I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated from last few months without my knowledge for my no. [protected]. for this it took 21rs. charges per week. I haven't used any service or download anything named Juice up services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges deduct from balance for this service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my all valuable money. ( many time deduct per week rs 21/- ) waiting for your prompt reply ...

    Sir, i exchanged my sim i.e. [protected] with micro sim at ramachandrapuram idea showroom, ramachandrapuram, e.g. Dist., on 14.11.2015 and also submitted the address proof and id proof. but I have received a massage i.e. not submission of documents then again on 16.11.2015. after that my connection was deactivated on 21.11.2015 from onward repeatedly pursue the matter with customer care center and agency at Ramachandrapuram. there is no solution. therefore i request you please solved the problem

      I have recharged my mobile At 9PM on 19th Nov 2015 with 96 rupees. They have given 400MB 2G data with 14 days validity. I have used my whats up for some itme on 19th, 20th and 21st Nov. I have used less than 50MB data. Note: I haven't unloaded any softwares / any Audio or Video files. I just did some data browsing and Whats up chat. When i verified my Mobile data balance At 11:00AM on 21st Nov. i have 0MB data left in my mobile. When i call to service center, they mentioned that you have used the whole data. When i asked the details about my usage, they mentioned that they don;t have those detials. But they are just saying that, i have used my full 400 MB data with in one day. But i am sure, that i haven't used atleast 50MB. Could you please give me my remaining data back. yearler of this month also, i faced the same isssue. At that time, they have deducted my 1GB 3G data and 200rupees mobile balance for 1 day chatting. When ever i call them, they simply telling some thing and they keep me on hold for long time (nearlly 30 to 40 minutes ). and they are charging 50paise per minute for the call Please take some action againest this company.

        Dear IDEA,

        I have used [protected] idea no. At my location there have IDEA poor network.
        So I closed this no after two or three months ago.
        I went Sirsa Idea communication centre and request to close this no.
        I had also payed last bill, it was around 250 something.
        But Sirsa Idea communication team had not given any bill receipt, they told me that you have payed your bill and no need any receipt because your no will have going to closed.

        After some days or 1.5 month later your Idea care people called my given reference no (My elders brother), they was saying my Idea no bill going on due.
        I told them he have already paid my last bill, but they was saying no your no Bill is due. He said that I have closed my idea no with paid last bill.

        After some idea care team call at my reference no back regarding my idea no bill is due.
        But my answer was Same, I have closed my no with last payed bill.

        Few days ago idea team called me asking same uppers question and my answer was same.

        Nobody understand what am saying and why am saying that, because I have already paid last bill and I have requested to closed my IDEA no.

        Today again your Idea team or someone else have called at my reference no from this no([protected] ).

        This [protected] no guy spoke me abusing word and speak high volume voice.
        Again he was also same saying my Idea no bill is due.
        He brother told them we have already paid my last bill, but they was saying abusing word and with high volume of voice, why your idea no Bill is due.

        My told him don't speak with abused word and high volume of voice otherwise he will complained you. He said don't care and start abusing.

        He said that I have closed my idea no with paid last bill. But nobody heard my voice and my request.

        He also ignored my word.

        Is this IDEA Service and corporating with customer, those IDEA are showing on Tv and social network.

        Sir am so much frustrated with the IDEA quality of service and corporate with customer.

        The Customer service Act says that you are not authorized to saying abusing word, speak high volume of voice and forcing to repaying double bill.

        I am expecting positive response at the earliest from IDEA higher management regarding all above mentioned issues.

          Myself recharge a 3g pack of Rs 348.00 on dated 21.11.15, 17:09 Hrs. in [protected] No. SMS given by IDEA about 1536 Mb recharge successfully. Unfortunately while checking the balance its show only 500 MB. After talk with customer care several times that issues is not resolved. Request you to credited the balance 1 GB, 3g data.

          Contact made over several times with customer care but they are not able to solve this issues.
          A massage also provide by idea care ( No 51985) Regarding RC[protected] MB, 28 DAYS RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL.
          But, after checking the balance it shown only 500 MB credited.
          My question is where the balance 1 GB ?????????

