am not going to pay this charges. I want this charged to be reversed. Why you charged me Rs. 300/- against 2GB plan instead of Rs. 450/- Why should i pay Rs. 630 extra for not charging me Rs. 150 of 2GB plan. I want the charges to be reversed ASAP. I M NOT GOING TO PAY. IF CHARGES ARE NOT REVERSED I WILL STOP ALL UR SERVICES AND I AM READY TO TAKE THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES AS WELL. SACHIN MESTRY [protected]

            sir i am idea network user my no. is [protected] but in my sim any aircel network user cannot call me . i am contact in idea call centre many many time but they cannot solve these problem and then i am go to idea store and change these sim but that problem is not solve i am doing property dealing work due to these problem i lost many deals and loss about 4 lakh approximate, i hope you solve these problem thanks

                I owns the number [protected] & using idea services .My number was barred twice respectively on Dated 25/12/14 & 26/12/14.When called to customer care on both days, they told that they have barred it on my request u& its barred under request of handset lost .No such request was raised by me either personally or telephonic.When called at customer care to give the evidence under which it have been barred . no support provided & only answer answer was that it may be system fault & we will get back with seniors to me .I suffered a lot in these 2 days financially & mentally both . Snapshot of my idea account is attached in jpg . It is carrying the fake communication ids C1-[protected] & C1-[protected] under which services were barred . But when checked telephonic at customer care they have the separate records & given the number - S1-[protected]. I am feeling that these number even are being manipulated as per there convenience .

                Damage Occurred :-
                I am marketing professional . One of my client was supposed to converted in a deal of 15 lacs & on this conversion i would have got 10% incentive from my organization which comes to Rs. 1, 50, 000. In addition i would have got annual benefit in CTC of Rs. 1, 20, 000 . I lost both as i was not contactable & he left the city for 2months .

                I received a call from [protected] today & calling person told that call is from idea customer care . Customer Care executive inquired about the complaint & issue .

                Communication Details :-

                Customer Care told that " It was a Manual mistake " & confessed that "Sir aagey se aisa nhi hoga ."

                I told him that i have suffered due to your mistake & why should i bear the loss due to your mistake .

                He asked what are the losses .

                I told that as i filled its around 3 lacs & it should be beared by you.

                In total conversation, i received unprofessional gestures which were filled taunts like "ACHHAAAA" .

                    Dear Concern, I am using an idea connection since last 6 months and didn't face any issues. I used to pay the bill on time and last month suddenly by bill amount increased from Rs. 600-700 to Rs.3000 and then I had word with your executive he didn't solve my issue. After so may delays, your executive told me to put waiver request without informing me proper terms and condition. And now once the waiver is done all the conditions are being told to me. Please check if you can do anything or else I need to take help of consumer forum as wrong commitments are being done and no one ready to take action on the same.                       I have recharged for 649Rs 3G plan in IDEA which is 4gb normal usage and post 4gb its 40kbps and used the SIM in the data card and I have got only 50kbps of download speed max from first 1gb. I have called the customer care and enquired about this they asked me to clear cache and delete profile and recreate but nothing worked at last I came to know from customer care the actual speed they are giving in 3G plan is 50kbps. There is no advertisement saying anywhere its 50kbps speed and they are cheating people its a 3G plan instead if I have opted for a 2G plan I will get this speed. Why IDEA is cheating people with all advertisement in the channels saying idea internet network. I used an Airtel SIM in the same dongle and I have got 2.2 mbps download speed.

                        Yesterday i.e. 26th Dec. 2014 in the night some one misused my phone No. for calling by tapping lin some where and i have a notification from Idea for call charging of Rs. 110.95.This came to know from your SMS . However there is not knwn the caller details. Pls check and confirm how it happen. Yesterday soime one from a private co. called and asked me to make my phne post paid so that they will give 1 GB data for just Rs. 250/pm and also lowver call rates but I refused to do anything. This is very unsual. Pls check and confirm Thanks

