Automatically vas activated and ₹150 deducted from my account. I immediately unsubscribed and contacted customer care and got refund, after two days the same amount deducted for game pind, while complained to customer care they told amount will be refunded in 48 hours but not, again i informed this to customer and they told me to wait for 24 hours, hence i didn't received my deducted amount i contacted customer care after 7 days, they told amount can't be refunded,
Customer care executives makes us to wait, giving bogus replies and swindling the amount,
In this idea cellular is worst, yearly nearly loosing ₹500 like this

    Hi there are four fraudulent activities done on my account and the transactions are under settlement i don't want them to be processed further as people who called me (Got call from [protected]

    These are the transactions that have happened today. Please help and let these transactions not get processed and refund this amount to me. Please. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

      I received call [protected] day before yesterday 9. P. M[protected] on my mobile and i did not picked up it and before it may be two weeks back when i was in my my home town i got this call but i pickedup, but not talked, after

        I port my pre paid airtel number to the idea cellular in post paid on 04-10-17 after calling a lady from the number as mention here [protected], [protected] & [protected] and i also whatsapp my documents to the same number on her request. She offered me a plane of 399 with wrong commitment & misrepresentation in this plane she offered unlimited calling on any network, free 300 sms with 35 gb data, at that time i thought that this plane is good for me. But it shocked & surprise after came to my knowledge through sms that my plane is 499 instead of 399 and data as per her promised is not provide me. I have all the proof of voice recording of that lady. It is very shock that idea cellular company misguide the idea users & collect huge money with committed fraud and misrepresentation.

        I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible early.

          I have been receiving sms from idea-cms for donwload from nazara/mandir darshan. Also, the amount shows in the bill. Upon complaining to idea customer care, nobody is providing any solution, instead they keep telling that you must have clicked pop-ups, etc. Whereas the deduction sms comes during night when the phone is not in use and locked.
          Call gets disconnects in between while talking to customer and no body calls back. It is a problem of idea service provider that such messages and deductions are happening, there are so many complaints and they should arrange to stop such spams on the number, but they do not solve such issues at all.
          They do not keep a track of calls received and conversations happened if call disconnects i have to repeat the whole story everytime. It is waste of time and energy during office hours!
          Problem: sms of such downloads which i am not doing and their charges being added in my bill, call drops, network issue cannot even explain the problem to the customer care over phone, not keeping a track of the problem shared once by the customer to avoid repeating everytime the call gets disconnected.
          Solution expected: idea care should protect my number from such spams, send a fresh new bill after removing those charges which do not belong to me, arrange a call back with an apology showing concern towards my grievances and actually stop such messages/ charges to my phone. Else, i am porting to another network.

            My idea mobile no [protected] was deducted twice within a week and now a days it's become a regular process of idea cellular to cheat the customer. Idea does not provide the national roaming that's why i recharge my account during roaming. But at the same time by seeing the money available in account they started deducting the money and show the excuse that we have activated the particular service. Last week my account was deducted by rs35 for fashion trenz (As per sms) but that was refunded after complain. On 28/11/17 when i checked the unread sms i saw my account was again deducted by rs21 on 26/11/17 for the activation of midnight movie). When i contacted to customer care on 28/11/17 they ignore to raise my complain and said deducted money will not be refunded as it crossed 2 days. On both the cases i did not request for any service activation. Plz do the needful as i am not the single survivor or it is not only the matter of rs35 or 21, it's the faith of every indian to make india corruption free.

              I have done a recharge of 49. Money in the bank are debited but no recharge had done. The transaction id is igaclioxn8. Plzz check on it and make my transaction successful. And ur customer care executes telecallers, plzz teach them how to talk with customers. Their are talking to us with out giving respect to us. I think you must have make them train well before they talk to customers. If i think i can scold them but its wrong, the system o[censored]r comany should be made correct so that no other should complaint like me.

                I was having an idea postpaid number [protected]. I wanted to close the that and convert it to pre-paid. So in the month of april, i settled the full outstanding amount on my connection and approached 3-4 idea stores in the pimpri-chinchwad area to convert my connection to prepaid.

                However, no store took my request and asked to come back in 2 weeks, as they were lacking prepaid card. That sounds me strange, so i called customer care and informed them about this. They told that it should not be the case and try to reach a different store or main idea store in the city.

                I again tried a couple of stores, got the same reply. So finally i went to main idea store, located at shop no. 9, spot 18 mall, pimple saudagar, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411027 with all the relevant documents. The lady confirmed that prepaid cards are available and the other stores were lying to me. There i submitted the conversion form to that lady.

                However, in the meantime, the billing cycle was continued and there was an amount shown against my connection for rental charge. Hence she asked me to pay the bill amount for 2 weeks. I told them that i have stopped using the connection and the additional days were taken due to inability from idea store to convert. I clearly mentioned that i wont be paying this additional cost of rs.250/-. Later the request was put on hold and since then they are following up for payment.

