    Dear sir madam,
    We are all know due to the impact of covid -19 every individual facing the problem of money including me. Furthermore, the temporary closings of ielts coaching centres, i am unable to take the coaching of ielts classes. Therefore, i decided to take refund of ielts exam and i sent email to ielts. [protected]@idp.com about my refund application on 30th july 2020, but till date i have not received any response from idp.

      Dear sir,
      I have booked ielts - general exam on pen-paper mode on 21st march 2020 and after booking i got confirmation from idp on mail as well as in message in which it was mentioned that l, r, w on 21st march 2020 and speaking was scheduled on 26th march 2020 and suddenly the speaking test was preponed on 16th march 2020 with 2 days notification before the exam date without any prior approval from me so, indirectly it was effected in my performance on exam date because i could not prepared well so eventually my exam did not goes up to the expectation and in the same way my pending exam of 21st march were cancelled due to covid-19and idp offered me further date 30th march 2020 with cd test which i had opted on that time furthermore, it was also cancelled so i had further chose 15th april 2020 as new exam date but it was also getting cancelled and now my cd exam date had automatically chosen by idp end without any prior confirmation from my end on 13th may 2020, 3rd june 2020, 24th jun 2020, 8th july 2020 and 1st august 2020 all scheduled exam date had cancelled on 1 day before exam date except 1st august 2020 which i got notified 1 day ago about confirmation of exam date on only in email not in message form on my mobile number and more importantly, without asking whether i am comfortable enough to appear on that exam date or not and additionally also a situation took place in all dates that whenever i did preparation my exam got cancelled so i got frustated with continously postponing exam so i didnot prepared for 1st august exam date but it got confirmed a day before exam with a very short notice due to that my exam didnot goes well due to lack of preparation so it was unfair happen to me so that i would like to request you an idp that please conduct a retake of whole exam of me by way of prior date confirmation by me.

        Hello,
        My name is Lhamu Doma Bhutia and I had booked and paid an amount of Rs 11, 300 on August 1st, 2020, for my EILTS Indicator Online Test which was to be held on 5 August, 2020, i.e yesterday!
        Regarding my payment issue I I wrote to British Council Exams Customer Care India, elts.[protected]@britishcouncil.org, ielts.[protected]@idp.com, called their customer care, but either there was no response from them or they referred me to different emails mentioned above, which are all unresponsive. I only get no-reply, automated messages from them!!!
        I know the cover-19 situation is making things a bit difficult for some online processes, but IELTS IDP being such a reputed organisation, should not be so irresponsible as to not even give its test-taker a receipt of their payment.
        I still don’t know if EILTS has acknowledged my payment or not. The money has been debited from my bank account already.
        Yesterday was supposed to be my test date and I haven't even been provided with any information regarding my exams!
        I have tried for the past 5 days on different contact numbers given on IELTS IDP's website, IELTS Indicator's website, its many branches spread across India, I even called IELTS British Council- all but to no avail, my issue remains unresolved.
        I just need to know that my payment has been approved and would I be able to take the test!
        I have attached a screenshot of my payment for the test and my EILTS indicator account which doesn't show anything in my payment status. I never expected this kind of carelessness from such a huge organisation from IELTS!
        I don't know if this will ever get a good response even here. I really hope someone who can help me sees this. Besides, I really need my IELTS certificate soon for my application.

          I gave ielts exam on august 24 2019 and my test result was published in september. I still did not receive my trf. I contacted with idp several times and by several means (Toll free number, chats, in person went to their office), but still no use. If i don't get trf soon then i'll loose my admission in the university. Idp had assured me that they will dispatch my trf but they didn't do as said.

                  I gave my ielts idp academic exam on 05/03/2020 in moga city in india. The result was declared on 18/03/2020. The test report form was dispatched through blue dart express awb. The shipment arrived in sirsa (Haryana) on 20/05/2020 due to covid-19 and i didn’t get my trf. Because in my city the lockdown was going on. Please resend my test report form immediately and must reply for trf. Lovepreet singh

                      I made a registration for ielts examination for my wife through idp website and the payment failed and my money got deducted. I contacted idp office and they told that there has no registration took place but the payment deducted will be refunded within 10 days.

                      They again asked me to make a new registration after clearing the cookies

                      The second time also same error took place and my money got debited but no registration being done i paid through razorpay under google pay upi both of the times

                      I called idp again and they told me the same to wait for 10 working days to get it credited which i doesn't feel so good because i have to wait 10 days to get a total of rs 28000 of two failed transactions.

                        I have sent multiple e-mails and registered my query ([protected]) on 26th june 2020. However, i have not yet received any response from your side. I also called to idp customer care continues to get my query answered and i have been rested assured to receive the e-mail on an urgent basis, but again i had no luck.

                        I again called idp customer care and i was told that i will receive the response in another 1 hour and the response would be to reschedule the test on any other day (Not on 3rd july as there is no slot for general test). I have been curiously waiting for the e-mail and i am keep checking all my e-mails and spam but i again felt very sorry to choose idp as my ielts test examiner.

