Hi,

I have tried to apply for IELTS academic on 29th March 2021 at around 10:30 PM IST and I have filled all my details and then selected Payment method as UPI. I have received the payment notification on my mobile and payed 14, 000/-. Money got deducted from my bank account but the IELTS registration system showed message as Failure. Now registration is not completed but money was deducted.

My name is Hemanth Chebrolu. I have booked for IELTS examination on 02 May 2021, I have done the payment via Paytm option on 29th March 2021. Money has debited from my account but the confirmation message has not shown for me. Moreover i didn't get any mail for credentials and confirmation mail.

I gave my IELTS exam in Chandigarh on 14th March 2021. My passport number is L7995208 name Paras Malhotra. I had an issue in reading section part 1 and I was not able to choose my answer more than once. I requested the staff twice and the guy asked me to write down an email. My results are out and I wrote a complaint email on the 14th itself and I got a reply on 24th March 2021 that we are not able to do anything in this. IDP complaints...

I caught writing my listening answers just after the time was over they took my passport and I don't know what they did they said you are not following the instructions examiner words ( I can write something on your paper and may not also in rude way I argued on what basis like example when writing time is over every single student still write lots of stuff on paper till they collect the paper so every one was not following the instructions...

I Tried to book the computer based slot for march 4th 2021 but money was deducted not not confirmed and got the error saying that you bank rejected the money. but i didn't recieve my back aslo

I had my ielts exam on 21/11/2020 but my full name was printed wrong during the exam I asked them to change it to "Vinesh Madhu M J" instead of "Vinesh Madhu" committee said they will change during results ; when the results came it was not updated and I lost the money.When I asked for help they said it can't be changed. I request to refund my money as soon as possible so that I can proceed to book IELTS exam again.

I paid INR14000/- on feb 3rd to take academic training test on feb 18th but when the payment is completed on the website it showed " Message: Error Occurred at the time of booking" and money got deducted from my bank account.I paid through SBI online banking....

I contacted IDP IELTS to submit my application to various universities in the UK, the staff here are extremely unresponsive and do not help at all, they take they're own time to send applications not realising that the students might waste a year if they delayed their application process, very sorry state of affairs but staff are not at all responsive...

I got call letter from idp to attend test on 8th August 2020, but no call letter was generated. High level fraud from idp. Refund my money. People around there please help me. Idp is filled with complete fraud people...

I had registered for a test of ilets(academic) on 12 january 2021 for the test to be held on 21 january 2021 (academic ilets ) under the name of jasmine dua and paid 14000 through net banking but no information has been provided by the centre for my booking confirmation for the test taking. the payment has been deducted from my bank account but i havenot received any kind ofconfirmation please please help me with this glitch. the portal says...

My speaking exam was on 25 dec 2020 time:-5:20 pm venue:- goldcoast club moga . Examiner name :- MAMTA . She is really rude and start arguments . She interrupted me right after i start speaking my answer . And make me nervous by doing several activities. Rudest examiner ever !