                          Dear Team The Idea Executive Tagged the third paty bill with my bill from July 2014 & this mistake was accepted by their Executive Amol Rahate( Mahatma nagar Nasik) after Continuous follow up and visit to my Idea Twice still problem is not resolve and also my Services was stopped by company this thing happens with me from last 6 Months Frequently .                             Dear Sir, Date 22.DEC.2014 was Rs.445 for amount recharge for 3G, 3GB Internet pack Idea mobile, then will activate msg received and good work, But after few day was received msg on Date 25.DEC.2014 your Rs.19 successful recharge and now activate your 100MB data plan!!!how possible, i have no any recharge Rs.19, so why he sent me msg and my old data plan have now deactivate!!!                               Dear Sir, I bought the idea prepaid sim ( [protected]) on 22nd Dec. My sim is still not activated (bought on 22/12/14). Your distributor SK Enterprises (Mr. Kaushal Gupta, Sector 41) has lost my Photo id and addresss proof and photograph, which I have submitted to them with the CAF form as per the rule. Please revert where my ids are and what about my sim activation. Your distributor has done the same with one of my known friend. please revert asap and return my ids, I do not want any mis use of it. I expect a reply from you first. It is not about one customer only, it is about the image of the company. The way your distributor are treating with customers, it is creating bad word of mouth for the IDEA. This has to be addresses seriously, else I have to go for further actions. My bill generated for this month was Rs. 2880.62 . When checked the break-up, i found that Rs. 1760.96 was generated for the data uses which was exceeded after the limit of my plan . As per idea i have the excess use of data 444072 to which i am being charged at 4ps/10kb . But things are being manipulated by idea . On the last day [30/11/14] of my billing cycle at 10:41pm, i have received a auto generated message from idea that i have been left with 93.63mb data . After this only 1hour 19 minutes were left to complete the billing month . After a day i recieves the bill . I got shocked that my bill was generted Rs. 2880.62 & from it Rs. 1760.96 was for excess data uses . I contacted customer care over phone & email to get it resolved . But my request was ignored with answer that this excess data was used prior to Nov 08, 2014. And after that the plan got changed after my request . My fight is for the thing that :- I am using a post paid number with a plan in which have the combination of data & voice call uses. Till last day i am receiving the 20-30 msgs daily from idea that i am left with so & so data . If i would have been provided with correct information of left data then i may not have used the data in excess . Do the service provider havent the duty to give the right status ? If there system is delivering the wrong status then why should customer have to suffer ? Such service by IDEA have given me the undesired botheration, mental disturbance & spoiled my lot of time . They have done extreme today on 25/12/14 to do un-ethical practice . My number was barred for incoming & outgoing both . When called at customer care, they told that they have received the complaint of hand set lost, it have been barred at my request number C1-[protected] . And after approx 30mnts it was unbarred . What a extreme it is to TORTURE CUSTOMERS ? All photo proofs & email communications are attached . Looking for the support .

These two bill wrongly charge. When I make a complaint regarding this Customer care executive findout that it your both bill Idea post paid wrongly charge around 900 rs. I make a complaint regarding this but no solution provided by Idea cellular ltd. I made a complaint many time to idea customer care, Most important customer care is not providing the solution.                                     Background of the case is I am using 3g plan which was activated to last till 14/01/2015 (155 plan for 1 Gb ) Even after activating the plan only 2g data service was coming . I went back to the outlet for changing settings, instead they activated a 3g plan for 3 days for 80 mb which expired on 21/12/14 . Next day i went to the same outlet and they r denying they recharged my whole month plan is wasted . My concern is the unethical, unprofessional, misconduct by Idea outlet . They are not ready to listen and the outlet is operated in deceit and the information is not provided correctly . We don't want these kind of outlets to operate . Also, franchise should adhere to some guidelines not run on their free will . I want my 3g service to be restored which was revoked because of the carelessness of idea franchise

                                      Hi, My Idea Postpaid mobile is [protected] & I am using service since 2009 I am really frustrated by the OVERHEAD Internet charges you have applied for Oct 2014 of Bill amounts 3500/-. My data usage of 600MB was consumed on 19th Oct & I have called IDEA customer care to change my Billing plan as I need more data to Rs 549 monthly Rental plan . But your IDEA customer care representative did not changed the plan on 20th Oct 2014 But he tried to convince me that, I will be getting less billed by sticking to already existing Rs 425 plan; He committed on phone that I will get bill less than 1000Rs I had submitted request for PLAN change to 549 plan on 20th Oct, If this would have been implemented by your team then my bill would have been Rs1800; Now you have send the Rs 3500 bill for Oct month & also stopped all the outgoing call & SMS; Do you mean to take one sided decision to harrass the customer . It's my fault to be with IDEA since 6years & prompltly paid bills on time. This is the way, you guys show your loyalty with customers . Now, trusting on your customecare advise the bill is doubled than expected . Take a note that I am not going to tolerate these things . I am not going to pay a Single Ruppee till you do not make CORRECTIONS in bill.

                                      Is this kind of service you provide to your Customer. I had been getting harassment calls from Mr Manish Kate, Legal Advisor for IDEA PUNE. He had talked rudely & had ask me to pay Rs18000 in SHIVAJINAGAR court on 26Dec2014 .

                                      What had I done for facing LEGAL charges.

                                      Do IDEA mean that they can FORCE any amount BILLS on there customer?

                                      If we do not pay Rs3500 only if not paid for 1 month? We need to pay Rs 18000 in court . I cant pay a penny .

                                      IS this not OoULLU BANAWING to customers ?
                                      Kindly confirm if you are going to resolve complaint no C1-[protected] raised on 24Dec2014 for Bill discrepancy?
                                      If not able to resolve before 3rd Januray 2015.

                                      Kindly consider to terminate my account & also NO further bill addition in any case will be accepted for Mobile no [protected] .

AND IT WAS ACTIVATED ON 19/12/2014 FROM THE DATE OF ACTIVATION AM UNABLE TO RECIVE INCOMING CALLS FROM UNINOR NETWORK AND AM GETTING ERROR MSG AS ( THE NUMBER YOUR TRYING TO REACH DOSE NOT EXIST PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND TRY AGAIN). SO I CALLED TO CUST CARE AND I REGISTERD A COMPLAINT ON THIS ISSUE.COMPLAINT NO.SR 1-[protected], AND ST 1-[protected]. IN CUST CARE I SPOKE TO EXECUTIVES, FLOOR SUPERVISORS. AND ALSO SUPERVISORS LEAD. BUT THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONCE FROM CUST CARE, I JUST GOT A CALL FROM TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT THEY ASKED ME TO SWITCH OFF AND SWITCH ON THE MOBILE .. I DID THAT BUT STILL MY PROBLEM IS EXESTING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT ...
