Hi, on 21 march i have my ielts test at nehru place delhi and this was my 4 th attempt. The speaking examiner i forget her name was an old lady and so unprofessional that she was literally cutting me in my answers to ask a new question and moreover why i am complaining you now is because i was getting 7.5 in my last attempt and being an it professional i consider myself good in speaking however she marked me 6.5 when i went quite well.

Secondly my writing score is constantly coming as 6.5 and i am pretty sure i wrote quite well. I think i am losing my patience on ur idp exam as it does not seems fair to me. You got to take some strict action.

Listening and reading i score 8 but in one module or other they give me 6.5 just for retaking the test

I am subramanyam vemavarapu, i have given an attempt for the ielts with idp on 13 feb 2020. I would like to complain how idp people are less taking care of test arrangements. Because of their poor arrangements i lost my band score in listening. I got 6.0 in listening and this is the worst score than i expected. I was changed many headphones on the test date. But no one is working fine. The voice coming out from the headphone is very low. It may be the cause of headphones or voice software.
I have seen good voice clarity in british council test but here in idp it is not. I have lost my test fee because of their careless arrangements. I want my refund back of 13400 rs or another test attempt with good arrangements.

I have registered for my ielts exam on 12th in hyderabad india but because of corona virus outbreak i might not be able to attend the exam and cannot submit charges to reschedule the exam (Because it is offline). But inspite of the situation which entire nation is facing idp is not giving free rescheduling option to students who are not in the city and cannot travel because of the transport shutdown.

They have exam slots everyday of the month but still not being considerate.

Please help me in this and take an action against idp for either refund of the money or free rescheduling.

I am ready to take any slot available in the month of may.

There is no communication between your staff, today i had speaking test with idp in madhuban hotel, but when i went there for registration, they asked me that have you been in foreign country for last two months, i informed him that i’m working in united arab emirates and came back to my home on 28 jan, after they they told to bring medical certificate to sit in speaking test, when i did call to customer care they informed me that if someone come from abroad before 21 days, he/ she need to present medical certificate, but for me it was more than one and half month, i requested them that i’m suffering from any disease if you need any written statement, i will give you with my signature. After all they say they need medical certificate on the spot while it’s not possible. At last i came back from there without having my speaking exam. At the time of coming back from there i visited to a hospital for the certificate, you know what they said, they said it will take time to checkup for the disease and other viruses (And the fees for these test was around 2000 inr). I request to idp that please brief your staff to don’t give any burden to the students, sometimes people don’t having money and your staff not listening them. While you are there to help us and please cooperate with everyone.
If you need any medical certificate please inform before the test at least we can arrange in advance.

The marking and even re-marking of ielts papers is not fair as per my observation. It would not be an exegeration if i say that the papers except speaking are not even marked and the scores are uploaded after considering the previous scores of the candidates. I am a resident of barnala punjab preparing students for ielts test. The recket of ielts has to be busted. I have a few students whose results even after eor are unfair. I had a verbal talk with the customer support executive, mr gaurav of idp ielts over the phone and sent an email on the email address provided by him, but got standard replies via both the means.
I would like to request the authorities concerned to look into the matter before the ielts test conducted by idp india is banned especially in punjab. Indians especially punjabis are trying to move abroad because of this kind of corrupt system here in punjab.

I am totally dissatisfied with my conversation with you today regarding study in canada for pg program in field of biomedical engineering, when i have visited your office yesterday around 5 pm in evening, even on not having any knowledge about biomedical engineering you did not even try to clear that with me and in haste just suggested me all the random options and correlated it with food and safety, bioinformatics etc and not responding any query properly if i asking about relevant question.

You kept on pushing me to just go and do research on my own. If i had to do all on my own, why would i visit your center.

Also, your entire staff was totally uncooperative when i requested them to allow her use of washroom in urgency but they totally denied. Whereas your other staff from other chamber had suggested us that you can use it if you are come for counseling.

This was something totally inhuman.

All that happened today was extremely unsatisfactory and not expected from an institution of such high reputation.

It’s was my first and worst experience with idp.

My passport no is a50044668, i am having an international passport. I gave my exams on 11th jan and haven't yet received my trf. I wasn't intimated for a week and later when i inquired i was told my photo is unclear. I explained that due to the emblem sign on my photo being colourful while scanning the passport, the photo gets blurred. I have been after these people for almost 2 weeks. Still no responss from them. Have you never had international candidates? Is this how you work? Harassing candidates mentally??

My exam fees was deducted from my bank account and i do not received any email or any other confirmation message from idp authority. So, please i kindly request to you please confirm my payment and confirm my exam slot.
The incident date is 04/02/2020 and i fill a exam of date 08/02/2020

Idp ielts has become a money making agency which harasses students who register for it by preponing their date of exam by 1 month! Moreover, their tollfree no. Is of no use as their agents refuse to resolve problems and stay in denial of their technical glitches. They declare shamelessly that they will neither refund nor adjust the date of exam for students' need but have them pay for it again and again. They are misusing their authority to make profit by unfair means at the cost of a student's trust at the time of requirement. Their profit making is meant to be at the cost of a student's wastage of their hard earned money. At other times of the day, they are conveniently unavailable and place the burden on the student who is just a money spending customer to them to be exploited without any reason or empathy. Their integrity and sentivity is lacking. Such agencies must be dealt with strictness by higher authorities and taken action against. All such students should also be compensated for the harassment. Please do something about this immediately!

