I wanted two hard copies of my TRF to be sent to my organization . I paid 3000 rupees for that ( paid on July 1, 2022 - invoice attached below ). After 4 days only 1 was showing processing instead of two, so i contacted ielts toll-free number and asked . They said only one has been processed and the other was not processed so it will be refunded and that i had to pay again 1500rs separately for the same ( paid on July 5, 2022 - invoice attached below ) ... They said refund will be processed within 10- 15 days. It's been 20 days . I have mailed multiple times and called multiple times. Everytime they said same answer that it will take 10-15 days . No one ever reads the email properly nor listens to what I say properly . IN SHORT I wanted 2 copies and paid for 3 copies as said by the help center . I HAVE PAID 4500RS IN TOTAL . for two copies it should be 3000 RS . I have to be refunded 1500rs . I have all the call recordings i[censored] want I'll send them too. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. they are just cutting calls not replying to emails.. since July 7 I'm facing this . Today is August 16. Still not resolved. Very rude and irresponsible.

I had done my payment for the booking of my ielts exam slot on 11th august 2022 and the payment was done but i did not receive any email thus indicating my slot has not yet confirmed.I would like to have money refunded so that i could apply for anothet exam date as soon as possible

Unfortunately, I couldn't appear for my actual IELTS tests due to my passport not having returned from the visa department. In order to reschedule the date, I was asked to pay a transfer fee with access to re-examination date anytime in the next 3 months.

Suddenly, I am given a test date in May - a time when I'm not even in the country, despite clearly stating my preference of July end.

When I bring this to their notice, they send automated replies, one asking me to pay a transfer fee again! Then they keeping pushing the issue, with no proper guidance or help until a point when it's too late and they can't help anymore!

Is this a joke? I am charged 20000 for nothing and expected to just forget about it!

9th July test in Chennai TEST CENTREIN866 THEY HOLD MY RESULTS, august 15th is deadline to submit my ielts test results to university they are not responding, they are automated mail reply to me very wrost customer service they to not responding properly they are disconnecting call

IDP has become a fraud and interested in making money. A person who has years of experience and cleared all other language tests in the world cannot pass IELTS. That’s too after passing years back two times. It’s expired. How on earth would a person’s language expire?????? And three times in a row 6.5 in writing …rest all bands 8 and 8.5…. Filing a case against IDP immediately… Recently people caught with high scores who doesn’t even speak English. And others who speak and write English from small age and already cleared prior cannot make it now???? Coz British council is not in picture and IDP now has tie ups and money making strategies….

Hello, i appeared for my IELTS academic test on 9th July 2022 through IDP India at their Jaipur test centre. My speaking exam was on 5th July 2022 and my results was supposed to be declared on 22nd July 2022 but still i didn't receive my result. I have contacted many times to IDP India but i didn't get any response regarding this. I am in extreme need of my result because if I won't submit my IELTS result to my desired university my admission offer letter will expire soon. Its my humble request

My refund has not been reflected in my account they issued me a credit not but its been 17 days . I contacted idp, merchant, or even paytm they did not response me well they said that you can track your payment from bank Or bank says to report this issue to paytm.

A BIG SCAM GOING ON HERE AT IDP IELTS.
THEY HAVE NOT RELEASED THE REFUND AFTER CHANGING THE DATES OF THE EXAM DUE TO THEIR TECHNICAL ERROR.

THEY ARE RUNNING A BIG SCAM.

NO POINT CALLING THEM ON THE TOLL FREE HELPLINE AS THEY KEEP TRANSFERRING THE CALLS TO OTHER MEMBERS AND DO NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ESCAPE AT 5:30 PM INSPIRE OF HAVING ALL DETAILS AT THEIR DISPOSAL.

The internet is full of their complaints and it is true. Hope the government takes note of this and bans this organization.

I have recieved my refund voucher/credit note information.but still refund money has not been recieved yet.

