Hi,
I am trying to disconnect my idea number: 91-[protected]. I tried to disconnect it from october, 2017 onward. Initially i was being told, they can't disconnect it before completion of 3 months. Later on a, after completion of 3 months, when i went to idea store, keshtopur, kolkata, west bengal for the second time, they again didn't take my request and mentioned it can't be disconnected before 120days (1st dec-17).
I tried to contact to customer care service for raising it there but they mentioned they can't disconnect it as there is no reason of discontinuation. I am not happy with the service and being mentally harassed for a simple discontinuation of idea service. Isn't this a reason enough?
Later on asking for any reference no. Of call for complaints they mentioned the details are not matching with the customer details and said to contact them again with correct details.
Last time i talked to customer care person (Sumon mondal).
This is the 7th time or 8th, we tried to contact but every time they come up with different reasons for not taking any requests. The bill reference no. Is[protected] and is paid, still no one is taking any request for the discontinuation of idea no.
