I recently took the exam at Global Gateway Tower, Gurugram on the 13th of Dec, 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. I cannot emphasise on how the staff there is, not in the slightest bit competant to conduct the exam. First, the security guard on entering the office, who oversees us candidates entering info in the register, is VERY RUDE, and talks to candidates like he's our master. He is impatient, shrewd and doesn't speak English AT ALL. My biggest complaint is about the Sikh gentleman(pardon me, i have no other way of describing the individual, i don't know his name) who gives instructions to the candidates during the exam. He gets EVERYTHING wrong. I had some special requirements, he conveyed the WRONG requirements to the examiner, who took my speaking test. I had to clarify with him, that i DID NOT need a hearing aid! It wasn't untill i PERSONALLY told the examiner about my special requirement, that she got to know of it. My middle name needed to be added, he kept getting it wrong over and over again. He sent in the WRONG person for the speaking exam, apologised to me, then REPEATED the mistake. He doesn't comprehend simple information. He mixed up the order in which the speaking test was to be held, making me wait for an addiotional hour. As it is, the test began at 9:20 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. The person focuses more on using a fake accent to communicate, than on being CLEAR! It's an atrocious, annoying fake accent, and he keeps uttering wrong info in every other sentence, apologises, then repeats. The other gentleman, his colleague is rude as well, and doesn't let anybody finish a sentence before interrupting. The whole staff basically, is very poorly organised, and keeps getting things wrong, while being rude. This attitude aggravates a candidate, and ruins his/her mood. I have taken the test before at another centre in another city, and i did not encounter any problems. Clearly, the staff at this particular centre is the problem. The guard at the register, needs to be counselled, and the Sikh gentleman needs to be replaced! I am a Doctor, i own a hospital, and i am surprised at this lack of organisation and competance. The rest of the candidates can be questioned, they would testify as well. I am ready to talk to the staff in person, before a senior executive, and prove my complaints to be genuine.

    I am Divija. I have tried booking the 5th December slot for IELTS exam (Hyderabad - jubilee hills center) on November 12th through Phonepe UPI. The money has been debited but the slot hasn't been booked. An error message saying "your bank hasn't approved our request" appeared. But my money has been debited. I have contacted my bank and the bank said that the transaction was successful and that the money has been debited. When I wrote to the ielts grievance team they said that the money will be refunded within 15 days. Now it's been a month but I still didn't get a refund. 15 thousand is not a small amount and I have waited for over a month now. I want my money to be refunded immediately.

      I appeared for ielts test in mumbai lower parel on 28th November 2021(L, R, W) and 26th November (S). During my listening test some issue occurred in the audio and I was not able to listen the first part of 4th audio. A complaint was filed by me. It was taken into consideration and my test was considered null. Ielts is now providing a free examination but the dates that have been provided are not meeting my requirements. I want to take a retest around 17th December 2021. We have to apply to certain universities before 15th January 2022.
      This a very humble request of mine to schedule my test around the date 17th December 2021.

      on above complaint IELTS not responding as well not arranging retest date as per our convenient. IELTS asking to book date as per next available date on IELTS website which is 25th JAN 2022 at Mumbai which will be so late for us to get admission.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I hope you are doing well. I booked my ielts test for 11th of december. I wanted to book it for general but i booked for acadamic by mistake. I sent email regarding this matter to your team and they said i have to fill test change module form. I filled two type of forms and sent to them. On 2nd of december i got a reply from IDP team ([protected]@idp.com) that my documents has been reviewed and approved. They did not mentioned anything about academic or general module im that email and i sent them a email again (ielts.[protected]@idp.com) that can you please confirm about module and timing because they did not mentioned anything but did not get any response from (ielts.[protected]@idp.com). Called them on ([protected]) to confirm that is general test also on 11th of december but nobody picked up my calls. Then this week i got a email from (tanvir.[protected]@idp.com) in which he mentioned about academic test details. I replied him that i already got a confirmation email that my request has been accepted and he requested me to forward that email. I did that and again no reply from him. i went to calgary from canmore which is 1hour 20 mins drive and stayed in a motel. On saturday 11th of december i went to give my test to maple leaf centre calgary and they told me that there is not a General test we are taking only Academic test today and our team still reviewing your file. They also told me that somebody will call you or send you a email regarding your general test which is on 18th of december. I took 1 week off from my work for preparation to give this test. Now my concern is when i sent several emails to your team members and called on your given number why anybody did not inform me about this. It literally cost me more than 900dollars excluded test fees. Which is 1 week off from my work, car fuel, motel fees and food. who is responsible for this. I am waisting my time to write this letter right now also. Your team literally disturbed me by not replying to my email. I complained about this matter to (ielts.[protected]@idp.com) again and their manager

        He asked me to forward all of that email and did that too but still did not hear back from him. I am getting disturbed now not getting sleep well beacuse of this matter. I need ielts for immigration purposes. Need to give my ielts test asap. Otherwise its gonna be too late for me.I need to give my test on 18 of december. I do not have ability to write email again and again to your team. Please please sort this matter for me. Its a request. Let me know if you want me to forward any email.

          I have registered for the IELTS for the date 18th December 2021 .My Speaking test was on 13th December.Its sad to say that the atmosphere of the test was not good, as there was a mirror behind me, which made the examiner to look on the mirror several times during the test.It made me extremely uncomfortable and couldn't perform at my best.I lost my confidence everytime when the examiner overlooks on the mirror frequently.Kindly consider the test room in all aspects because we as a candidate has to pay hefty amount for fees and our time and effort is going waste.