          The original massage is,

            I had recharged with rs 298 on my idea number and the offer was 10GB 3g data but only 5 gb was credited and at the time of recharge it was nowhere mention that the recharge was only for blackberry services .After recharging it was confirmed to me by customer care after lots of calls that the offer was only for blackberry services. However it was nowhere mention that the offer was for blackberry services .now the idea higher authorities refused to convert the offer as required or change the plan accordingly. kindly tell me what to do and how can i take legal action against them.

              I was offered a recharge of 2gb / 3 g data on recharge of Rs 347 bt data of 1.5 something g b was credit in my account. Why dis is so. I contacted all possible persons up to senior excutive who don't have any satisfactory answer. Dey just kept on killing my time n making fun of me. Being a common man I was not able to understand your company's policy regarding recharge . I am sorry to inform u that niether your team was able to make it understand. Sir kindly make me understand in this regard n help me out. N let me know why my call to your help line number was a thing of time pass to them .

                Hi. Am an idea user from UP East. Recently there's been huge deductions from my balance with no prior information. On contacting the customer care service they said that money will be returned after 3 days. But after 3 days when I contacted them they said that it cannot be returned now as it has to returned within a day only.
                Please look into this matter or provide me the details of person/s who can solve out this problem.

                I know that my balance has been deducted according to the VAS services but those services had been activated by mistake. And when I had a talk with one of Senior Executives at Idea Customer Care he reassured me that my balance will be deducted. I told him that idea does not returns the balance after 3 days but he asked me not to worry and said he takes this responsiblity upon himself.

                    I port my fone before 23 or 24 days, I activated the service of 3G, but I didn't received 3g speed and icon also shows of ' E' icon of 2g .. Now I loss my all data I don't know How idea reduce 3g data so soon n delivered message of boom pack of Rs 35 and I unable to contact customer care and employees of idea ( I visit to store ) they directly said they dont know anything please I want to go for another network kindly solve this prob asap..

                      A request was made to idea cellular service for converting
                      My prepaid mobile no [protected] to postpaid one through aaps
                      Enterprise (Idea store at pandavnagar opposite mother dairy,
                      Delhi - 92) and a sim was also collected from that store on
                      12.11.2015 with security deposit of rs. 300/ - . Next day all
                      Necessary documents and self photo were given to that store.
                      Physical verification of address was also carried out by idea man
                      On 16.11.2015. Till date no activation could be done by idea.
                      More miserable to say is that customer care is telling
                      They have activated, but i am not getting signal in my set
                      Against that sim. My set is all right as it was tested with
                      A sim of airtel. My prepaid sim is deactivated already by idea
                      And they are unable to make functional my postpaid connection. I
                      Am missing a lot of emergency calls for this.
                      Now, i doubt whether could idea correctly activate the right sim? May be the sim no with them is not tallying with the one i possess in my sim? There may be fault in forwarding the data by the idea store (Aaps enterprise at pandavnagar, delhi - 92) to the office of idea cellular.
                      Surprisingly idea has not taken any step to analyse the problem and approach the customer. Now, my question is would idea be able to give me post paid connection by solving this deadlock? Otherwise i would request to return my security money.

                        I did recharge of 79(traffic cutter) from idea cellular website, surprisingly it didn't work. When called to customer care, got to know they already removed that plan.Now questions is how that recharge plan is available on their website? And who will return my recharge amount?                           This is to inform you that without my information one "SUPER STAR " facility activated on my IDEA no - [protected]..On 20.11.2015 I was send a deactivation sms ( STOP TO 155223 ) but after that again deduct Rs. 35 on 21.11.2015..I call to cc for deactivate the facility and also request for refund my money...Now the facility is deactivated but still now money not refunded.. So requesting you to please refund my money other wish I change the service provider..

