Idp Ielts registration not completed but money deducted

I tried booking a slot to appear for the IELTS examination on 2nd December 2020.

After filling in the required details I was directed to the payment gateway where I made a payment of 14, 000 rupees. Immediately I received a message from my bank stating that the amount has been debited. But I couldn't see any booking confirmation on the webpage instead a blank screen appeared indicating TIME OUT ERROR. I was shocked to see the...

    My speaking test was scheduled on 22nd Nov'20, and LRW test on 25th Nov'20. However, I had to miss my Speaking test due to a medical emergency.
    When I went to give my LRW test on 25th Nov, I informed the staff in the beginning itself that I had missed my Speaking test, and what should I do. They told me to go ahead and give the LWR writing. And later they told me to call the Customer care number to enquire about rescheduling Speaking test.
    When I contacted customer service, they told me to mail the Passport copy and Medical certificate to them, which I did and ask for rescheduling. I got a reply saying there are no slots available right now for Speaking test
    I again replied on the mail and called customer care to check my options, and they told me to request for a Examination transfer, where I will have to pay additional INR 3500, and fill a Transfer form. I was okay to do that and I dropped another email to check on the process. but I did not get any reply.
    Again I called Customer Service on 5th Dec, and they told me I could not transfer my test because I had already taken the LRW test. And now I will have to pay full INR 14000 and book another test.
    This is very unprofessional on your part. I was repeatedly misled and there is no cross communication between the branch, call centre and Email teams. And now I am asked to pay full amount just because I missed 1 test. Its not as if any student has missed a test for the 1st time, and especially in this Corona time, I cannot believe that this is how IDP deals with absentees every time and there is no protocol for this.
    I will be complaining to Consumer Care on how I have consistently been given wrong information and have been misled by your different teams, just to ask for full fees again at the end.

      Amount debited from my account but showing transaction error

      I tried registering with IDP IELTS for the IELTS examination on November 27, 2020. I paid the amount of Rs.14, 000 via net banking. It showed that there was a transaction error and there was no confirmation email regarding my payment and seat allotment. However, the money has been debited from my account, which my bank has confirmed but IDP is insisting that my name has not been registered. I'm a student and Rs. 14000 is a huge amount for...

      I booked the test on date 2nd Dec 2020 for Thane location for date - 18th Jan 2021.
      For which money has been deducted from my account and in last step of registration process the system has thrown an error .
      When I enquired in my bank they said that Rs 14000 has been transferred to IELTS IDP account.
      I talked to the the IDP customer care services they said your exam is not booked and registration is not done.
      Kindly revert my money to my account.

          After I filled the form in October and selected my exam dates it was postponed to December. I wrote a mail to the concerned authority and changed the dates but they themselves postponed it again without my concern. The third time the link did not open, even after trying multiple times. I wrote a number of mails and made many calls but the staff is awful. They are not giving me a refund, forcing me to give the exam. I am a student, and 14000INR is a huge stake for me.

                  I have completed IELTS GENERAL test at the Mumbai test location and have received inconsistent results in each sub-section of the tests. Amongst other things, having regard to the price of the tests. Any reasonable person would expect consistent marking.

                  To mitigate loss I also paid a further Rs10500 for a remarking of my reading and listening tests. Re-assessment generally takes more than 20 days. However, my papers were re-evaluated in less than a week's time and result was declared as "No Change" in my account on their portal. I doubt if proper procedures were followed while evaluating my marksheets. I am aggrieved by the conduct of IDP Education.

                  I am pretty confident about my skills and I performed fairly well. In fact the paper was relatively easy this time, I am sure there must be some totaling error or something else. My listening and reading scores can't be so less. I request you to check if IDP followed all the procedures for re-checking my answers. Further, I request that my IELTS tests be re-marked by a qualified English teacher or by an examiner with a formal qualification in the area of English literature to reasonably and fairly provide me with a true and correct score for my English tests.

                  If the above mentioned requests are not made. I demand to be reimbursed Rs10500 fee I paid for re-evaluation.

                    I first booked my Exam date on 4 aug for test day 11 oct 2020. On 7 Oct they told me that my exam has been postponed to 13 Dec 2020. I preponed it to 27 nov 2020. Now again they post poned it to 3 Jan 2021! And asked me to prepone if to available date. I decided to cancel my exam but they are denying me my cancellation request and Refund. As per their rules I requested my cancellation 5 weeks prior the test date but still they are looting students money this way by denying refund!!! They are frauds who keep on changing test dates and ruin students career

                      I will share my information please you can check and give me registration confirmation or refund.
                      I didn't get any confirmation instead of getting a message your transaction is declined
                      I have completed registration and paid fees using online banking even money 140000 got deducted from my bank account but I have received a failure message on the IELTS website.

