This is my 2nd time complain that i want to close the connection with Idea Company but they are just keep Running and dint close my connections.

i paid my bill on Time to time but they just keep closing my connection, That Shaibaugh office Person Umang Soni, Heena Communication is just collecting the cash from us and never pay our bill..

last time i had open that case and they give me assurance that they will Resolve this issue but this is not yet done..

they are one of the worst company and fraud Executive Person are working..

Last time i had open this thread.

      [protected], Ram Sakal Singh, Pune, Maharashtra, serving in Indian Air Force. I changed my prepaid to postpaid 299 plan in January 2014 after getting posted in J&K sector. I was getting monthly bill of Rs. 600-800 which I was paying in time. ON 06 NOV 14, SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM CUSTOMER CARE ASKING ME TO CHANGE TO 899 PLAN. HE PROMISED THAT IT IS MOST SUITABLE PLAN FOR ME AND MONTHLY BILL WILL NEVER EXCEED RS.899. I AGREED.BUT NOW I GET A BILL OF RS. 1600 PLUS. WHEN QUERIED, CUSTOMER CARE TELLS THAT SINCE MID OF THE CYCLE U CHANGED PLAN SO BILL IS MORE. WHAT IS MY FAULT? THIS ADVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY THAT PERSON BEFORE ACTIVATING. I REQUEST U TO LOOOK INTO THE MATTER, REVIEW MY BILL, CHARGE ME AT AVERAGE RATE OF PREVIOUS MONTHS AND CONTINUE MY EARLIER 299 PLAN. THANKS!

            I subscribed for a roaming plan of Rs. 71 for 28 days on 8th Dec, 2014. And, I got the confirmation message from Idea also that. it is valid upto 6th Jan, 2015. But still the roaming pack is not activated, and it is deducting 1.5 Rs/ minute. I am using the same plan from last 5 months. It is the first time, I am getting this problem. Since, I'm in roaming, so I don't have any medium to communicate with the Punjab IDEA Customer case. My Sim is IDEA. My number is [protected] (Punjab).

                  Pl note I have submitted complaint regarding overcharging of postpaid monthly bill twice & my request was cancelled twice regardless of my detailed e mail regarding the matter. I had ported from loop to idea .my 1 st bill was of 1333/_. I used 746 mb for 21 days.I was entitled for 700 mb free as per porting plan. Bill should have included only 46 mb charge that comes to 250/_ wheras I was charged 1055 for net charges. Instead of repeated reminders no solution from idea for this matter. THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER CARE WHOM I CONTACTED 2ND TIME, HE SAID YOU HAVE ACTIVATED BY DIALLING *123#. THEY ARE NOT REPLYING THE SAME ANSWER. AND I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ALSO BY ANY MODE OF COMMUINCATION LIKE MESSAGE OR ANY THING ELSE. IN POSTPAID DATA PACK CANNOT BE ACTIVATED EASILY. THERE IS A PROCESS FOR IT. YOU HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND REGISTER FOR DATA PACK. BUT I HAVE NOT CALLED THEM FOR THAT. I HAVE CHANGED MY CONNECTION FROMM PREPAID TO POSTPAID BECAUSE OF FALSE CHARGES IN PREPAID . SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS QUICKLY AS YOU RECEIVE. THANK YOU .

                      sir, I am Rajeev Kumar from Mathura, UP. MyIdea mobile No. is [protected]. On 27 Nov 14 'dialler tone' service had activated and 50 rupees deducted and on 29 Nov again 15 rupees deducted for a song for that service But for all these deduction I was neither informed nor asked, even sms was also not send. I got knowledge about this special service on my number by my one dialler on 30 Nov and immediately i contacted customer care on 198 and talk to customer care executive and supervisor then i got knowledge about aforesaid balance deduction but denied to refund my my balance and said according to their data this service was activated from my side which is fully wrong and also told that i must be contacted within 24 hour of balance deduction. But, sir without any information about balance deduction how a consumer get knowledge. Hardly some people check their balance daily and this is not possible for everyone to check their balance always and confirm always about balance deduction and special service activation on their mobile no. Sir, i want my money back and this type of deduction and special service activation should not be happened.

                        I took idea 2g unlimited data plan for one month 201rs for 2g plan. It's shown that after 1gb usage the speed will reduce to 40kb. But when I saw that I did not even get 20kb speed properly I checked to see if it was my phone problem. There was nothing wrong and I had good range too. I did not even get proper 2g speeds. Idea has been purposefully cutting my data allowance and I wish to bring this to your notice. It took me more than 15 mins to attach the screenshot below

                          Dear Mr Himanshu. I am using idea post paid since 3-5 years.I had change my plan from 899 to 599 on 13 nov 2014. As I discuss with customer care executive with some Internet pack.GPRS services activated on 16 Nov on repeated request.suddenly it was deactivated on 24 Nov without any information.i had talked to customer executive so many times regarding internet servcies ..they tried to solve through my setting in my phone.they didnt inform me regarding 7 internet pack which i subscribe is not working .i didnt not send any request regarding deactivation of internet packs.From your side it was deactivated.you can confirm though voice talk recorded.So many times i request your execuitves regarding not able to use GPRS.sudenly they telling me unbilled amount 6000rs which i didnt use.there is total lapse in your side.my outgoing STD call barred.not able to call customer care no. also from my number which is also toll free no. I was using iPlan 399 and opted to change for super saver 149. when they changed the plan my unbilled amount just jumped from Rs.0 to Rs.1880. my limit was 1100 so you guys just blocked my number with out any intimation. Even the bill was an error. When i contacted the customer care they are asking me to pay the amount so that only they can activate my account. Why do i need to pay an amount which is an error in your side? I want my problem to be resolved and my account to be activated. When i asked them that can pay and move to other network they said yes. So if you cant solve this I will appeal in consumer court. and change my number to another network. I never paid late or fine in the past. Is this the way you treat a customer? as per the plan amount should be Rs. 448 including tax. But they are asking me to pay Rs. 1880. give me reply soon.it happened today(04/12/2014). I'm going to give port request tommorow evening so give me reasonable reply. so that i can stop porting because it is a pain for me and loss for you.

                                today i got a message it says i used internet for Rs 1857. which actually a part of my previous plan but you guys just charged the data uasge directly instead of charging it based on the previous iPlan 399. i'm only liable to pay the amount for previous iplan 399. not this 1857. you should calculate the data usage on plan basis not just directly. I'm sure i didn't used any data extra than the data offered in the previous plan. i have the data usage record in my mobile.

                                      Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected]. I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 4 Dec 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I also got the sms saying MRS:126.00. Credited Vol kb 104876.Expiry date 03/01/2015 00 hr... ". But now when I am using Internet, data charges are deducted being deducted from my talk time. 3G data balance is still the same. When i have called Customer Care and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone and can use this only on ISF. I don't have an Idea Smart Phone. The meaning of ISF is not clearly mentioned on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request . Please help.

                                        i bought a new idea postpaid connection and after one month they generated my bill 800 it was very high according to my uses so i did not pay this bill and after some days i got a call regarding for bill and she told me that you just pay 500 rs your number wii be activate i made a payment of 500 but they dont activet my num till now IT IS TOTLY FAKE THEY TAKES EXTRA CHARGES FROM CLIANT
