I had a message from idea cellular Ltd on 28 Jan 2015 at 1.05pm.special offer of 1GB 3G Internet for 28 days at Rs. 197. I have recharged my idea Internet 3G connection of Rs. 197 for getting 1 GB on 2nd Feb 2015 at 7.15 pm. from idea retailer samarth sales malegaon from his mobile number [protected] having transaction ID no. MH[protected]. After recharged I got message on my mobile of crediting 1023MB in my mobile account. But after some time I got another message which deducted near about 600 MB ofof Rs. 100 from my 1023MB balance. Between recharge and deduction time I or any one doesn't use any Internet services from my mobile. For near about 100 Rs. or 600 mb deduction I spoke to company senior supervisor named Kalyan more, but I doesn't get any satisfied answer. So my complaint is idea cellular Ltd has robbed my 100 Rs. from my mobile recharge. So I want my Rs. 100 to be credited to my mobile account and company should be punished for such a robbery and harrasing the people.

      date[protected] I have plan for Get 100MB Booster Pack valid for 7 days @ Rs.50 (one-time billing only). Full Speed as per default base pack / service active on that the net pack didn't work after complainng many. I have talk to the customer officer in this matter he said to that the plan has not been activated in your mobile no [protected]
      Istead of this the Bill is generated. I am very upsaid that without any reason they have given me such type of bill
      please do needfull action of my complaints.

        i was using the above mentioned number since[protected] but i have lost my number in the month of September 2014 the number was in the name of my uncle who is abroad now.. i'm unable to get in touch with him. I was visited thrice in Idea Gallery situated in Thane, Naupada the contact person has verified all the documental informations from me but he denied to give me the same number. My above number has been permanently disconnected and i want my number registered in my documents. That was my very first number i have got in my life, that was more than JUST A NUMBER for me. Your officers have told me that, my number will be released after 3 months and even that i'm not guaranteed of getting the same. I humbly request you to consider my genuineness and issue my number to me again. It's really mean alot to me. Your cooperation and early response will be highly appreciated. kindly revert back soon.           I booked New Post paid connection from Idea ... person came from idea collected 350/- an told me that within 3 days card will get activated and they will call me for number selection ... it has been more than 4-5 days no caal received from idea and if i called concern person he is not responding properly...

          This is my 3rd mail to you<appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com> & still no response from idea...

          I booked idea new connection from your web site and i received call from ([protected] / [protected])...
          and then One person from idea on 29th Jan15 collected Rs.350/- as a deposit and taken my documents for
          new number ... person gave me idea sim card also & told me that concern people will call me on my
          existing number & will provide numbers for selection ...

          But till date nobody called & if i call on given numbers and persons they are not responding ... (Kunal

          I called Idea customer care also on [protected] they told me in 48 hrs you will receive call but still
          no response from idea people ...

          I visited Idea Store also they told me that they cannot help & suggested me to put mail to you...

          Its not about 350/-Rs. but its about my documents which i have submitted to persons they may misuse it

          Waiting for reply ...

          Hope i will get solution and will get new connection...

            I am using idea post paid connection no [protected] with monthly plan of Rs 99/-. The connection is in the name of my wife Kabita Roy, Flat No 256, Pocket 1, Sector 19 Dwarka, New Delhi. The actual usage is rarely exceeded. Recently Idea has informed through SMS that on customer's request, the plan has been changed to Rs 125.00 per month. We were surprised that we never made such request. On inquiry from customer care, we came to know that the company has increased the monthly rental due to input cost. The question now is how the company claims that the rental has been increased on customers request contrary to the fact? Normally, the new tariff plan are charged from new customers. So the next question arises whether the company can apply the new tariff plan on the existing customer following TRAI guidelines? V D Roy

              I have received a call from no. 6744 and another call n on the screen only the name was coming i.ei Call. And when I call to the customer care then i got no information. Being a idea customer if i m in trouble then its my own duty to take information from customer care. This was a very bad experience with me and with idea too. Therefore I decided to stop using my idea SIM. What the hell is customer care of north east.

                  Today I got a message that there will be no more carry overs of packet data, last week only i recharged, You also change the offers regularly, you changed the 500 MB offer also. Am planning to change the cellular services as we don't how many offers you will be changing that does not benefit us.

                    I am using Idea postpaid connection since long. On 22nd november 2014 Customer Care Executive RESET my plan without itimating me which cause me Rs.845 extra for 3G service. I lodge complaint several times from 12th december 2014 but every time I got call saying amount can't refund. Very poor service and responsbility by Idea Cellular. If you can't able to provide service close your business and sit at home.

                      Hello sir,
                      This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by idea cellular to recover the dues from customers.It is observed that idea cellular india representatives are pretending to be “information officers” from “delhi court” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments. I have bought a idea cellular postpaid connection.The person of gallery of idea cellular provide me wrong details and sold me a postpaid connection and took 500 rupees from me when ask receipt they said it will adjust in your bill. After 15 days i got bill when i saw bill it was 350 then i complain to customer care also so they said we have not received it so again i paid and said please raise the disconnection of this sim card no i dont want it .But again after a month they send me 850 bill so i said wont pay this bill .They are calling me again and again giving me mental harassment after a month again they send 1330 rupees bill.Cant explain the mental stress that i suffered.Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday.
                      I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against any idea cellular india officials if involved any.
                      I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and take the necessary actions please let me know the further stepshope to get a positive reply from you at the earliest.

