Dear Sir, I have paid 100/- in Sept 15 and given above number for cancellation and I got call from the office & they confirmed the same and sent the confirmation SMS also. But my surprise yesterday I got legal notice from IDEA office asking me to pay the bill amount of Rd.249.97. I unable to understand why payment due is showing when I have cancelled the Connections? I have 3 more connections and i'm paying regularly without any delay. Please check and confirmed why I received legal notice. Thanks... K Sudhaker Reddy [protected].

      Sir I want to register a complaint regarding 3G internet recharge on my smartphone.I had done a recharge of Rs 126 for 1 GB 3G data meant for only smartphone users. The recharge was accepted, I received a message stating that the data had been activated on my phone. I was in urgent need o[censored]sing the internet, which is why I had the 3G recharge done. However even after having received the message, mobile data did not work on my phone. Due to immediate requirement, I had to undertake a loan from the company for using internet. Due to which they cancelled the data plan, and deducted all the data that I was supposed to have, causing me a loss of Rs.126. My plea is, that if they are so strict as to deduct the entire data on a small loan, they should be strict enough to provide data as soon as the recharge is done.

        I am having vodaphone mobile no, and i have received sms from idea, that, we have alloted mobile no [protected], as per your request, but i have not applied to idea, any time, anywhere. i have told, the oprator, from idea, ( who has phoned me, to confirm detail) to cancell the same, but, again i have received, sms from idea, that so an so no will be activited, cancell this no, i have not applied, i am resonsible for any misuse, of the same. i will go to trai, if you are unnecessary, alloting mobile sim rao ( [protected] vodaphone no)

          We have a cug connection containg three numbers in which payment of all the three numbers we have done through cheque on 18 november but today my two numbers have been barred. After some conversation they told me that all the payment they submitted on a single number. They told me to go in their main office and meet mr. Arvind and he will solve my problem but when i went there the security gaurd over there started shouting at me between few people. And after no employee was talking to me

                    I am using postpaid connection, My plan is Rs.399, today i saw mail, i was totally upset.Because idea sent my bill Rs.1115.I know compare than previous months this month i am using very low & didn't using internet.At that time i was tried t idea customer care, that time the System technical fault..that was not first time.that's happened 4 or 5 times.any body picked the call answered responsible.

                      Ma'am/Sir, My mother's number is [protected]. After many days we switched on her mobile and recharged it for 20 and 50 rupees. We received an sms saying "balance has been deducted for dialer tone service" which we did not request. Her mobile was not active for many days, but she received an sms on 19th saying they have received dialer tone request.

                        Sir, I tej prakash using Idea GSM no. [protected]. 45 days earlier i was using Reliance post paid sim, but 45 days ago, I port in idea. when i port-out, i applied for port-out reliance reject my request. then i deposit my bill amount and RS 200 in advance and Rs 300 deposited at time of activation. bill of Rs 181 in reliance is pending but i ask to deduct bill amount from Rs 300. Now I port in idea, But after 45 days Idea interrupted my services. but there is no issue between me and Idea.

                          I have received a message from Idea for deducing Rs. 3 from my account for a service I have provided consent to. But, I have not provided any consent for additional services being activated on my mobile. I also escalated a similar issue 25 days back to which the response from the company like this is uncalled for, actually I haven't even received a response for this. Please find the two message script below. "Thanks for giving your consent.You have been charged 3Rs for a day.Now, Dial any number and indulge in unlimited fun!" - This message was received on both occasions And "Dear Subscriber, U just interacted with AISHWARYA.I[censored] r satisfied with the interaction, please type Y, if Not type N and reply toll free to this message." - This was a follow up message on the first occasion I would like to know that if I have not given consent for this service, how did it got activated. Moving forward, I would like you to revert back this transaction and credit the amount to my account.

                          I have contacted the Idea customer care on the same day of compliant and their response was very unsatisfactory.
                          Also, when confronted that no call or confirmation was given by me, they were very adamant that it has been done from my side and I will have to bear the cost for this. One customer care executive even went on saying that it is an one time charge and will not happen in future. It shows that company doesn't value the customer compliants and these are very small amount to complaint.

