My ielts result was out in December, however I still didn't got my etrf/online score card, even my all documents are clear. 5 days ago I reported this issue to idp via email and also called their customer service to fix this asap as I have university application deadline. The person on call told me the issue will get fixed till next day. However, issue still didn't fixed. We paid for nearly 15k for exam, we studied for it, we provided all documents, all they have to do is provide our result, still they are not able do it. All students career is depend on it. So idp shouldn't be careless so much. I found thousands of frustrated students on YouTube who is facing this issue even its not their fault. Please take this complain seriously so no student should suffer for their rights.

      IDP play games with candidates. Repeat the results with no any changes. Even if try again and again but still they give same band score. It's means that they only want earning money from candidate.

        I received my IDP IELTS results just today and while am trying to open the eTRF for my results it is showing 404 error.

        Please resolve my issue as I need to send my eTRF to educational institutions.

          Hello IDP,
          I have given my ielts exam on 08/01/22 and received my results today but I'm not able to download the eTRF, I get an error 404 while downloading the eTRF. I need the eTRF for my application to the universities and colleges.

            Exams on Jan 23rd were canceled from their side and asked to transfer the dates, but the deadlines for college applications would be over by the dates that are available now. Future is totally collapsed because of this issue. WANT THE EXAM TO BE HELD ON JAN 23rd or 24th

                I completed my exam on 30th December 2021 and got my result through Normal message on 12th January 2022 but still I haven't receive TRF from website, whenever I click it, it show 404 error

                  IDP IELTS india is not giving eTRF in the specified time period, i am missing my university deadlines only due to the eTRF. I have given my pen paper based IELTS exam on 30th December 2021, and my result is declared on 12 January 2022. Its already been 4 business working days and still i am getting 404 error page on my candidate login whenever clicking "view eTRF" button. I have called on there customer care number thrice but getting no satisfactory response, they are saying it will generate today, it will generate in 3 days but still its not generated, and the customer care agents are not aware about there system and saying same thing again and again. I have sent emails multiple times but getting no response. I have already missed deadline for one of the university of Canada i.e 15 jan 2022. Please help. I have already paid for University application.

                      If I am a new user/examinee, who is registering for the first time ever, or have given IELTS around 4-5 years back, I should be able to rest password initially without any hassle. However, when one tries to reset the password for the first time, the system mandatorily asks for the latest test date, which is irrelevant, and makes no sense. This has been raised to them since 2020, and they have done nothing about it, till date. They are QUICK in raising the rates, but very slow or blind eyed for simple and relevant things, They believe in taking money, but not proving the basic stuff. Check the snapshot I have attached. I took it a few minutes back for this thread/complaint referencing purpose only.

                      BTW, for first time users, you can log in with your user ID and default password is:
                      NAMEDDMMYY
                      example name as per registration & gov id: USERNAME
                      example dob: 01/01/1990
                      Then default password is: USER010190
                      or
                      user010190

                      Upon login, it automatically asks to reset password.

                        I was paying via CC, and while my money was deducted, the payment page showed 404, and this happened 3 rimes. Every time, I did, it kept on showing 404. To make it worse, their numbers and chat is never picked up by a human, but only a bot, which is insufficient to deal with.
                        Finally, after 3 hours when some human did pick up, they neither understand English, nor Hindi, and keep repeating some script responses. Then they just keep blabbering about, keep retrying till our system accepts. Imagine, the plight of a human being, whose amount gets deducted and them being careless.

                          I am an IELTS candidate from Kerala, India .I have received my result on 12 Jan 2022 for pen and paper exam (academic) conducted on 30 Dec 2021. Unfortunately I am unable to download my e-TRF and it is showing 404error.iI have waited for three days but it is still not working. I am requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible and please let me know if anything else that I have to do on top of posting this complaint.

                              TRF 404 error

                              Hi idp,

                              I am a ielts candidate from Punjab, india and recently attempt ielts acedemic pen and paper exam on 30 Dec 2021 in Bathinda city centre number - IN855 .
                              I received my result in 12 jan 2022 in which I got overall 7 bands and now I want to apply for abroad study but unfortunately I am unable to download my eTRF and facing 404error in it . It is my humble request to you please fix that errror or send me my TRF...

                                I have applied for the IELTS (Academic) exam which is going to be conducted on 15.01.2022 (Pen and paper based). I was checking my ieltsidpindia login account from the past few days. My speaking test date was updated on 07.01.2022 (evening), as per which my speaking Test was scheduled on 08.01.2022. I received a text message about the same on 07.01.2022 (Time-16:46) and email regarding the same on 07.01.2022 (Time-16:36). In this way less than 20 hours were given to me to reach my exam destination. I was informed about my speaking test date at such a short notice that it was impossible for me to travel 1200 kms and reach the exam venue. Moreover, due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation and Covid related restrictions/night curfew imposed by many states, it was not possible to reach at exam centre as per your scheduled date and time. So, I dropped an email to ielts.[protected]@idp.com on 07.01.2022 (time- 5:16 pm) and requested to Reschedule my Speaking Test date citing aforementioned reasons. Later on I called on Toll-free Number at 05:28 pm and talked to your executive, who told me to call again next day at 10:00 am. In the Meantime I received ticket number ([protected]) for my email request. But the reply was vague “we shall take minimum 2 working days to respond to your query in normal circumstances. Due to current COVID-19 pandemic situation, please anticipate further delay in our response”. As per my last conversation with your executive, I called on your Toll free number in the morning and talked to your executive; she said that she is unable to reach out to concerned Team and told me to call in the evening after 4 pm. I again called at around 3:32 pm, executive on the other end told me that my speaking test will be rescheduled and I will be intimated about it through my Login account. It’s been a week now since I had send an email but no revert has been received from your side. IDP India is not replying to my email request citing current Covid-19 situation and at the same time expecting me to appear for my speaking test in less than 20 hours from intimation.
                                Today, I received a text message (time-16:54, date-14.01.2022) in which it has been asked to carry fully/partially vaccinated certificate on exam day (LRW Test- 15.01.2022), as it will be verified on that day. Again considering such a short notice, how is it possible to get vaccinated just before few hours from the exam. Firstly, not informing timely about Speaking Test Date and imposing conditions just before 1 day of exam and secondly, not replying to email request even after 1 week is totally unjustified. When the candidates are paying Rs. 14, 700 as fees for IELTS examination from their hard earned money, such an unprofessional and lethargic behavior was unwarranted from IELTS IDP India.

                                  I feel the evaluation system of reading and listening tests should be transparent to the candidate because candidate can get complete idea about the wrong answers and can easily check against the correct answers if at all correct answers sheet (alongwith feedback/justification of why it is right) is provided with the result report.
                                  Also, hybrid model can be adapted in Lieu of high omicron cases. For example speaking test could be allowed virtual and remaining tests can be organised on the same day in person.
                                  Also, I would like to highlight the amount of time supervisors take to provide or take back papers in paper based examinations is not fair.
                                  Answer sheets can be placed prior to candidate arrival.
                                  Additionally, candidates shouldn't be stopped at any point in between test to use restroom.
                                  IDP should consider the health risks of the Candidate on that particular day if at all they need to hold for long.

                                      Fees deducted from my account but it shows payment failed

                                      I paid the IELTS exam fees but the it shows the payment failed although the amount has been debited from my account. On calling the custimer service they said the website is not UPI friendly. I have not received any confitmation from them.
                                      It is really not acceptable, if the website is not UPI friendly they should not give UPI as an option. Following are my details