                        IELTS test was booked for 21 march 2019, test venue Moga, Punjab.
                        Candidate name: Deepika,
                        Passport number: P2211770

                        Later test was cancelled and new test was booked for may month.

                        The cancelled test fee refund is still pending. Credit note/ Refund voucher was issued for 12650 /-.
                        Voucher no. CNI/04-20PB00019 dated 1 april, 2019

                        The refund amount has not been recieved yet. We are following with IDP moga branch continously but fee refund has not been made yet.

                        Now want the refund at thw earliest.

                            I have booked a test on 25oct 2020
                            For a test schedule on 12nov 2020.
                            For which money has been deducted and in last final step of registration process the system has thrown an error and said kindly repay..

                            Where as when enquired with my bank I came to know money has been transferred to IElTS IDP account.
                            I talked with the customer care services
                            They were talking like as if it's Your mistake and nothing I can help or do much about it

                            Sometimes problem happens
                            And we can't help u

                            This was her straight reply and they hung up. ( I called them 5 times
                            Every body gave same reply)

                            And I certainly know this consumer court is also not going to help us.

                            So it's my humble request to all students who has faced this problem and their money was not refunfed

                            To come on a single platform and share each others contact number
                            So that we can put very strong Police case against these fraudsters

                            And also we will put a case in consumer court respectively..

                            This is Tapesh Yadav. I had completed my registration at 11:00 am today for the IELTS Academic module and schedule it for 4 December 2020 in the afternoon slot from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. In the last stage of payment, I paid the desired amount and the screen reflects that my bank denies the transaction and that can be seen in Image1. Whereas just after a few minutes, I got my transaction alert from the bank that you paid Rs. 14000 to Idp. But I have not received any confirmation of my registration status from IDP. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                              My IELTS was booked for Oct 21st 2020 and IDP has rescheduled the exam to 27th Dec without giving any prior information or even without my consent. This us absolutely ridiculous and shameful lf IDP to call themselves a proud owner of IELTS examination centre.
                              If we wish to change they charge us 3500 rs extra charges for rescheduling, however, they can change and reschedule without informing students/candidates and behave like GUNDAAS and talk like B grade customer service reps.
                              They are absolutely slow and horrendous in responding to emails.
                              They either lack english or analytical akills to comprehend what their customers are saying.
                              I have asked for a refund since I do not want my exam to be rescheduled as I am not available on the date they wish to take my exam on.

                              I would recommend thdi feedbsck to be taken seriously and take some action by behaving like fraudsters. They take the money and show dates that are available and then after few days they send you an mail stating a different date of the exam.
                              They do no even apologize or mention the reason for this and DO WHAT THEY LIKE!

                              Strict action needs to be taken against these fraudsters playing with our money.

                                  Problems with ielts exam centers are on continuous rise especially ludhiana centre and few more. Their exam preparations are highly pathetic. They do not check their system before hand. On today's exam day, firstly test was started late and when listening was played it did not work properly, we were all set for the exam suddenly we were asked to give listening booklets back and listed this problem as a technical issue. If after charging rs.14000 still there is any technical issue then why huge amount of fees is charged only for a single test of 3 hours and so. Can't idp authorities check their system before the start of exam. After collecting our unattempted listenings, we were asked to start with reading. See first you make the mind of candidates ready for listening then suddenly switch on to another module. Isn't it harassment. Students do not raise voice against the system because they have fear of being disqualified from the exam. Also, they have fear of losing big amount of money. After reading we were again given the listening booklets. To manage time, listening recording twas played on fast track. Is this the way of taking test? Crux of the story is candidates do not get satisfactory band scores not all i am talking about even those who have caliber. Examiner will check the test in peacful environment, without knowing whether candidates got the exam environment or not. So please do not take the advantage of candidates helplessness, rather improve your system.

                                    This is to complaint of their lack of support and redressal mechanisms while addressing grievances. I had opted for a refund on 2nd august which was approved from their side on 4th august (Ticket#[protected]). I was told they would require 10-15 days to have it refunded back in my account. After this i have called them many a times and mailed them many a times (For which i have mails sent to them and conversations recorded to act as evidence). I realised that they had been ignoring my mails and their customer care agents were not able to help me, not able to provide me with an effective solution and were disgustedly rude to me in all the calls i have made to them (For which i have made a complaint which is still not resolved - ticket#[protected]), (Calls to their customer care number have been recorded by me). They have not provided me with the transaction details of when and how the refund was made after asking them 'n' number of times for this since i have the right to information. Their failure to provide for a higher redressal mechanism is utterly violative of the companies act and the consumer protection act. Their call agents have made it clear that there is no way to complaint except for writing mails which are often ignored by them. I would be highly obliged if this could be looked at urgently and be solved to hep future students avoid having the sam etroubles.
