This is regarding my idea number (Mp region)
From 13th nov, i have been charged for vas activations which are done automatically on the number. The issue started after i recharged my number with the 3g plan on 8th number (For rs. 97).
On 17th nov, two vas services were activated on my number, without me doing the same. I have been charged rs.20 each day for that till 24th nov. I requested to deactivate the service on 22nd nov. (Ref. No[protected] even raised a refund req. (Ref no.[protected] but didn't get any refund for the same.
Later on 27th, rs.25 were deducted, for which the customer care executive told me that some animated image was being downloaded, whereas i haven't downloaded anything, and i am using the internet just for whatsapp. No refund or even complaint was raised about the same.
On 29th nov, again vas service, miniflex is being activated on the number, without me doing the same. For which i raised the request (Ref[protected] and asked for a refund.
Now, on 30th nov, a new service is being activated on the same number for which deductions are made. (Ref.[protected]. Again on 3rd dec, another fashion service was activated but my daughter called and ask for deactivation, they are not even supporting that. I cant call and follow up with the executives each time, so my daughter called from her idea number.
Since i am a senior citizen and i am not aware of all these things to call the customer care or to mail you, again and again, you guys are making irrelevant deductions for the past 20 days.
Either your service providers here want to make some money or they don't care how much discomfort they are causing me. My daughter is calling from another number to solve the problem, but customer care is not helping at all on the first go.
Either i made a mistake using idea or the greater mistake i made by recharging it with the 3g plan
Kindly, refund all the wrongly charged deductions or i don't want to use the services anymore.
Even i not getting any response to my emails, though i got an acknowledgment that within 48 hours they will revert. Its been 3 days but i guess for idea those 48 hrs are still not over.
I am fed up with the customer care and their rude behavior.

Apology for the trouble caused. As checked, you have raised the request post 24 hours of the deduction. Also, you've been charged while using WAP service. Hence, we express our inability to refund the same. Also, you can dial *121*46# or send and an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS. For further assistance kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.