                        I really can not believe the customer's non-centric approach by a renowned organization that says a proud co-owner of ielts. This is really frustrating as my exam day is inching closer and i am not able to concentrate. This is really a high tension.

                        Thanks for giving me such a shock to decide never to choose idp going forward.

                          I had initially registered for the ielts exam listening, reading & writing test on 21 mar 2020 for idp ielts bangalore india location and my speaking test was completed on march 20th 2020. But due to covid - 19 restrictions the exam got postponed 5 times and the dates are randomly picked by idp and on june 11th they told it will be 04th july 2020 and i was working on getting the passes to travel into bangalore since i am stuck in my home town which is in neighbour state and travel restrictions are put up in bangalore due to covid -19, but all of a sudden they have pre-pone the date from 04th july 2020 to 25th june 2020 on june 19th 2020.

                          I have been explaining on my issues on the proposed exam dates to the idp india on below mail ielts. [protected]@idp.com as well as on their hotline number[protected] as well but they are not willing to do any favor, pasted my mail and their reply below,

                          Requesting your intervention in resolving my genuine concern and help me in rescheduling the date or better cancel my exam so that i will schedule once situation becomes normal.

                          I have sent the below mail on 21st june 2020:

                          Hi team,

                          I won't be able to appear for the exam on the rescheduled date of june 25 since i am right now in tamilnadu dharmapuri and i am in a containment zone due to a positive covid 19 case in my area. Also i would have to apply for an e pass for entering karnataka once the restrictions are lifted in my area and have to go through mandatory 14 days home quarantine in bangalore before i can travel outside my home.

                          Considering the above situation please reschedule my exam date to august month so that i will be in a position to attend the exam.

                          Reply from idp ielts india on 23rd june 2020:

                          Dear balaji v,

                          To avoid any further delay in test, your test has been auto scheduled on jun 25, 2020. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any further changes in the test schedule. We request you to appear in the test as per the schedule.

                            I have booked an ielts indicator test slot and 30-jun-2020 is confirmed for my speaking test and for rest assessment, it is 1-jul-2020.

                            I have made payment on 20-jun-2020 and payment is also successful but booking details shows status as offline, pending proof of payment.

                            Next day, when i logged in into idp ielts portal using my candidate id and now even pending status is not there and booking details are completely blank.

                            I have mailed to idp ielts india, but have not got any response. Also i tried contacting there customer care on [protected] at various time between 9:00 am till 10:30 am but everyone they give one recorded message that we work from 9:00 am till 5:30 pm

                              I want to file a complaint against a councillor in your chandigarh office. Her name is vanshika sood and her manager's name is neena rana. I have applied for my refund application in first weak of march but get no response by canada's college and about gic.
                              Even she misguided me at every step. She didn't pick my calls.

                              Now i want my money back please take strict action against her and ask her about my whole process.

                                    I have made payment for the ielts test today (19/5/2020) using the net banking service by razorpay available on the idp website. Now the 14000/- rs have been deducted from my account but i haven't received any registration acknowledgment from idp. However, i have received the payment confirmation from razorpay. I called up their customer care regarding my concern they said to wait for 10 days incase payment is not successful it will be credited to my bank account which doesn't seem to be plausible enough for me as the exam date i was looking for will be gone by then and i don't want to risk another 14k for new registration till the time this case is resolved. Attaching screenshots of the payment confirmation emails received from razorpay. I would like to have clarity on my registration status asap and refund if i have to register again.

                                      I lost my ielts test results form and i need additional test results form now.
                                      I applied few universities and got conditional offer letter from university. To get unconditional offer letter i need to submit my ielts test results.

                                      Regarding this, i emailed to idp ielts couple of times but i received reply as "they cannot send test results form due to covid-19 situation".

                                      I can understand situation and wait until resume the idp ielts functional as usual.
                                      However, i stressing here,
                                      1. Why idp ielts can't provide a digital/ecopy of test results form??
                                      Which is helpful for students like me.
                                      As we all know, most of the organisations flexible and providing best services to their customers why idp ielts is failing at this point??
                                      2. What if i or someone lost the admission because of idp ielts incapability??
                                      Why idp ielts organisation pull down the students career??

                                      My intention of filing this complaint is at least in future idp ielts take a step and provide access or keep available ielts test results score until the it gets expires.
                                      Otherwise no sense of validity of ielts test scores for two years. So please keep available test results in candidates login for two years which will help for some group of people.

                                        It is requested that my passport no. Is p2726922 and i registered ielts gt pen paper test for 18th april 2020 at moga after paying all the require fee on 10feb.2020., after registration free computer test were flashed on screen at various points without any extra cost, which attract the candidate to do the same. So i clicked with the misconception as i thought that it will be a prior practice test before real exam. So i go for that due to irrelevant advertisement misguiding information alongwith real fact because a candidate have already paid fee for pen paper test then there is no need to show such option which misguide a candidate like me because i want to give only pen paper exam scheduled for 18th april.2020. I cant pay extra fee to shift from computer delivered to pen paper which was not my mistake without taking any consent on phone or email.. It was done solely by idp ielts. So please reschedule my pen paper test as it was earlier on 18th april.2020 at moga. Thanks sukhjit kaushal
