I have taken Ielts test on 10th April 2021.Idp has wasted my 2 months for the exam investigation and still it is under investigation.Till yet I did not get proper excuse for such delay and no positive response from Idp India.I am too depressed from your service.Intimate me you can do something in this case.

    I will explain clearly about my situation.

    1.My examination was initially booked in Chennai and due to covid, i moved to my native and transferred examination to my nearest test center by paying transfer fees (i just wanted to change my test location but i did not request them on any specific test date, once i came to know from a representative that they done charge for transferring exam).

    2.My exam keep on postponed (i understand that Covid has challenges all over india).So my final exam date was 19-June and till 17th evening i was not shared venue details of the exam.

    I called IDP center and inquired, they said all examinations are cancelled and we just recieved information from government.Since i wanted to cancel the examination(at that time i dont have any active booking for examination), they update me to write an email saying that i need to cancel my examination.They said they ll deduct adminisitration charged and refund my exam booking charge and transfer charge as i didnot take the test as well.

    But in next 2 days they have scheduled the exam and they are helping with cancellation.When i inquire them, all the employees are talking rude saying that, we are not forcing anyone to write exam with IDP and disconnect the call.

    IDP is providing the worse customer support and intending only to earn money from ppl like us and their customer support is a pathetic one.

      This is Lavanya Bevara, and below are my test details:-

      {EOR Applied Date - 04 Jan 2021; Invoice # E/01-21HR0000221; Amount # Rs.10, 600/-}

      With all due respect to the IDP IELTS & with deep regret, this is to inform you that I applied for the EOR of test result as I was 100% confident of a change to my IELTS result for a better score.
      The same happened for us earlier with IDP IELTS a couple of times as myself and my family has taken IELTS with IDP frequently in India and as well as in UAE.
      This time around the EOR result was the same and there is no change in the scores, for which I am confident is pure inaccurate results.
      By this whole process, we lost crucial time and money as well with IDP IELTS India.

          Dear Sir or Madam,

          I am writing this e-mail to complain about the conduct of the IELTS administration process, especially the speaking module, that I faced.

          Let me brief your first. My speaking exam date was confirmed by IDP only and it was planned on 5th May 2021. However, one day before, on 4th may 2021, I got mail stating that the IELTS exam is cancelled and we have to transfer the exam on the next available date. So, I made myself relaxed and took a one day break from the exam, trusting IDP administration process that I will be informed by IDP in advance for further schedule.

          However, this was totally opposite and I got mail on 5th May 2021 at 11:00 AM and it was about my speaking test and stated that the speaking exam is as per previously shared schedule and I need to make myself available before 12:00, so I was having only one hour to make myself present there, and this is impossible with very short notice because I need to make myself ready for exam and I had to travel from another city. What's more, I did not receive any message informing that the exam is as per previous schedule even though it was cancelled. This was a very difficult situation.

          To describe the consequences, I would say it is quite obvious that candidates will be in stressful conditions because making their self present from another city is very difficult and many times it can cause mishap or serious injury while driving because candidates have to drive fast to reach at scheduled time. Apart from this, it is needless to say that candidates will be in anxiety and at the same time nervous also which has detrimental effects on exam performance, and the same went with me . These all together can cause lower band scores even after hard work.

          I am sure that IDP management can understand the situation and make their entire system so strong that no one would have to suffer from such conditions.

          After this, I got email mentioning that my speaking exam will be planned again before 7 days of LRW exam. However, now they denied that we your previous speaking band will be consider and I will be not allowed to give exam again.

            My agent who was dealing my file for abroad studies left idp after applying offer letter. My file automatically handed over to new agent by idp. That new agent is totally irresponsible. Whenever I used to call him, he cut my phone by saying I am sitting somewhere else I am filing someone's else visa file. He is totally unprofessional. This behaviour is not expected from idp agent. I want my file to be handed over to one professional and responsible agent.

              I registered my IELTS test with College Canada and I experienced so many problems with this college. I already paid to it $757 for one IELTS Test.
              First, I booked one on 6 MAY and then they reallocated me to 29JUL ($336). Then, I request to move to 29 May, so I paid ($336) for this test. They then reallocated me to 6 Jun.
              Finally, I paid my cancellation of $85.

              Now I have not received any refund yet. I am frustrated with their poor organization. I am writing this email to ask for a refund of $336+ $85.

                Respected Sir or Madam,

                This is to inform you that I have cheated by Saudi British Center (Riyadh), Center Number SA023-IELTS, I attended the test on 25/Feb/2021 with candidate Number 002572 and the test report form the number is 20SA002572IBS023G.

                This was my second attempt for general test, with couching by Mr. Smith at SBC-Riyadh for desired bands with a lot of hard work and efforts I was expecting much more better than given band in result, but after receiving my result I was shocked by seeing very few bands for reading and applied for rechecking with payment of 750 SR they informed me, the result will come after two weeks after checking all my skills from Cambridge London, but soon after 3 working days, they send an email that my bands remained the same without any proof of re-evaluation done on my IELTS certificate.

                Kindly do an inquiry about my reevaluation has been done authentically or not, now I am afraid of writing IELTS from Saudi British Center – Riyadh KSA.

                Note: I did not get any acknowledgement email from IDP, I am surprise that, how a test center declare result about my re-marking. Please correct me if i am wrong.

                  Its with deep regret that am sending a mail again. From April 16 from the time i was exposed to a family who had covid, i have been updating the status and finally when i was tested positive on April 19, when my rtpcr reports came also i had sent a mail to refund my exam.
                  My initial date was on April 24 and i was sure that i wont be able to travel to Bangalore for this with my health condition. Since then me and my family have been calling to the ielts customer service, nothing happened other than losing time by hoping atleast one customer care provider would be connected.
                  Then the rule of Bangalore lockdown came and then naturally the dates got postponed and j got a mail saying click on the link and postpone the exam date. Since i was sure the customer care is the worst and i cant trust them by hoping that they would either give a reply to my mail or call, i took a tentative date for june 5th.