                        This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by Idea to recover the dues from customers. I received this call just now(Jan 30th, 2015, 11:00AM). Exactly from the same number and I was forced to pay in next 30 min or else I was warned of pulling my case to court. In my case I had a IDEA connection and disconnected after a months time of purchase as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by IDEA Mumbai. I had paid the one months bill in advance, but they said they had not received it was taken by gallery only again i paid the bill and said please disconnect the connection, even after giving a disconnection request I got next months bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice, it was fake bill. I was given a contact number of Adv Vikram Rana(Cell No- [protected]) and asked contact him/her within 2 hrs on failing to get back he will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the net day for hearing.First they said the ADV. Belongs to Bombay high court and when I talk to him he said ill file the case in Delhi court . He will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs.15, 000 (Fifteen thousand rupees only). Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday.

                          I have taken whatsapp pack rs 38 for 30 days, now when I on gprs and check only whatsapp, now from my main balance money cut down every time, I have do complaint on 22/1/15, another time on 29/1/15 now today 30/1/15 a person call me and told your balance not refund, Sagar patil, now I need turn off my service and only my 38 rs, another 15 rs cut down I can compromise for that.but for whatsapp rs38 need refund.

                            From 27th Jan, outgoing services of my Mobile Connection barred for outgoing calls.

                            I want to note followings..
                            My Dec Bills are paid - please find attached mail from Ideal website - auto generated mail.
                            My general average bill never crossed 500~600 Rs - you may check data.
                            I received SMS as following on 27th Jan 2015 - Dear Customer, you have crossed 70% of your credit limit set at 2000 against your Bill - .16 unbilled 1706.64 amount . Thank you."
                            I received SMS as following on 28th & 29th Jan 15 - "Dear Customer, Your usage for the month has exceeded crdit limit. Please pay Rs 2032.84 to avoid restriction of services."
                            I called twice customer care and spoke to your executive - Shrikant and Amer - I was asking repeatedly to give complete data o[censored]sage as we were sure about no excessive usage . They were asking to wait till 7th Feb - next billing cycle.- which is ridiculous .
                            Also I received SMS from your side on 28th Jan and 29th Jan 2015 - " Dear USer, Ur 2G pack on [protected] has 1024 MB free usage. Till yday 00 hrs 501.88 MB has been used & bal. 522.12 MB can be used till 6th Feb . T & C apply ". This proves that my Internet usage also not excessive.
                            In this situation, we do not understand what to do. We request your urgent help to resume services as we do not feel billing data is correct. In case excessive billing, please share the data immediately. We do not expect such thing from Idea Cellular Services.

                              I tried to contact Customer care for several times but all my efforts were useless as customer care line was not connected till the end. I got my SIM card with TamilNadu address thru MNP whereas I am using it in Chennai. Since I am using it in Chennai, i am experiencing network issue(no signal) and its showing the message as "IDEA(2G) service is unavailable". Though I tried many times to customer care, I am fed up by trying several times. This is very much annoying and it also made me to think to change back to my previous network.

                                    I port my mobile no.[protected] from idea to vodafone. on 22.01.15 the idea disconnect my no.and sent me sms(dear customer, your request for port out for mobile no.[protected] has been processed successfully through SR no.c1-[protected] thank you) on 22.01.15, 11.46 pm.

                                    But the vodofone service provider said they not port out my mobile no.if the port out then give the NOC in writing against my mobile no.

                                      Respected Sir / madam I have been using idea postpaid no[protected] since quite long time. I have made multiple complaint over the no network coverage and no internet connectivity for this no to the customer care but no valuable responses was ever given.Finally on being disappointed by the poor services i have made request to port out this no to Vodafone on 13 Jan and UPC 241744 has been sent to me through sms .Then on 14 Jan company have sent me a mail stating that the request for UPC has been processed successfully through communication ID [protected] but port out was not done. Then i called the customer care multiple times and finally on 18 Jan they told me that the request for port out has been cancelled due to some technical reasons which no one could explain even after being asked multiple times.On being utterly disappointed by such irresponsible and reckless responses by the company, I again made a request for port out on 18 Jan and a mail is received to me from company side stating that port will be actioned within 44 hrs through communication ID [protected] and i was again made wait for your so called porting process but port was not done . In the meanwhile i have called the customer care multiple times and asked them the ststus for port out and they said that it is in the processing. On 26 jan a mail was again sent to me stating that port will be actioned within 44 hours through communication ID [protected] which was again felt just as a sham and finally on 28 jan i was being informed that the request for port out has been cancelled due to some technical reasons which was neither explained or even informed and this is even after that fact that i have fulfilled all the formalities as required by the company and made advance payments always and infact till date i have made more than Rs 400 as advance to the company I felt utterly cheated by the company and diappointed by the reckless and pathetic responses by the so called reputed company. If this is the reality of how Idea company treats their customers then i will seriously suggest my friends and relatives to never take any connection from Idea and even get their current numbers disconnected'' Now i want my connection to be cancelled as the most ealiest and i want all my advance to be refunded to me and also a compensation for all the issues u have made me faced I request you to please seek a response to this grievience of mine and get me a remedy of it Thanking you Armeet Kaur [protected] armeet.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        Today I called the Customer Care in the evening of 48 recharge them inquired about the matter, but he gave me false information about me which of my 48 losses and the matter referred to them so that they do not assume so I request was scores plz my 48 rupees is back in my acount
