I attended the speaking test on 27/07 /2022 at 17.40 via the video call.already there is a power outage.but they didn't make any nesassary arrangements for it in speaking part two I struggled with making a note and developed my ideas.it was my first attempt and I just lost my hopes.

I registered for my IELTS exam on the 24th of June, and I got a notification from my University saying that I need to submit language requirement documents by the 8th of July. I called Idp customer service and they told me that since I'm cancelling within 24 hours of registering there would be no deduction and I will recieve a full refund. I called again when I wasn't able to cancel via my portal. It kept on showing an error saying " Payment not reconciled, try again later". This went on and when I called again the agent provided an email ID and told me this would be considered as 24 hours since I have requested on mail. Now, today I received a mail for the email I sent on 25th saying I will only receive 75%. What sort of scam is this? And they mailed me at 22:12 and if I had slept like usual I wouldn't have seen the mail and the mail said " submit by today" !! I am attaching the call records where I called multiple times to verify the full refund information, you can check the records. In between I talked to a girl (the third call I made) who was in fact very rude. Others were polite and helpful. My ticket number for reference

Terrible service treated my partner Terrible in Italy he spoke excellent English and he was failed no results or anything they are just making money how is he meant to improve and prepare if he doesn't know where he has gone wrong this is disgusting treating people like this who don't have much money and want to be with there partners

I see the money deducted from my account, but the slot not being booked . It is highly irresponsible from the IDP for not even sending a mail or SMS about the issue . Please solve this ASAP.

I have booked my exam for 18th June 2022, on 9th may 2022 I got a text stating that amount have been transferred to my bank account from IDP, on contacting IDP IELTS department they told that I was the one who cancelled the exam, even though I didn't. I have been trying to contact them through mail and call but didn't get a reply so far.

I have got my results on 17th june.i got the provisional results.Although I'm not able to download the etrf because it is showing a 404 error. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as I have to submit my scores to the university.

I have applied for EOR on 21st April and I got credit note on 1st may, but i have not recieved my money refunded back yet. And when contacted to IDP, they told to ask to bank. They are intended to take money from candidates. And now not giving proper answer.

Counselor is least interested in guiding me and making excuses on daily basis. I am getting annoyed as she is of no help it seems

I paid the fees for my idp ielts on 01/06/2022 but I did not receive any confirmation email and the money was deducted from my bank account. I contacted HDFC bank they said that the merchant has successfully received the payment but IDP refused the same and there is no update on the refund yet, it’s 8days already

I have paid for IELTS today through online mode. My money got deducted but haven’t received any confirmation mail or sms from IDP. How do i get to know my seat got reserved or not for 18th June?

I have booked my ielts exam in IDP education on 23rd may 2022. The exam date is june 4 2022. An amount of ₹15, 500/- was payed as the exam fee via credit card. The amount was deducted from my account. But no confirmation email or message received regarding the exam dates or test centre.

Kindly provide the refund of the same as soon as possible, so that I can rebook the exam for the same date.

Today i was booking for my IELTS exam slot on 6th of June through Idp, after registration it directed me towards payment gateway
I choose ROZORPAY, during the transaction time the I got mail from my bank saying 15650 got deducted
But I was in shock as in the web page of Idp the payment was not conformed n stated error,
I tried calling their customer care but it was of no use they were rude and cut of my call
Please make sure the refund is done
I am very tensed right now

In my first attempt of IELTS GT on 12 March 2022, I scored
Listening:8.5
Reading:9.0
Writing:6.5
Speaking:7.0

And then in second attempt on 30 April 2022, I scored
Listening:8.5
Reading:8.5
Writing:7.0
Speaking:6.5

These money-minded people are playing cheap game of 0.5 with candidates by wasting their valuable time, and consuming their hard earned money. Why Australian authorities and Indian government is not taking any strict step against them?

When I called the customer service the representative was rude and cut my call saying it might take some time to reflect.This thing is delaying my whole visa process .Expedite the process at earliest and release my e-TRF.

My counsellor is the most ignorant, demotivating, and useless person I have ever seen.
I paid 12k for my USA service and yet I haven't received any proper service from her. While joining the Consultancy she never asked me for which field I am aiming for. Later when I mentioned this all in a form, she never read it. She never reviewed my profile properly for architecture and after 4-5 months of payment, she says that she is inexperienced with M.Arch service and can't provide much help to me. This was the time when I had to start applying for universities. She never shortlisted any university properly for me and only listed those which I found by myself and sent to her. So not much option over there. Whenever I asked her about the budget and scholarship for these universities she ignored it all and never replied to these questions.
She takes 3-4 day-offs a week and only replies to me during my college times which is from morning 10 to 5 evening. If I contact her at other time than this, she won’t even pickup my call or care to see my messages. No matter what kind of doubt I ask her, she would reply to it days/weeks later or she won’t even care to reply to them.
While applying to colleges she never evaluated my profile, which is her very first job to do and they have to do it for free. She solely judged my profile based on GRE scores which wasn't even required by any of the colleges/universities I was applying to. She said that I would never get accepted in UB or USC without even checking my documents or portfolio. The moment I submitted my application I got accepted to UB in 10 days. If she wasn't so demotivating in the beginning, i could have taken other better universities into consideration as well.
Now when I need her assistance the most to decide between the colleges and prepare for my financial documents, visa and all she is not replying to any of my msgs for past couple weeks and not even picking any calls. However, she never forgets to send IDP promotional messages like a notification about a new educational fair, etc.
I really can’t depend or hope anything form her and would like to change my counsellor for a better one or get my refund and get help from my friends like I did during the whole preparation time.

I gave IELTS exam on 17th and 18th February 2022 through IDP India, due to some reason, my picture uploaded on TRF is of someone else. I cannot even put in words the level of stress that I am under and my parents. Please understand as a student, I gave the exam and fulfilled the requirement, and I followed the regulations. It's hard to comprehend why my future is at stake over a mistake I didn't make.
I am looking forward to getting admitted in the August/Sept 2022 batch, and I received rejection as their main requirement is TRF. I have been in constant touch with IDP India, they took my handwriting sample to cross-check but the process is taking a long time, it's been 2 months and I have no idea even if this issue is going to get resolved. According to their recent mail, the issue is at their IELTS Official Australia yet to be approved and later sent to Cambridge.

Please help me out I am in desperate need to get this fix. I'll evermore be thankful.

I have made Rs 15, 500 payment on 7:26pm May 7, 2022 for IELTS Test Fees dated June 26, 2022. As I have made the payment via through Gpay and showed the money is sent successfully and settled but I didn't receive any Confirmation Mail or a SMS. I also have checked my bank account passbook and it clearly shows that the payment is made successfully to IDP Education India.
So please kindly check that I have made the payment clearly and...

I have given my ielts result on 4 december 2021 but not recieved result yet . I am waiting from last 5 months and after contacting idp so many times .i always get same reply that result is under investigation .its just frustrating .i cant wait anymore because my future is dependent on it .kindly make any decision regarding my result as soon as possible .