                I have sent the emails to customer care executive that i wont be paying the amount and asked to convert my connection to prepaid first. But got no response.

                Now, recently i am getting the emails from idea with subject line "lok nyaylay intimation! Idea cellular"

                    I have done online recharge for my number [protected] on 24th nov 2017 amounted rs.300 and the ref no is jsbi[protected]igackwaih3.

                    This payment was done through onlinesbi netbanking and at that time itself idea shows a message that transaction was unsuccessful.

                    But till date i have not received the refund amount (Rs.300) for that particular transaction which was deducted from my bank account.

                      This sim card was blocked by idea cellular with approx rs 300 worth of talk time money left on it wef 01 oct 2017. My contention is that it is my money and it should be returned to me. Idea cellular maharashtra and goa is refusing to do so. They have arbitrarily and illegally decided that "no refund would be given for unused talk time balance and validity of the card."

                      This is both arbitrary and illegal as it is my money kept with them for my future use. If future use is blocked, they have no business to confiscate my money and must return it by any alternate means possible preferably cheque.

                          Hello,

                          Unfair 150 rs has been charged in my bill generated on 15 nov for the vas service. As this service is not activated by me and idea has activated this service without my second level of confirmation. Despite of lengthy conversation over the customer care and floor managers they are not willing to remove this charges of 150 rs. Same has happened today 27-nov also, as another vas service has been activated and they told me that they will charge this amount of 150 rs in the next december billing cycle.

                          As i have deactivated this on both the occasion withing 5 mins of activation and according to trai rule they cannot charge for such if deactivated withing 24 hours.

                          I have raised 5-6 request for the same but every time they close the request without resolution and no reduction of 150 rs. I have also sent them the proof which clearly shows this service is deactivated within 5 mins.

                          Kindly help in this issue as i have already suffered a lot because of this issue and no resolution has been made.

                          Please help in reducing this 150 rs charges for nov cycle and also no such charges should be added in dec cycle also.

                            I am having a pre paid mobile connection of idea under the no [protected]. I had gone to mauritius from 16 to 24th nov.2017. I had a balance of rs 600 plus. On 23 november i received a call from a mobile no [protected] which was not attended by me because it involved rs 100 per minute for incoming call. But immediately thereafter a msg flashed that call charges or rs 600 were charged to me. I was shocked to know that almost entire balance was wiped out without having used it. Because of this i had to face a hardship.
                            2. I therefore request you to kindly reverse the wrong deduction of rs 600 at the earliest.

                                    Sir / madam, we have 3 telephone numbers in my house who are using idea cellular. Earlier the service was good but from past two months the call drop is so high that the other person cannot hear. Every call we have to come out of the house to continue the call. Most of the times the call get blank with in 3 to 5 minutes. I observed that the signal strength is good but still this is happening. Earlier we were able to talk from any where in the house.                                       I had received a call from idea and a person is calling mr. Vikas and mr. Rohini who asked me to port your number from airtel to idea and provide me 35 gb data and all calls with roaming facility in isd first time i had port my number is [protected] and [protected] both are from airtel and my first number is already a corpoarte segments [protected] and all call are under rs. 499 with 6 gb data and the idea customer care employees giving me 31 gb data with call facility in all over india i thought my number will be port from airtel to idea for promising me a package of rs. 349 and deposited rs. 249/- and also waive off rs. 100/- charges for porta from airtel to idea. I am from delhi and posted in mumbai. First time they had given a wrong sim after complaint and mailed to idea the changed my sim. After that we use the sim and app downloaded we saw only 5 gb data was given by the idea company. I contacted team head mr. Arif mobile no. [protected] due to false commitment i have lodged a compliant in idea customer care but no response has been received so far and also i deposited bill amount of postpaid connection but no action has been taken and intimated to me so i stop the payment. Now the both numbers have been disconnected even both the numbers are very old and we are facing a lot of problems. Kindly take appropriate action may be taken against the company employees who cheated me and try to connect my mobile at earliest.

                                        I am using idea number. Recently i arrived at sydney before which i had activated the international roaming. After 2 days of arrival here, i have taken a local vodafone number. Just five days back, i tried to use the idea sim so as to keep the sim working and also for office related critical communication. All i come to know is service is barred due to exceeding of the credit limit. The amount is shown as rs. 7194. I am absolutely clueless how this can happen. I have been trying to contact the customer care since 5 days but no luck on calling. I am also writing complaint mails but the replies i am getting are not resolving the problem at all. I have asked for a statement showing my usage but no statement is provided by idea till now. This is causing a lot of issue for me. I need the usage details to be sent to me, also my services should be activated asap as i have already paid rs. 2000 just so that my services can be activated.