                            In this matter I want to inform that I am using idea service with [protected] in jhansi (up east). So as I received data from idea 1.25 GB, I were surfing the internet on 15/11/2015. suddenly I received a message by idea for activation done of socialbook and charged amount of Rs 21, which was not actually demanded by me. And I can say that it was a fiction in that page at that time for activation of socialbook and that page comes on screen without demanded. So I can put this activation of socialbook In category of "imposed ". After that I contacted to customer care of idea for informing this situation and resolution but he didn't give any satisfactory Answer and even cut the call without whol discussion. After that Emil to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" from my mail id "rahul.[protected]@gmail.com" but after 2 days I did not get any reply by idea. So I am now contacting you, and want to inform you that I am not even know about socialbook and did not activate the service and even after 5 days I am not use that service as I have not need for that and not demanded by me. This is my first meet to idea service and I really disappointed with company. kindly check the information I provided and provide a resolution. THANKS

                                I am using 3G Idea Net Setter since 2 Years. But, Not Perfect Speed Provide me through of Idea. So, I am always hartly Request in Idea Customer Service insted of my Internet Issue. But, Still time Not Positive Answer from Idea Consumer Care Employes & Not Proper Sollution in the same. So, please Take Care our matter.

                                Second Matter:-
                                My 3G idea Net Setter in using from only Idea Company Registration Sim Card. And, This Idea net Setter is Locked.So Please, Find the attached 3G idea Net Setter Model Number...

                                So, Please, Unlocking the Net Setter Process give me Urgent Bases...

                                Kindly Help Us & Do the Need-Full Urgent Bases..

                                  Hello Sir, This compliant is against the Idea cellular limited Kerala region. I have tried porting my number [protected] from Airtel to Idea on September 2015. And when porting done I was not in Kerala due to which the service could not activated, and when I requested in mail and Idea tweeter they have communicated back saying that I have to call to tele verification form Kerala to get the service activated. Since I had to continue in out station I have communicated in mail saying not to activate this service and it’s never activated. However the number [protected] is not activated they have generating the monthly bill and sending to my address which is pathetic. I am wondering without activation of their service how can they generate bill and the total amount pending is Rs.697/- Request your help and I would suggest if the ISP is looting people like this then you have to charge the penalty at least 1 core against this sort of activities.

                                  Idea customer service had called me back and said this mentioned amount is waved off as the sim never activated with a tele verification. They have sent a mail for confirmation. This is a kind of cheating from Idea if the people don't reacted and pay whatever the said amount.                                   I also would like to know without activation of the sim by tele-verification how come you have charged the rental or whatever the charges ?
                                  The sim and the number is not exists as per the dialer from Oct and what charges ?
                                  As per my understanding if the tele-verification not done within 30 days from the date of activation or the number will get automatically disconnected.

                                  I will have to setup a press conference and compliant in TRI / all social media for all this looting from Idea.

                                    On my idea number [protected] rs 13/- have been deducted on[protected] from my main balance. This is repeatedly happening with my number. On[protected] rs 15/- have been deducted. I am loosing a lot of amount like this. Though my data pack is activated this deduction is happening.Today rs.9/- have been deducted due to icandy subscription which I have'nt donne. Please check this problem and refund me.

                                      My mobile no [protected] was airtel chennai's no and I had applief for porting it to idea kolkata now the network of idea is came and my airtel no is blocked. I had already verified the sim 4 days back and still now it is not activated the idea verification team is tellin that they cant help and telling me to contact customer care of idea and when i am calling them they are also telling that they cant do anything its been 4 days i am suffering as this is my primary number and idea blocked this number which is illegal . The retailer is also telling me that he also talkd wid the customer care and they are only telling wait for 1 hour but still its not activated. I am in big trouble as this idea is causing too mch problem to me. I mailed to idea customer service also regarding this but they are also not replying. Kindly help .

                                        Sir according to last phone done by customer call from idea co. on 27 August 2015 at 11.16 a.m. for last payment 610/- rupes six hundred rupees I have done this payment in Harsh com in Dombivili west they have issue me receipt for such but still some one call me consumer department from Idea Delhi and ask continueosly to pay bill otherwise we file complaint though I am working there mobile is not allowed in wprking hour but still they harrasing so I didn't consertrain on my work and got high blood presser thoughI have provide them all evidence i.e. call recording and xerox copy all last payment but still they call me make harrasement