                          Only bright side is that i received a message from Idea cellular today after sending the meesage again that the compliant has been registered. It is yet to be seen how much time it will actually take to resolve.
                          I have contacted the Idea customer care on the same day of compliant and their response was very unsatisfactory.
                          Also, when confronted that no call or confirmation was given by me, they were very adamant that it has been done from my side and I will have to bear the cost for this.                             Sir, Without my consent they started a WASP "Missed Call Allert" and deducted Rs. 150 /-. After 2 days when I checked the balance, I came to know about it. So after repeated calls to Customer Care, because 80 % time either the Supervisors are busy or their system is down, so after 4-5 days they told me that after 24 hours of activation, it can be cancelled but they won't give any refund.

                              Hi Sir/ madam,
                              This is an attempt to settle dispute over inflated bill yet another time, after having sent 3-4 emails ( with evidence) in this regard to Idea customer care with No response. My IDEA postpaid a/c #[protected].
                              I have paid all Idea bills on time. I've evidences to support my case. Please see

                              Evidence - 1

                              15-Mar-2015 14-Apr-2015, Idea sent me Bill is 1488.77 which comprises of 3 Internet charges. ACT3G450, (ACTBOOST250 * 2) . While I agree to (ACTBOOST250 * 2), however ACT3G450 even though was requested by me, but was declined by Idea and hence never used.
                              So the extra bill charged by Idea in this month needs to be waived off.
                              (450 + service charges of 12%) i.e. 504 Rs

                              Evidence - 2

                              My Idea service ended on 22nd April, on my request, solely because of low connectivity in my area.
                              But yet again, I was charged internet charges which I never requested nor used.
                              For this period, 15-Apr to 22-Apr-2015 ( Idea sent me Bill of 310.61 which again comprises of Feature charges ACT3G450 (120 Rs). It doesn’t make sense to charge for a Featured Internet, when I am already getting 1GB internet free with monthly pack of (375.00) and I never requested for the same.
                              The extra bill charged by Idea in this month needs to be waived off.
                              (120 + service charges of 12%) i.e. 144 Rs

                              Total of the amount that Idea needs to waive off is 504+144 = 648 Rs,
                              which is what a bone of contention today. Ofcourse this amount has increased with time due to monthly interest or fine.

                              Now there are other loopholes in Idea previous bills ( Nov Bill has 237 Rs extra feature chrges for which E1-[protected] was raised but never completed). However I'm ignoring that for the moment, as I as a respectable citizen, don't wanna indulge in things which are a wastage of time'.

                              I’m also currently using IDEA internet. But if Idea continues to haunt me with warnings and threats, I would sincerely think of getting rid of all IDEA services, including my family, relatives and advice to my close friends.
                              I would also not mind, spreading truth on Social media and my own circle of friends in neighborhood and company.

                              Please waive off the bill, and save my time from appearing in Lok adalat. All evidence are presented in this document.

                                  Hello Team, This mail is to express the DISAPOINTMENT against the false commitment done by your executive again and again leading to huge inconvenience caused to me. And being lawyer, i would not tolerate this at all. The new connection ([protected]) was taken on 17th November and all documents were submitted by 18th November(Wednesday) 5:15pm along with Rs 600/-. It Was committed that by your executive with the phone number:[protected], that the connection would be activated by Friday(20th Nov) after address verification is done. But none of the executive turned up for address verification on that day. When i called back to your representative, again same commitment was given that -" He will surely come on Saturday(21st Nov) in any case". And as expected no one turned up. Since i informed before hand that we have half day on Saturday but just for the address verification, we waited till 7 in office. And the fooling process went on and on. When i asked i dont need the new connection, please refund my money, another false commitment that it would be done on Monday(23.11.2014) in any case. and as expected nothing happened. and Moreover we were replied with a message that the verification guy tried to call us, but we didn't receive wherein, we were available till 8:30 in office. And now it is tuesday(24.22.2105). Is Idea company in business of fooling customers these days? If this is the scenario and the company is no more in a process to activate my sim, please refund my money and i will put this mail on social media as well by today eve. No proper response is being given, and now your executive has started ignoring my phone. Kindly check all the recordings and respond to me at the earliest.                                       This morning I recharged my talk time with the amount of Rs 330. Then around 1:45 pm I recharged my number with an amount of Rs 297 which is benefitted with 1.25 Gb. Till now I havent received any 3g data and customer care executives has blocked my number so now I am not able to contact them as well. This is the limit of my patience. Act quickly on my problem.
