To, Idea Cellular Ltd. Sub.:- Complaint regarding the gradual balance deduction. R/Sir, I am using the idea cellular prepaid number since last 15 yrs. In my vision the image of Idea brand is beyond the market valuation. Till mid of 2014 I haven’t found any discrepancy in the Idea cellular service. Since last 4/5 month I am facing one problem of gradual balance deduction of my prepaid number i.e. [protected]. I talked with customer service number of times but they replayed no such deduction happened also they quoted that on my prepaid number no such VAS is applicable. Once I started the friends & family package in which one of my old idea number I added for the internal communication & for this service 50 paisa used to be deducted daily from the balance but I discontinued this service some 8 months ago. On 20th January 2015 I recharged my number [protected] with 60 rupees by which I received Rs. 51/- as a balance. Since then I have sent only one message & talked once with customer care executive once for 3 minues but still my number is showing the current balance as Rs. 34.51/- it means around 12 rupees deducted merely for one call & a SMS.           Sir my idea no. [protected], the balance on 14/2/15 was Rs.125 around but in morning when I wake up it was only around 60. They have deducted my balance of Rs 60 without any qualified reason & without any requests or permission.. It's first time m facing this type of cheap issues s I would request you to refund my balance as soon as possible otherwise I won't left with any other option except MNP.           About what type of plan you are talking about? ?I haven't requested for any type of plan?? whatever is my need i used to have online recharge of that?? ?

            We are corporate customers of Idea. It was noted that we have been debited Rs. 99/- towards Video Subscription Pack and Rs. 258/- for SMS-MT for mobile no [protected] in the bill dated 23/11/2014. Non of the aforesaid services so billed for were subscribed by the company for this mobile number. As a Corporate number, no individual is entitled to take any offered services unless the company submits a letter / intimates to Idea for any particular number. Hence you are requested to REVERSE THESE CHARGES of Rs. 357/- + service tax (99 + 258) in the forthcoming bill and oblige.

              Vide our letter dated 05/01/2015, the Plan on my mobile no [protected] was changed to "499 Privilege" which includes Calling + GPRS (1.5 gb 3G, thereafter 2G unlimited) services. Accordingly, my earlier plan and GPRS pack should have been by default deactivated / not billed for. However, in the bill no. [protected] dated 06/02/2015, I have been billed for the old GPRS Core service as well. How is it that 2 GPRS plans can be activated and billed on one single no ? Once my plan is changed to "499 Privilege" I can be entitled only to the GPRS services covered under this plan. Please immediately reverse the charges of Rs. 650+ service tax for GPRS core service charged additionally.

                  I, Dr Lokesh T R, your customer with Mobile No [protected], had received following mail from idea care (Wecare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) on 2/02/2015
                  “Sub: Request for clearing the billed outstanding of your previous operator against Mobile No: [protected]
                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  We are informed by your previous operator Vodafone Cellular Ltd that the billed o/s of Rs 590 as per the last invoice generated after the Port out of your mobile connection to Idea on 12/17/2014 is still unpaid.
                  We hereby request you to clear the said billed outstanding within 10 days from the notification and produce the payment receipt/ proof of settlement. Failing which, we will be left with no option other than abiding by the TRAI mandate to disconnect the connection.”
                  According to the mail I had time till 12/02/14 for me to pay the bill and produce the proof. But on 7/02/15 at 4:02PM my outgoing was barred. Though I received messages, it only mentioned about disconnection and not barring of my calls. Mail I received is
                  “Dear Customer, your request for Barring on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through Communication IdC1-[protected].”
                  I had been to the Rohith Enterprises, # E-37/3, 6th 'A' Main, KHB Colony, 1st Stage, Basaveshwarnagar Outlet and asked them that I had time till 12th Feb to pay my bill but my outgoing is barred. They called to Mr. Vignesh who on the phone told me that it is as per TRAI rules. But I mentioned that the mail I received only mentions that after 12/02/15 only my connection will be disconnected if I don’t produce the proof and In case I was informed that my outgoing will be barred after 5 days and both incoming and outgoing will be barred after 10 days, I would have cleared the bill. But in the mail there is no word about barring outgoing calls, it only mentions disconnection. Then they unbarred my call as per my request as there was still 5 days time to show the proof.
                  “Dear Customer, your request for Unbarring on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through Communication IdC1-[protected].”
                  But on the phone Mr Vignesh informed the executive in the outlet that inform me that If I don’t pay the bill by Monday that is 8th my connection will be barred. They also told me that the mail I received on 2nd Feb was to be sent on 31st Jan. So I asked them, since there was time till 12th, as per the instructions of Mr Vignesh, I want a mail confirmation regarding the same instructions to me then I will pay on 8th.
                  I also wanted to register a complaint that I have not requested for barring of my number and the mail should have mentioned that since you have not paid the outstanding of previous provider your number is barred… But they refused to take the complaint.
                  Questions:
                  1. Why was my number barred (not disconnected) without any intimation??
                  2. Though I had time till 12 Feb to show the proof as per your notification dated 2/2/15, my number was barred on 7th, is this not wrong to do so??
                  3. Is Mr Vignesh authorised to order me to pay even before the deadline and tell me that If I have not paid the number will be disconnected?? If yes then Should I not have a confirmation mail about the same (Which I dint receive though the outlet executive mentioned in her mail to Mr Vignesh that the customer wants a mail confirmation regarding the instructions)
                  4. The mail dated 7/2/15 mentioned that “your request for Barring on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully” though I had not. So it was a Wrong communication from the Idea Company to put the onus on me to bar the calls.

