I have applied for my IELTS paper based examination on 30 November 2021 for the exam dated 08 January 2022. I didn't receive any confirmation mail but my money ₹14, 700 has withdrawn from account. Please solve my problem ASAP.

    I registered for IELTS General training paper based exam on Nov 30 2021 for Jan 8 2022 exam date. But I didn't receive any confirmation mail regarding the successful registration which will also provide me with details of venue, time, date of exam and Candidate login credentials for the idpieltsindia.org.
    Kindly help me.

        I use net banking to payment ielts exam fees .when i go to the netbaking portal and pay i see a line which describe payment not done due to technical problem .so i pay further to idp same time
        But two transactions amount debited from my bank account.

          Good afternoon ma’am/Sir

          I had cancelled my ielts exam that was on 30 October 2021 in Jammu ( Mrs Harpreet kaur Gill)
          (passport no. R5 206135) but I hadn’t got my refund fee yet in my bank account. Why idp is taking so long for it as it must be refunded within 4-5 business days.

              I Farhat Farooq sofi had taken ielts pen and paper based exam on 16 sep 2021 and my result was supposed to be declared on 29 Sep 2021 but it has been upheld for quality check can you please tell me how much time will it take to declare my result I have been waiting for it from past 2 months.                     I got my ielts result on 5 th November now its more than 17 days till now i don't get my Etrf i have contacted and mailed my passport copy and declaration form through their mail but i don't get my etrf i am unsatisfied by their approach each and every time they said me to wait for 2 days. They are fooling people by taking huge amount of money for exam. Help me as soon as possible

                      I gave my exam on 30 oct 2021 and received my results today (L 7.5, R 6, W 6, S 6.5), to my knowledge the results shown are wrong or of some other student and might me mistakenly uploaded in my name.
                      You can check my previous results also and my result had never been so bad. The last exam i had given was three months ago on 31 july 2021 and scored overall 7.5 (L 8, R 8, W 6.5, S 7.5) also i have attached screenshot of my previous and current result.
                      Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                I am writing here to register my grievance that i am not satisfied with the Listening and Reading module band score. I gave exam on 23rd October 2021 morning slot in chandigarh. Now it's a request kindly share the procedure how can u see my answer sheet.                                       I booked my exam on 8th of November 2021 for 4th December 2021 but I received no confirmation email. On being asked to idp customer care they said that I need to update payment receipt but it has already been updated. Still it shows no payment info and says "booked" instead of "registered"
                                      Please resolve this asap I need to give this exam.

                                        I have requested for EOR on 13-OCT-2021 for my 08-oct-2021 exam and I got result of EOR on 22-oct and credit note email on 29-oct. However, I'm still waiting for payment in my bank account. Lastly, I have sent mails as well but got no reply.
