[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unnecessary subscription

I have been charged so much for unnecessary subscription which i clearly haven't subscribed. It was for some pathetic wallpapers which i'm not even interested to know.
This has been going on for a long time. The same thing happened to my sister's account, she lost almost 200rs on these subscriptions which happen without our knowledge. Are you trying to fool your customers? Are you not getting enough money? Please stop this non-sense. I did complain once but you hardly took it serious, but please do look into this matter or else i will have to deactivate the sim or choose another service.

For the same, SMS to be send from your idea contact number in the format of EBILL < Space> MONTH to 12345. For Eg: EBILL <space> JAN. Also you can get ebill by registering mail id with us, kindly send EMAILID<space> your mail id and send it to 12345.After updation of email address, you can mail us at [email protected] mentioning the month/ duration for which bill is required.
