On 10 December I booked my ielts exam and 15650 money deducted so instantly i called IDP agent and she said wait for 7 to 10 days your registration not booked I am so scared about my money please it’s a humble request to solve my this issue...

We have fill the exam of our candidate on 17th december but payment is deducted from our account and exam is not booked on 7th december and on 8th december we have again booked the exam of 24th december of same passport no V4136330 and we have paid again•So please refund our first payment it is 15500, , •we are really thankfull to you

I had booked an Ielts exam on 1 dec'2022 and paid Rs.15750.
The amount got debited but I did not receive any confirmation mail, and it's been 7 days, still I have not received refund....

I booked the ielts exam for 10/11/2022 on 02/11/2022 .I paid the fee from my PhonePe and till now I havent got confirmation. I have been waiting for it.

I have paid my test transfer fee on time their link wasn't working, and their server was down. then the email response is after 9 days with no proper reply if I contact the customer care executive they disconnect or put call on hold. not they are not ready to transfer my test date...

I have given exam on 8 oct 2022. I didnt get my result then called idp they said its underinvestigation. After 2 days they sent a email that i am banned for sending an imposter . But i am innocent i have given exam myself. I have visited idp headoffice in gurgram and they said i have to appeal and pay fee again. This is all taking toll on my mental health . I have alrealy missed deadlines for some universities .

I've appeared to the IELTS exam on 8th October, 2022 and got my result on 22nd October. But till today, i didn't received my eTRF. As I click the view eTRF link, it's redirecting me to a 404 error page.

I am a lecturer and an acting consultant at the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya. I was harassed at the Kandy IDP IELTS exam center by your staff. Without prior information, I was not allowed to go to the toilet half an hour before the exam. One invigilator lied to me, that I can go to the washroom during the break after the listening exam. Though I had a UTI I somehow managed the whole period with great pain, the misbehavior...

My test was on 23rd July. I got my EOR result on the 17th of August. My writing score changed from 5.5 to 6. I received a credit notice but I didn't get a refund.

I booked a pen and paper test with ielts for 20th August, 2022 which i later modified to a computer based test to be taken on 27th August, 2022. While i was booking pen and paper i saw that the date for speaking will be shared 2 days prior to the test date and also the venue details will be shared 2 days prior to the test that falls first. I did not get any SMS communication till 25th night which was clearly 2 days prior...

In listening heading is given to write in one word but the answers are given in two words
