[protected] is my Idea number, C[protected] is the complaint raised and none heed to the complaint so far.

On May 22, 2017 I paid Rs. 3000 as Deposit amount for activating International Roaming on my number. I returned India on Dec 03, 2019. For refund I visited the same Idea store and found it permanently closed and reached another Idea store. Now Idea Store/Idea Care they do not see this entry in their records. Can you please help me to get the refund of amount I paid.

Please see the attached copy of bill/receipt issues to me at Idea store as an evidence of payment.

Appelate.mh/mum contacted: no response except dates after dates. (Mr Girish Holla and Team not responding).
Customer no response.

Please help to escalate this matter on priority.

    There has been no network for Idea in Bangalore, Karnataka since the past 5 days since Jan 2nd till date! This is my main number and I cant even call or text or even port out. Idea is just screwing my life like this. They have no idea how bad this is! I don't even know who all called me!! Please please help!

      I have an idea number last from 5-7 yrs. Now m using airtel and idea both. I recharged idea number 84 days validation pack with 1.5 gb/ day.
      Now speed of internet is 0.1kb/s and after this #.. They send me 50% data limit reach now on daily basis without using.
      Call doping, network lost when calling. Agar idea company ka owner mil gya na uske itne thappad marunga madarch. D ke.. Iske baap ka paisa hai kya. Bhen ka [protected]@da. Jab [protected]@nd me dam nahi hai.. To apni maa kyu ch*dwa raha hai. Tumhare customer care wale bhosdike kabhi koi bolta hai volte off kardo koi rand! Ka kehta h on kardo.. Ye network select karo wo manual karo.. Jab bhn ke lawdo.. Hume hi sab karna hai tumne apni bhn ke liye booking kholi hui h kya.. Idea and vodafone owner a big dick in your mouth and # off.. I swear tumhari ankhe band aur paiso ke lalach ne tumhare andar sirf ek chutiya insaan chod dia hai.. Kabhi tum logo ki life me death bhi hui to i pray to god tumhari maut itni dardnaak ho aur tumhare sabhi parivar ke logo ki bhi jo ye haram ka paisa kha rhe h.. U ll never get happiness. U can make money only aur usko apni gaand me daal le batti bana ke.. Kidey padenge body me.. Jis din bhi tumhari maut ki news aayi. Main 501/- ki mithai bataunga aur ye kahunga kabhi haram ka mat khana.. Aaj ke baad se tumhari life bekar hoti jayegi.. Its my promise to u and a request from god.. Karma ll give u a big fck

        Upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

        I tried calling 121 but did not receive any assistance.

          Excuse me if my words are rough.
          I am facing data problems for about 4 weeks
          I cannot tolerate this anymore
          Customers depend on ur networks and what u people do? Simply sit there and gave lame excuses?
          I have called several customer executives and yet no action wat so ever
          I cant even load my gmail. Cannot send a watzzapp msg
          This is too much and very bad from your side
          I have been using this sim for about 10 years n thatz the reason y i didnt port to any other network but u people i[censored] begin like this i am getting nerves. I had given many complaints n yet no action

            I have idea sim insertd into a nrml phone without tch scrn. Its a keypd mob ph how cn i use wap service in dat.
            3times 3 rs 8 rs 8rs have been debiting frm main balance..
            This is really horrible cos i dnt hv time to recv calls on dat ph y will i subscribe to ur unwntd wap services..
            Refund bck my money immeditaly.
            I get msg frm 51988..
            I keep balance in sim fr emergency calls u ppl keep debited unnesarily without consent. Who has given u permision.

              Hello,
              I am user of idea service in maharashtra circle.

              I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
              "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider"

              I tried with customer care and visit to store many times, no resolution.

              During the same time, i was able to get upc code for my another number, i was able to port out.

              I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.

              It's been 5 days i am trying to PORT my number. Still issue did not resolve. If i am calling customer care they are saying me to wait for 4 hrs for every time Iam calling them

                I recharged my idea number using my idea app at 19 nov 2019. When it offered 100% cashback. But after recharge i don't get any cashback.
                When i contact customer care then they say that due to technical problems i am unable to help you. Please call after 1-2 hours. I called them again and again. After 45 days they tell me due to changes in recharge plan i am unable to help you. I want my cashback.

                  I have idea sim card in android mobile.
                  Suddenly, it is showing "no service", no apn settings.
                  I have tried restarting mobile, reinserting sim, changing sim slot, etc. My other company sim is working fine on both slots.
                  For idea sim, it is not allowing to search manually for carrier or to change apn setting.