                  Again i tried calling, i was just wasting my time and i finally got connected to a customer service provider on phone on may 18. She wasted my 39.35 minutes and at the end she said i would get a mail within 24 hours and again i was cheated.

                  I would need a clarity on this and i can't waste my time on this. As per the rules, cancelation of exams and refunding for medical emergency prior 5 days of examination should get a refund after the cancelation of local administrative cost.
                  I informed am in quarrantine on april 16 as i had developed symptoms which was 8 days prior and then again i informed that i was positive after getting my rtpcr report again 5 days prior to the exam date.
                  Sir,
                  I am asking for a refund again as am not in a condition to travel and write the exam. I am sorry to say if you fail to give a clarity on my claims i can even approach the consumer service of india which has clear laws for all of this. I would also be trying to contact the ielts official people as well.

                    I am doing my application for studying abroad through IDP Ahmedabad and the councilor is acting immature in terms of giving answers regarding my complaints. I do have proof of his mistakes and answers he gave to cover his mistakes. I'm highly disappointed with the councilor and I want to change the councilor.

                    please help me with this issue.

                      Dear SIR/MAM
                      My name is Karan Gehlot and on 04/May/2021 I filed a complaint for the correction in my IELTS test module which was accidentally selected as academics instead of general training. and my complaint number is - [protected]. and IDP IELTS Complaint Status Update [ID: 2869764]

                      On May/08 i got the a reply back that my module had been converted to general training, but in my candidate login section its still showing academic. From that day onward I am trying to reach you guys through phone calls and emails, but no solution is yet been provided to me. my exam is on 17/May/2021.

                      So, kindly help me out with this problem as soon as possible. Or suggest me if I have to talk with someone in this matter.

                        We want to apply for file in canada but the counsellor is never attending our calls. We have so many things to ask regarding the file procedure but she is very careless in attending us. She has given us her personal number, but never picks calls.

                        I think she is not skilled properly, and doesn't even know how to open the bank login of Canada, and puts the burden on us costumers only. We are at that stage, where we can't change the agent, otherwise, we surely would have. Please be cooperative.

                          Hi
                          I transferred my exam from pen-paper to computer-delivered for general training, but when I switched the exam it got covered in an academic training I write this whole case to IDP but haven't got any solution yet. My exam date is 17th May 2021. For last few days, I am also trying to contact the helpline number which is currently not working so I am worried now if this problem gone solve or not.

                            I tried registering with IDP IELTS for the IELTS examination on May 6, 2021, for a slot on 26th May 2021. I paid the amount of Rs.14, 700 via net banking. It showed that there was a transaction error and there was no confirmation email regarding my payment and seat allotment. However, the money has been debited from my account, which my bank has confirmed

                            . Rs. 14000 is a huge amount for me in the current pandemic situation, so I can't register again till I get my money back. I intend to write the IELTS exam in May 2021 itself, so I need to get the money back as soon as possible so that I can register again.

                              I've completed my IELTS application and paid the transaction amount of 1400/- on 5th May 2021 but there was an error 404 message generated furthermore, there was no confirmation if my slot is reserved.
                              I would request you to communicate the details as early as possible because I need to plan my test accordingly.

                                I given exam of 10april and my result appeared on 23april...i got overall 6band writing and listening 6 .and speaking and reading 5.5 so i filled re evaluation on 24april because i have much confidence to incline band ...after that 2may i got result of re revaluation but ...band was not increased...
                                The main.issue is that my speaking time change which was registered on my idp id
                                The registered time was 2.40to 3.00 but my speaking conducted on 2.20 to 2.40
                                Therefore i think he checked wrong student speaking ...so plss inquiry on it ...

                                  My Name is Dhwani. I tried registering for my Computer Delivered IELTS exams from IDP website from Ahmedabad West Zone and made an online payment of INR 14, 700 via BHIM UPI and the amount got deducted from my Bank Account but the IDP site says that the payment was rejected by my bank and that the registration could not be completed.

                                  INR 14, 700 is a huge amount for me and I would like to get that back right away. This is not something to be expected from IDP.

                                    I have appeared my Ilets rest on 8th March. It was online module. As claimed by ILETS they should disclose result within 3-5 days, however, I haven’t received my result as on date- 16 April2021. I have tried contacting their complain forum multiple time but I am getting standard response from them as my result is under scrutiny and they are unsure about the dates.
                                    My application id is - Z3095826. This is exam is critical for my PR application and I have tried almost all the possible mode of communication to understand status of my result. However, they are reluctant to commit on dates.

                                    Request you to help me out in this situation.

                                      I have to re-schedule my ielts exam, so I had reached to IDP they said I have to make 3500 payment to their icici account and re-schedule, but when I went to bank they said me to deposit the money into cash deposit machine and took the pictures of the screen which clearly shows the credited account name and amount, sent the same to them, but they are torturing me since 3months, sending repeated emails of asking receipt, I didn't get any receipt from that deposit machine, and this is very common now a days..
                                      When I sent the proof of pictures they are not considering it.

                                      Bcoz of this am getting depressed as I am loosing time and they are not helping me anymore..

                                      Please help me, otherwise I had to loose my life also..

                                        I tried to register for ielts and made my payment via upi, money was debited from my account but on the page it was shown as rejected by bank. There was no mail or confirmation or anything from idp. Would be grateful if you could look into it. My mail id is g.[protected]@gmail.com