I had filled the ielts test form on the 2nd of July for which I paid an amount of 15, 650 Rupees. The amount was deducted from my account instantly but I received no confirmation of the test booking either through text or email. I waited for a few days, however, there was no confirmation from their side. I called their helpline number and was informed that they had received no booking under my name. They advised me to write an email to the IDP India team. I emailed them regarding my concern attaching the transaction details and the payment reference number I received while making the payment. To which I received a vague unhelpful reply stating if any amount had been debited and no booking has been made against it the amount will be refunded within 10 days. However, it's the 25th of July today and I still haven't received my refund. The IDP team is reluctant to help me, they want me to book the test again without even confirming whether they received my earlier payment. I am getting no help from them even after providing them with the transaction screenshot and payment reference number.

My test dates were shifted by IDP IELTS due to their technical reason. They sent me an email for it.
So i opted to give PTE exams.

I sent an email to IDP IELTS about refund of my fees and since then they are playing games.

They are repeatedly giving me test dates inspite of me sending them emails about refund.
They give some forms to fill where they have no where mentioned about technical error on their side.
They have not paid my refund yet.
I am still chasing them.
A VERY BIG SCAM IS BEING RUN HERE.

Dear idp i want to apply for eor but my e trf did not generate, i got my result on 22 july, i need e trf to apply for eor pls help it shows 404 when i try to open it

In 2020 I got overall 6.5 in ielts.
And now in 30 April 2022, I gave ielts exam I got L = 6, R = 5.5, W = 6.5, S = 5.5 . After that, 7 july 2022, again I gave ielts exam and i got same result.

I tried booking IELTS Pen Paper Based exam for 30th July 2021. The amount of 15, 500/- INR got debited but the slot was not booked neither did i get any confirmation. Request for a refund immediately.

I have appeared in may 21 examination in which i have scored 6.5 overall score...i got 5.5 in writing then i have applied for eor and score got increased to 6...i have received the refund voucher but havent received the money yet..kindly help me with this...

I have experienced bad behaviour from my counsellor. I have 3 scenerios where the information should have been provided to me before time. Because of which I landed into problem.

1) She didnt tell me in advance that Visa medicals are to be done at a certain clinic only. I called the clinic several times they didn't respond. Then your counsellor said that they take 24 to 48 hours to reply. If this was the thing she should have said thi earlier and I would do it in advance. She tells me things only when I ask her. I am also new to this process. I have opted for Sept 2022 intake and each and every day is precious.

2) We were arranging money for GIC. She didnt mention to me that the money should be transferred from my account only. That created a mess. Later I asked whether I can transfer that money to my Indian account as I will be having no living exp because I am going to stay with my relatives there. She said yes you can do that. I did my own research and got to know that I can withdraw only 700 per month from GIC. I called her and asked her again whether I can transfer that money afterwards. She said yes. Then I confronted her about monthly withdrawal of 700 dollars. She said yes to this also. Which means she gave me false information kn such crucial matters. She was contradicting her point. I will have no problem if she says that she doesnt know. But she is givinh false information and when I ask her she says yes to that thing also.

3) The most important. We were into the process of arranging documents. I contacted her everyday. But when things were dicy I asked her some more things on my Visa. She then said that no it will take 2 3 months and I have only 2 months left for college. She said that there are two ways SDS and Non SDS. Non sds visas are coming faster. I said we will apply via that only. And now suddenly she said that I have gone through the offer letter its SDS. So I said how can we go for visa then because sds will take 2 3 months time. So then I finally aksed thats there is no point of applying to visa right. Then she said yes.

Its been the worst experience. I want a call back from you. Do call [protected].

Appeared for Test on 19th June 2022. Wherein, the website promises to declare results in 3-5 working days.

I have not received the result to date and it's already 2 weeks now.

The test amount is almost 15k and filling further process basis the result expected date is 80K and I will lose the entire money if I don't get the result in 2 days.

When we speak to the call center. As per them the result date is unknown and went for random QC. Now there is no surity will I get the result or not.