            What is update of my EOR application. It has been 15 days that i have applied for my EOR, But i did not get any response for it.
            So, Kindly do the needful, Because I need my IELTS E-TRF for university application on urgent basis, otherwise i may loose my May-22 Intake opportunity.

              Is there any chance that my result is declared this year.. Does the result take 4 months to get declare..
              I Priyam passport number U1485107 request you to kindly release my result as it went under investigation sir is already four months time paper took place. I need the result to give to my university for admission and also TRF so that I can attach the letter with the email and send it to the immigration department also for visa . This is because I am running very short of time as my college admission is fast approaching. Is there any time duration in which the results are been announced this is not the right way to deal.. as I as a student has invested my lifetime earning in the admissions and my one intake is already missed.
              Please it’s a humble request again I got my case deferred to next intake.. kindly announce my result atleast I can proceed further..

                I had booked the IELTS exam from IDP India two months in advance so they could provide me the dates at the earliest for my LRSW, but I received an email from them stating that my Speaking test has been scheduled on 2nd Dec 2021 and the rest of my exams were scheduled on 4th Dec 2021. I receive the confirmation email on 27th Nov 2021 to which I called and asked them to reschedule the dates and they requested that I send this in an email and they will revert in few days. I have already given my LRW exam, but now IDP is asking for an additional transfer fee of ₹3675 to reschedule my entire exam as I could not make it for the Speaking test on 2nd Dec.

                I have the email and also checked on the website, but they have not mentioned anything about rescheduling charges. The company is just sitting there to make money and duping people as per to their own will. I spoke with the Customer Service guy and he hung up the call rudely when asked for a Supervisor.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  My name is Neetu Bhardwaj. I took IELTS general exam on December 11, 2021. Venue details are:
                  Center Name- Punnu International, Amritsar
                  Center Number- IN855

                  I am really disappointed with the bad infrastructure and mismanagement of this exam center which resulted in the bad performance in Listening section.

                  There was power cut and generator was installed immideately next to the hall we were sitting and the hall was not sound proof due to which I could not concentrate well. Me and few other candidates did complaint to the examiners and to our surprise they said they can not help with it.

                  I am very disturbed because due to this problem my whole listening section is ruined.

                  IDP is a prestigious institution. Such kind of mismanagement and bad infrastructure not only arise a question on your reputation but also affect the career of students.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out with this problem.

                      First attempt for the registration process was unsuccessful, but money debited from the account..on the same day with another payment mode I made the registration and it was successful.
                      Alltogether money was debited twice.

                        I have appeared in my IELTS examination on 4th September'21, and as per IDP norms results should be declared within 14days from the date of appearance.
                        But till date my results are not yet declared, IDP is stating that my results are under verification.
                        I have followed up several times but no proper response and now they stopped responding to my emails.
                        It's been more than 3 months and I don't have any idea about my results.

                          I just attempted IELTS examination via IDP. Listening, reading, writing examination was conducted on 4/12/2021. The speaking examination was scheduled on today (7/12/2021). The examination center was ABAD plaza, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
                          Time slot was by 12:20pm.
                          And it's mentioned that I should reach the test center by 12:00.
                          According I reached the center 1hr before, since the traffic may cause problems.
                          But the test center authorities where not able to provide any parking facilities for the candidates. In a busy city like Ernakulam, it's not possible to find a parking space that easily.
                          I experienced bad behavior from the authorities conducting examination that candidate should park the vehicle in which they reached anywhere else.
                          Being a test center they are responsible for providing parking space. I paid ₹15000 for an examination and they couldn't provide me a parking spot just for ₹10.
                          I couldn't attempt the examination very well because I already had enough mental and physical torture from the authorities. I ran around 2km after parking the car inorder to reach the exam center.
                          From an organization like IDP I didn't expect such a humiliation. Please take necessary action on the same.

                            I gave LWR paper based exam on 13 nov 2021 and when ever I chk for trf report it shows 404 error.
                            Please help as I need to proceed with further process of immigration.

                            I gave my paper on Nov 11 2021 and I have not received my trf report. I'm following up with every possible contact which is available but with no response from any of the staff. They are just dismissing the issue without actually giving information about the problem.

                              I appeared in IELTS academic test on 20th November and got my result through Normal message on 3rd of December but still I haven't receive eTRF from website, whenever I click on the link, it shows 404 error. Please resolve this issue. Why IDP make commitments that they will provide the result after 13 days if they can't. And what is the importance of result if it can not be used for official purpose as eTRF is not available. I spoke with customer care executive three four times but everytime they come with different excuses. Such an irresponsible organisation.

                                  Hi idp ielts team,
                                  I have registered idp ielts exam on nov 20 at idp coimbatore with wrong passport id, can you please change it from R4418705 to R4418704..I informed about the changes while writing the exam in data verification sheet, but in my result they didn’t change.

                                  Please can you do the needful because my university deadline is on dec6.

                                        I gave my ielts on 27 September 2021 and received my result on 30 October. I was nit satisfied with my writing score so I applied for EOR on 1st October 2021 but I didn’t received my onlineTRF at that time so I didn’t upload it. After that I contacted IDP and on call person said you have to upload your TRF but I told him that I got email regarding succesfull EOR application and my payment was also processed succesfully. He told I will inform the team regarding this issue and let you know. But few hours after I recieved email stated no change in score and check your EOR result on your login id. How is this possible? I got LRSW 8.5, 8.5, 7, 6.5 and expecting 0.5 raise in my writing. This was my second IELTS attempt and I was extremely confident for my writing section. I did far better than my first time(also got 6.5 in Writing and I knew I did many mistakes). Kindly look on
                                        this issue. Its not just about 0.5 band its about my future for my speciality medical training.
