      Sir am an idea post paid customer. i did change my plan to 1599 to 1299. unfortunately idea office changed to plan 299 even though i had given a written request to change the same. when i received message saying the usage bill was above 10, 000.00 i did communicate with their office but did't help me saying only could check after bill has been generated. After bill generation i did contact their office with the same complaint, though they agree its their mistake, the office not willing to waver my bills which has been now generated to 17, 000.00. most of the usage was for in internet as i knew the plan 1299 have 5gb data. i receive frequent calls to pay the bill but when i say the above issue the reply i get is always the same " will check and call back later" . kindly sole this issue asap

        I have the sim of Idea.I have basic/feature phone with preloaded whatsapp.When I clicked on the whatsapp icon then my balance reduced from Rs 118 to Rs 79.Today I talked to the idea customer care.His name is Mr Rajinder Singh.I told him about this deduction.I said please register my complaint.He said he will not register the complaint.He said I had purchased the game that's why money has been deducted.But it's very true that I, didn't buy any game.I just clicked on whasapp icon then my amount had been deducted very fast.But Mr Rajinder Singh is very rude.He didn't register my complaint.Even I didn't get my balance back.

            My idea postpaid no. [protected]. I am using this no. for last 5-6 years. I am using a plan of INR100/- per month & 249 unlimited internet pack. In which your executive told that I ll get up to100 kbps speed to 1 GB data after that it will be up to 70kbps. Last month I got a call from Idea executive that we are offering the same plan in INR 125 per month due to promotional offer in which you ll get the same benefits. I said ok & it will be activated in next billing cycle & now they have charged a huge amount of 2400 approximately that is not acceptable. For last 2 years my bill amount is between 400 to 500 maximum.

                    I have dropped several emails to Idea cellular team to close my account (number: [protected]), and they have never closed, I am outside India and not using their services from last 4 months, and my number services are also deactivated from their but keep accumulating the bill every months to my account and sending the notice to pay bill, even i am not at all rendering their services . I have sent so many mails and tried calling them but no help..now they have sent me a notice from Lok adalat to appear in court on 12december, which of course I can not because I am outside India. Idea Services are one of the biggest fraud in Telecom...Giving customer unnecessary headache

                      Dear Sir My self Doctor Vaneet Thakur, was interested to purchase idea internet dongle 3g or 4g with my 4 friends. I belongs to Jalandhar (Jalandhar Kunj, 10 km from bus stand), Punjab India. I called on the local number [protected] to purchase and demo the dongle at my home e 403, Jalandhar kunj, Jalandhar. Phone was picked by idea consultants Menakshi on [protected]. They committed to come and demo for idea dongle. i called him about 50 times (Kindly check the record, my number is [protected]) to come and demo. Every time she was saying that demo boy is coming. i with my friend waited for 48 hours. After 48 hours they refused to come for demo. I with my friend now purchased Airtel 4g dongle. These types of the idea store are damaging the reputation of Idea Company. Such a store should be shut down immediately. I am working a Assistant Professor at CT Group of Institutions Jalandhar, Punjab, India. In future i will never recommend anyone to purchase idea dongle. Looking forward for further necessary action at your end please.

                            Hello, My idea sim number is [protected]. I had converted my postpaid sim to a prepaid one on 28 nov 2015. I was informed that the prepaid sim will start working on 1st dec. But both sims are not getting registered in the idea network and I am not able to make a call from it. Till 30 nov I was able to get incoming calls in idea postpaid sim. But now even though I have tried to register my sim to idea network(from mobile network setting) it is unable to connect to it. I have not received any verification call for the sim Please activate the prepaid sim as soon as possible.

I m ur customer nd my mobile no is [protected].. nd my email id is [protected]@gmail.com One month ago I called ur customer care executive for internet settings on my number.. dat problem wad resolved but dat CCE text me personally on my no on whatsapp... dat tym I ignored nd blok him.. after dat I restored my phone nd also delete whatspp.. today again dat CCE text me.. so I have to make complain.. plzzz take serious action otherwise I have to complain in consumer forum..                                 Hi iam experiencing. Poor call quality while call specially a tt 7-8pm..frequent call drops in every 15 min on 1st Dec 2015 at 7-8 pm just as example.. Same on today @ 7pm.not able to listen lot of noise in call .please look asap it disturbs my business very badly.

He said me forced fully you have to paid this bill or we raised Police Complaint against you. What Kind of solution is this. I don`t know his name but he talk like he may be one of Gangster of city. and that cut my call. I must say to Idea Cellular the product of Aditya Birla stop this like nonsense. And I also your old customer yaar please don`t irritate us. Either Idea Paid For This Kind Of Customer Services And Don`t Underestimated Power Of ONE.

                                    Hi, Without any message or mails or any notice my sim had changed to different User, It my Idea Net Setter Sim : Mobile Number : [protected] . I had not used, I had not recharge for 2 months because i didn't required it. So why the sim got deactivate without informing me and the number id using from different user. I had recharge today for 2g unlimted plan, I want my refund again and my sim should be reactive for that. Kindly help me on top Priority.

                                      Hi All, I received bill amount for Dec 2015 was Rs. 2767.32/- how is it possible and what was that amount Rs. 2101.20/- for usage & VAS Charges. I use my mobiles data when i needed and this amount was unexpected for me. I am connected always on Wi-Fi. What was amount you charge for me Feature Charges Rs. 208.33/- And I can`t paid this amount please check your system and resolved it on priority basis. Either I have no option to disconnect this service with my number, revert on this me. Thank you.

                                        Dear sir/madam I (Manjot) a customer of postpaid service of IDEA cellular Ltd; I approached to Chhabra Associates (A franchisee of IDEA cellular Ltd in Ambala City) about 1 months earlier with a request to change my postpaid service ([protected]) into prepaid, they are not doing anything just telling me your request will be generated today.I met Mr. Ajit And Nidhi in Chhabra Associates Ofiice Near Malik Regency and i submitted my passport copy and my photographs also. But after about 3 weeks when i go to Chhabra Associates. they again deny me to resolve my issue saying the lack of trained staff. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF IT thankfully Manjot mob.                                         So pathetic service by idea. i recommend to everyone please don't go for idea. BIGGEST FRAUD in market...
