The application was successfully processed on the same day but the same has not yet been released.. 20 days have already passed away. Also, the incoming and outgoing call and sms facility has been stopped on the same day by reliance. What is the cause of this abnormal delay?       A sum of rs. 5 deducted from my idea mobile balance on 06.12.2017 at afternoon. My idea mobile number is [protected]. After the deduction, immediately i informed the matter to the idea customer care representative. But no satisfactory answer/reason given to me by the representative about this deduction. Now i want to get the deducted balance in my idea mobile number as soon as possible. So kindly take necessary actions.

        This is the second time in my number vas activated without my knowledge . It is so annoying that with ot user confirmation vas services are activation while using some app or internet.

          In beginning i get only rs.225/- but from since six months verry high amount of bill is comming please cancel the post paid because every month i am getting the bill amount rs.320 to 425/- it is verry difficult to pay every month. I went to the nearest idea shop of 3 or 4 times they made careless. Please deactivation of post paid. And change from post paid to prepaid of the same sim. Thank you

            I have ported my sim from idea pune to idea bangalore. My sim registration is displaying as failed even after changing to the new sim and waiting for couple of hours.

            I am not sure how should i call to 59059 as the sim doesn't have network and so i not allowed to call. Number: [protected]

            If it needs to be called on 59059 than pls suggest some other number to which i can call from any other network.

              I am getting charged this nonsense vuclip and nazara charges. Last bill cycle it was rs 125/-. Current non bill (10 nov - till date) cycle its already rs 400/-.

              What nonsense is going on.
              I am repeating, i don't know what is vuclips. As a customer i have not subscribed to this service. As ideas customer you simply cannot blame 3rd party for charging me. If its third party why it is reflected in your bill???

              Stop vuclips on my mobile.!!!

              inspite of raising tens of complaints to customer care since 6th nov 2017. I am getting continuously getting deduct.

              - ridiculous, so called vulcip charges for this unbilled cycle (10nov till 7 dec) has become close to my mobile bill for this number.

              - after repeatedly follow ups as customer, after visiting your customer care shops. I have become of the opinion that you don't know anything about vuclips as a service details. Which is disappointing. Your idea customer is being charged for a service which neither customer is aware neither you are.

              - i sent message to 58595 as per customer care instructions on 30th nov to stop this nonsense service (Which i don't know what it is in the first)

              - you give some nonsense reason stating its 3rd party which deducts and it is not in ideas cellular hands. boss, you look at my mobile bill history, it has never been more than rs 500-600 for my number. And now i have been charged rs 400/- for this bill cycle just for some stupid, nonsense clips which i am not aware, neither idea cellular is. Neither you have details of what i have been charged for. What links i have visited, when i have visited, what clips i have downloaded. You damn guys have no details even to analyse the root cause. You just keep sending me deductible vuclip charges.

              - once some "short of knowledge" customer care lady last week gave me solution to stop this vuclip service by- going to google store settings in my device and uncheck "add icon on home screen". Which i did. But your suggestion did not work. And i am still getting charged with vuclip charges. :-/

              I dont want any vuclips messages coming on my mobile. Whatever this vuclips is. Stop it on my mobile [protected].!!!

              I cannot be more louder and clearer than this.

                  I have done a wrong payment to idea whose transaction id is nx[protected]
                  Dated - 19 august 2017.
                  Which is done through phonepe.
                  And their customers care executive says their is no such payment done to idea how it possible.
                  And if i have selected wrong telecom operators idea should have done refund if their no such number registered on their company how they can accept payment money for it they should do refund immediately without any problems. But now the situation is that they refuse that their is no such transaction how it is possible???

                      Idea Cellular has charged my mobile number double the actual bill amount saying that I used data beyond the limits which is not right. I ported to Reliance Jio within 3 days of bill payment which was my last billing cycle and now the excess amount bill is sent to me with double the monthly rental. Even after writing so many email I got no satisfactory reply from the company.
                      Now they made me pay the amount saying that will stop the service of my number which is my primary number.

                        I am calling to Idea customer care for may sim replacement, replay from customer care executive name is Anand Bharti said they not provide such facility.when I said to him that I was going for porting then he said go to porting and addition told other Idea users who are working with me to port their number. They not care about customer.

Unfortunately from 15 the nov my restaurant finally closed, after that i went idea store to request pls close 4444 no & 6666 converted to prepaid. Pls adjust my security deposits with bill & diff if any let me know but they told you come on 7 th dec. I went there again twice but same reply & from next day my outgoing closed. Now my question is that if i have taken free call plan & i am paying more money for that & i told you thrice to clear bill & convert no to prepaid then why should i pay bill after disconnecting my outgoing? Now i request you to pls disconnect my both no & let me know asap what amount i have to pay & why? Thanks waiting for your reply.

If your company had allowed me to port the number to reliance jio, only than the number shifted to reliance jio.                               Not a single idea showroom (Agency/franchise) will help you to migrate from idea postpaid to prepaid. Either they wont have prepaid sim card or system will not work at that time or they will come up with some weird requirement saying please wait till bill process, please submit all your documents, or they may say your card will be off for 3-4 days if you migrate from postpaid to prepaid.

                                My idea no [protected], i activated dnd service after fedup with non reasonable many deductions from my balance.
                                Inspire of dnd active also i am still getting
                                Deduction from my balance.
                                I receive a job openings sms from 51998 which i never requested from my mobile and after some time one more sms from same no saying rs 5 charged for no reason.
                                When i contact idea c. Care they didn't respond properly and said i have activated some services which i never accessed from my no/mobile.

                                If you observe and check there are so many similar cases only in idea nos and not any other services.

                                From this one can definitely conclude idea is doing some scams and looting it's customers irrespective of dnd activation.

                                I request please look in to this issue and find the root cause from where this no (51998) operating so that my users will be benefitted.

                                Dear Customer support team please can you once again cross check with the DND Service request of mine, it was not post 24hrs of deduction as i already activated one month back but still money was keep on deducting so i repeatedly trying to Activate DND service thinking that the service was not activated .

                                  This happened today 06/12/2017, when i got a call from mobile no, [protected] where the person said we are calling from sbi credit card and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of issuing a fresh card and updating my reward points in the new card. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp which i gave her. When i checked the sms the transaction has already been completed.

                                  Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                                    I had already call for balance refund but your executive behaviour not correct she did not refund my balande did not refund all this thinks happen today...