                  Can you please help reactivating my sim?

                    I got the call from idea (service provoder)
                    On 6th Jan 2020 That they will clear the matter within 24hours. No solution yet
                    I also try to contact care center but again no solution.
                    Now they are telling me that your solutions will be 30th jan. reason for delay. They dont
                    I am trying to get the port number from half of December now its january.
                    If the company can not provide the services. Why it is in the market.why defaming AB group.

                    My issue is bot solved yet u are just making fool daily from last 2months. Daily u r saying wait for 24 hrs ..wait for 24 hrs..nor ur idea stores are doing anything.. U fool idea company must be shut down
                    Idea network does not send me UPC after sending them msg for port requests. Always show ur process is delay plz try after sometime...

                    Unable to call, message, use internet anything despite of available balance. Network issues facing mostly after merger of idea_vodafone. Worst mobile service used till date. Seems like making fools out of customers.

                      I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support only one game. I. E snake game, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution

                        I am facing issue while trying to port out of idea.
                        Their network is extremely poor in bangalore. Completely fed up with the slow internet speed.
                        When sending port message i am getting error message "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Contact your service provider".
                        I have already paid all their pending bills.
                        Called the customer care multiple times but they keep on procrastinating.
                        Kindly resolve this.

                        I normally always get unlimited packs. But I'm not happy with idea network and want to port. I understand that messaging to 1900 is chargeable and have a main account balance of 7.5 rupees.. but I'm still unable to send the message.

                          I lost my idea sim ([protected] delhi circle) and got it reissued on 28 dec 2019 from mumbai. They said it will get activated within 4 hours. Even after 7 days the sim is not registered on the network. I called the customer care multiple times but they kept on saying wait for some time, we cant do anything.
                          Kindly look into the matter as i have important accounta linked to that number

                              Hello madam/sir,

                              For the past 2 months i have been trying to port out of idea due to bad signal coverage in my area. But everytime i send the prescribed porting message (Port [protected] to 1900), i receive a reply saying that upc for my number cannot be generated as it is not configured (Screenshot attached).

                              I have called and visited customer care stores a dozen of times, still the issue persists. Therefore i want you to look into it and resolve my issue asap.

                                I am an idea subscriber for the past 5 years and now as i am traveling to ethiopia, where idea does not work and airtel does; i am trying to port and the upc number is not being generated.

                                Customer care employees just redirect the issue as if the problem is with handset and i tried with other handsets too

                                They're playing tricky in this demanding customers to continue with them by not providing upc code and asking the customers to recharge once again.

                                The reply i get is "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured please contact your service provider".

                                I wish submit this to trai in order to get my issue cleared on my mobile number [protected].

                                  I have paid my payment of idea postpaid bill on november 25th of 2019. But i still get messages regarding unpaid bill and also a legal notice. After payment also no connection was available because of which my many services was blocked. No proper service was available even after making complaints. Made calls to customer care, visited idea store but no actions were taken. They asked me to register complaint and forward a mail regarding the above issue to the concerned mailing address. No responses there too. They still keep on saying that the payment status is not updated. No one is ready to take action regarding this issue and i keep on getting email regarding payment not made

                                    I received a marketing call today (03/1/2020) at 10:45 am from a number of idea ([protected]). I listen around 10 second and disconnected the call, but at 10:46 am, a message was received about the deduction of rs. 3 from from 50404. When i called to the customer care 198, they denied refund the amount. Now, let me know, what is going on in the company when it is earning by stealing money of customers?

                                      I have already raised a complaint a month ago to customer care regarding unauthorised deductions of ₹5/- on receiving call from random numbers starting 815... But to no avail. Without consent of customer, company has been calling repeatedly on daily basis. Once you pickup the call you end up getting a sms stating ₹5/- has been deducted owing to sports download from one97 which i haven’t opted or subscribed till date.
                                      Customer care gave me a number to dial 545454 to deactivate but again to no avail. Kindly stop this nuisance and loot with immediate effect.

                                        Since 31st december, 2019 i could neither make nor receive any call, but text and data service was ok. After calling my respective customer care centre on 31st night, i was suggested, after 2 days of lodging the complaint, to put my sim in the 2nd slot and change the network to vodafone, but without use. Tonight i had to again call the customer service, and was told to wait for 2 more days, in the meantime, i lost my data service after calling the customer support.
                                        Is this the way to resolve issues? Can you put yourself in such a situation, without data and calling for 3 days? Don't do the same mistake bsnl had done. It's somehow alive, because it's government undertaking company. But you won't.
                                        Want quick response and issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