                  On 11/02/15, I have submitted the Vodafone receipt no KAR206R150207_19681174 dated 7/2/14 for Rs 590 to the PRK Teleservices, #10K, Parshwa Arcade, 4th N Block, DR. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar at around 2.30 PM. They scanned the receipt and sent a mail to Mr Sayeed (the concerned person) and it was also mentioned in that mail not to disconnect the number since document have been submitted. 11th Feb is still within 10 days of the day of receiving the notification from Idea. Next day i.e., on 12/2/14 at 12.42 PM my number was again barred (both incoming and outgoing). I went to PRK office and enquired. They had done their part of work by mailing the details to Mr Sayeed on 11th Feb itself. But since Mr Sayeed was on leave on 12th it has not been processed and inspite of providing the proof of payment in time my number was barred wrongly. Then I asked for immediate unbarring for which I was told the procedure was to be followed and it will take time. At first instance if the procedure was followed correctly, my number should not have been barred but still it was done, which is wrong. Again Mr Vignesh was called by the PRK executive where he blindly refused to speak to me or unbar my number immediately even after explaining that I required it to be done urgently since I am a Doctor, I will be getting calls from the hospital when my number is not reachable I will get a bad name in my hospital for no fault of mine. After I insisting that I have to speak to higher authority I was put on phone to Mr Shankar (Manager) who understood my problem and later the number was unbarred at 3:21 PM. So for about 3 hour my number was not reachable for no fault of mine.
                  Questions:
                  1. Why did not Mr Sayeed not address to the mail sent by PRK office on 11th Feb itself – the whole issue would not have occurred. Is Mr Sayeed answerable to this lapse??
                  2. If Mr Sayeed is on leave on 12th Feb, Will not some other incharge person is responsible to check his work so that the customer is not made to wait unnecessarily or to avoid delays??
                  3. Will Idea company take the lapse seriously and owe an explanation regarding this unruly behaviour with the customer by Mr Vignesh, Mr Sayeed ???

                  I am getting massages from your side since past 10 days that my balance bill amount is there in previous service provider(TATA DOCOMO). Yesterday I went for Docomo outlet and enquired regarding the same. But they are telling that there is no any due for this number ([protected]) A/C no.[protected].After that even i called customer care of tata docomo, the same answer i got . Even today morning also i recieved one more sms from your side . I don't what is happening to you people . Please go through my given details and check . My everyday schedule will be very tight So that you cannot do any unnessecery works like blocking number like that.

Let me complete your 90 days of duration after that i dont want to continue with idea. I didnt expected this kind of service from so called a reputed organisation, I never seen a service provider like you people.

                      Hi, I wanted to complaint regarding my bill, I was having 399/- i-plan on my number " [protected] ", I had 3 2g packs activated on my number, On 12/Nov/2014 I requested to change my data pack from 3 to 4, the plan got changed from your side but it was never changed form my side . I always get a notification that you have 750 mb left which should be 1000mb, i complained it but nothing happened as they said in the bill it will be taken as 1000mb only. In the bill generated for November ie. on 12/Dec, it was shown that free usage was 750 mb. I complained again and the same thing happened with addition that "Sir, please use without fear you will not be charged for 1000mb", and I started using it . Now my bill was generated that gave me a heart attack but I survive, bill of 2800/- with additional data usage above 750mb. I started complaining from last one month but nothing happened till today and my number services are closed as well. And I am fed up of complaining again and again, you say the problem will be solved within 72 hrs but from last one month there 72 hrs haven't completed. Now I don't want to use the services and don't want to pay the bill either, I had enough now.                         To the concerned, My Idea mobile connection ph no [protected] -kerala It is with great displeasure and annoyance I register this complaint. I had been using an idea postpaid connection for more than 2 years. But recently switched the same to prepaid. It was a shocking fact to note that even when the phone is idle and the data connectivity has been disabled my balance keeps on falling on pretext of data usage. More than spending the money the irritating and frustrating fact is the day light robbery of the company.its disgusting and sad to watch that the customer is looted.

                            As I was User Of Idea telecom postpaid-[protected]. they charge for Internet &amp; value Added services which I have not used.apart from I had request many time for Activate my internet servies on my phone during regular use finally they were unable to privide proper services &amp; CHARGE for the same.&amp; finally discntinue my no.[protected] without any intimation which creat lot of problam for me for communication. I want to take legal Action against Idea cellur for there there bad services &amp; fraud for Unnecessary charges approx 3000/-Rs.                                     Hi; I am subscriber of idea mobile number [protected]. I received a promotion sms from idea that log in on "www.ismartpack.com" and find your best internet offer. I logged in that website and inter my number and inter otp there was a offer showing 1 gb 2G internet in just 98 and ussd activation code *150*98# was there. I recharged with same ussd code but I got only 500 mb 2G for 14 days and did not get 1gb 2G internet. I called to customer care but they was very rude and not raised the complaint. So kindly request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise release my no for port out immediately or give my existing plan 175 champ as soon as possible.