I gave my IELTS exam on 11th Jan'20 and my result came on 24th Jan'20. My
TRF is showing as dispatched and delivered yesterday with AWB #
[protected], however I did not receive it nor did any of my family member
and neighbor.

Yesterday at ahmedabad, in hotel portico we had to give our exam. First of all registration started too late and our exam started at 2:20 instead of 1:00 pm sharp as mentioned in mail. There was technical hitch whereby management after wasting half an hour decided to give reading first instead of listening.. Already 1 hour and 20 minutes were wasted and we all were exhausted.in between of reading exam, testing for listening was going on which was disturbing our concert ration. We haven’t paid such handsome money to loose our marks on the mismanagement. I am highly disappointed.

Myself and my wife, we booked for dec 14th general ielts test at madurai. We did not receive speaking slot on the same day which they said they will announce only 2 days prior. I was on official trip to usa until dec 13th and i have been continuously contacting them (Right from december first week onwards) either thru live chat or through tickets to get a speaking slot post dec 13th, but they gave it on dec 11th. Post that also, we contacted many times (Incident raised with flight details) but we received an email on dec 12th stating due to unavailability of examiners cannot reschedule the speaking slot and also they stated "hope you have attended the speaking slot". I really don't understand how such a statement where how can i all of a sudden travel and come for dec 11th from usa and attend. They are so lethargic with the reply. If they are rejecting or accepting they should have emailed before december 11th which is what is expected from a true trustworthy institution. Please don't make ielts as a money making scam. We regret choosing ielts idp.

I have applied for ielts exam in idp education in july 2018 and i have canceled the exam and they have given approval that refund will be reflected in the account within august 15 but till now my refund money is not reflected in my account

Idp is not responding properly i had a proof for the refund still they are responding properly amount is (12650 rupees) i have an audio proof

My name is nayana satyawan vikhale. I have given my ielts lrw test on 16/11/19 and speaking test on 10/11/2019 for which i got score by text message on 29/11/2019 but till now hard copy of result is not received which was supposed to come by courier also i have not received tracking number for the same till now. Kindly help me out, as per policy i should get the same within 14 days.

Examiner came to india and he was an old man, he didnt treated me good
Behaviour was too rude, and he is not interested in speaking at all, requested to all its not a small money for each and every person to afford, however, treated your candidate as softly, so that he or she is comfortable in front of the examiner..

Dont give whole authority to the teachers to give whole marks to student.

I ashwin iype thomas from bhilai chhattisgarh india has undergone ielts idp exam (Nagpur centre) on 23 october, 2019 for speaking and 26 october, 2019 for pen and paper test and my result was declared on 9th november, 2019 but still i didn't received my trf by post. I has tried contacting idp several times by email, toll free number, live chats but didn't received any response. Because of this i got rejected from the university for which i had applied

I went to idp kolkata and radhika seth maam and she send me to seema maam for australia case as my case was bit complicated i showed patience but they have taken things so lightly that they don't even think that they should answer my calls or revert me back they never informed me about anything, they wasted my time and because of wat my chance for other country have also dropped down because the intakes are closed because of their irresponsible behavior and they never revert me back and they never even shared any email with me from the university plus they reply me that we will contact you and they didn't.

My wife registered for ielts exam and registered for 23th nov as the date of her exam. We were told that the speaking test will be 7 days prior or 7 days later the lrw test. When the slot opened (On 13th) the only available dates were 19/20 nov and my wife was on an official tour from 18th to 22nd. So we called the call center and also sent mail asking for a date after 23rd as she was out of station. As informed by the call center agent we gave the proof (Ticket details) for her being out of town but even then she received a mail stating that the speaking test will be on 20th november. Again we contacted the call center and they said they will escalate the matter. We have been trying to follow up from 14th and there is no response. We received a mail to the first mail she sent stating the date is 20th (Whereas we never selected the date as we were trying to get a date post 23rd). After receiving the mail we again sent 2 mails and called as well to escalate but no response has been received. Now when we call its just said the matter is escalated and to wait. When the option is given t select dates there needs to be options for both prior as well as post the lrw test date.

I am a software engineer and working in mnc gurgaon, i give general ielts exam and score 9 in reading 7.5 in listening 6 in speaking and 7.5 in writing, idp is just money maker company they wont give you desire band they just play with your career, i need 8, 777 bands and i give 5 times general ielts exam but each time they deduct band in one module, but i’m sure that i score well in exam, so this is my request to all of you please don’t waste money on this # test, they just making their money and won’t give you desired band, a proper action should need followed on these money maker agencies,
