Dear Concern,

Very very sorry to say that I am not getting my IELTS score online when I search on your website. However, I have taken my IELTS test on 18 Dec 2021 from Bangladesh (center Code: BD050). I am still not getting my result online although I got my hard copy today from the test center, but how can I confirm that my result has been enlisted into your online database that makes me worried all day long.

It's an urgent query that my university asked to submit my score within a few days and they will also verify my score online by your official website.
If they are unable to see then it will be limited my admission for the next intake. So It's really urgent for me please do needful accordingly.

I would like to request you to check this issue as soon as possible. I have commutated with your Bangladesh's country office but they didn’t give me any fruitful solution.

I'm eagerly waiting for your feedback within a few hrs.

I submitted all my documents at the LRW exam center and even asked if I need to bring any other documents to the speaking venue and was told my passport copy will be dispatched from their point to the speaking venue and I do not need to bring any additional documents ( passport, declaration) however, I am not able to see my E-TRF report. This is so upsetting as because o[censored]n-coordination between your (IDP) departments; students have to suffer.

I had called me to inquire about the refund status and he is like half sleepy responding like very full to speak secondly he is too rude to answer my question of when I can get the refund and I asked him what is the time line, I explain him on website it’s mentioned 10-15days and I inform him like I received credit note so after it how many days more I need to wait, he said more 20 days I told him nothing mentioned tht on website then he replied very rudly like this is our working policy now if you want you can complain for it last but not least his way of dealing to customer complaints or queries is disgusting kindly train him to be energetic instead of full while communicating kindly check the recorded audio how he speaks

The Complaint is in regards to IDP Education - IELTS and non refund of Transfer fees.

The Transfer fees was paid but the IDP education failed to transfer the test within the due course. I have been chasing this since 24 Oct 2021 - The Email references attached.

As the university deadline have passed I requested IDP for refund. IDP education is siting me that they currently have software issue and unable to respond to the query same goes with the customer care

I gave my exam on 11 december and the result came out on 24 december but my TRF is showing 404 error till now….
I am bound and unable to proceed with my future studies and to pursue any further step in my college application its mandatory to submit the TRF

I completed my exam on 11th december 2021and got my result through Normal message on 24th december 2021 Candidate name: Nandu Sudarsan, Candidate number: 535914, Centre number: IN855 but still I haven't receive TRF from website, whenever I click it, it show 404 error. My admission process are still pending.so please do resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I gave my ielts exam on 11 december 2021. And rightly, my result should had been declared after 13 days which would be 24 december. It's been more than 13 days i havent got my results, i am really anxious. I've tried contacting them via emails and call too, but it wasn't helpful. They neither sent me any email or text regarding my delayed result. I am really anxious, i have invested my dad's hard earned money in the exam. Please help me, i am feeling so helpless.

My IELTS scores are taking far too long to reach universities, and the universities are requesting the scores from me. Please assist me with this and send my score; failing to do so will cost me significantly more. It is my humble request that you do send the requested scores.

Am nancy bharti from india have recently given ielts TEST on 13 November 2021 and still have recieved my result due to which i have been inquring about this issue of mine from past one month is to why my ielts results are being withheld without any prior notice to me and there's no accurate information about it. Even the institute representatives are not responding to my calls and visited the local idp india centre and have directly said this not under their jurisdiction. I have been kept waiting for more than a month, it's matter of time, money and emotions. If the organization cannot give me an proper answer to my complaint so i would like to be compensated for the precious time that have been wasted, the hard money of parents that has been spent and the stressful period my going through.i feel i deserve an proper answer but not some system generated email.

I had given my ielts speaking test in the kukatpally venue on 04th December afternoon. My proctor dozed off completely throughout the interview yet i continued my interview and i find my result disappointing so i have applied for an eor and the eor result stays the same after a long waiting period. Where i expected atleast a .5 percent increase. First of all it was the proctor's mistake to sleep during the examination process . I mean who does that ? I want to bring this into your notice so that you take a good action towards this case. Otherwise i would have to lodge a further complaint on the idp testing model .

I under gone exam on 13/11/2021 and successfully completed with overall score of 7.5 with register Number 21IN416145MANB855A. I had applied to Arizona State university on 05/12/2021. For this university IELTS official score card is compulsory document for apply. So we intimated to IDP IELTS for sending the data officially to above said university on 05/12/2021. But you failed to send in time even after our repeated requests through phone calls to your call center.
If i failed to get the seat and scholarship due to your negligence you have to compensate the loss happened to me.

My name is Anmol Sharma, candidate id M8545676, TRF number 20IN205843SHAA855A. I have reported my score to around 5-6 Universities before 14 Dec. 2021 but my scores are still unprocessed. Kindly send the score to the universities asap as they have timeline for the scores.In the today's morning one of your executives told me that my scores will be sent by end of the day, but she didn't done it yet. If my university application gets rejected then you people will be responsible.

My IELTS test was on 27th of November 2021, the result was published on 14th of December 2021. Till now I am not able to view or download etrf. I have contacted the customer care team several times but there was no proper response. Also, I sent mail mentioning my issue. It was also unresolved.

Payment has been deducted from the bank but there is no confirmation and received rejected in the screen.Added the reference number from the bank.

I wish to complain about the IELTS exam that held in Tehran IRAN by company called (IRSAFAM) in Parsian Enghelab Hotel in Tehran. that the exam was on 18/12/2021.
I am complaining because the exam started with 3 hours delay. Instead of 8:30 AM it started in 11 AM . During this period there was a lot of conflict between candidates and IRSAFAM people, that all the candidates include me get stressed. The main problem was headset that did not work. However the new headsets arrived at 11 AM and between this period, the area was total chaos. I was really hungry and a lot of people were concern about their parents or friends that they told to come at 12 PM. We left the exam at 2:30 PM instead of 11:30 AM. Many people leave the exam but I could not because I have deadline to submit my apply to university so I had to stay there. They ruined my future with this exam. All that I wanted was standard exam that’s it. And beside that I travelled with flight to Tehran to do this exam because I live in different city. To resolve this problem I would like you to do something.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted admin of IRSAFAM at your company in Tehran, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I have been studying for 2 years and the condition was awful and that’s just unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

During the IELTS examination in the listening module, my headphone had stopped working so present volunteers changed suddenly my headphones but I missed attempting my 5-6 questions. And I told about my difficulties to the volunteers but they refused as they are not responsible for that.
Therefore, I need grace marks for that or a refund of my fees or give me a chance for a retest because it was a technical issue from the staff side so, I want justice.

I made my speaking test today ( on 18th December) because a technical issue happened at the first one. After I finished my first speaking test I left the centre.After that one of the employees followed me to the street and asked me to come back into the centre urgently. When I came back they told me I have to repeat the speaking test due to an issue. I was very angry and exhausted, so I did bad at the second time. I would like you to count my first attempt because I did much better than the second time or I would like to repeat the speaking test again.
I wait to hearing from you.

I applied for EOR and got success in it, my exam date was November 6th 2021, i received credit note two days prior to this complaint, my band got changed from 5.5 to 6.0, my passport no. U3764219
