I requested to update my date of exit on my pf account. I requested on 30-jan-2018. But still its not updated. I contacted so many times. But they are not taking my call. I given my full details for that updation. I think this complaint will help me

My Name is Gulam Mustafa Sayed I was an ex employee of Mahanagar Gas Ltd and due to I'll health issue I have resigned from the company in the month of April 2017 and I have applied for PF on 27 sep 2017, Pf no. KN/46370/191685.But still I have not got any update from the Ikya company and from last 3 months IAM trying to contact customer care executive it's just on IVR.
Pls help me to solve my issue.

Since last six month i am mailing to ikya for withdraw my pf but no one can take my issue seriously and now they said there is wrong birth date updated at pfo, and asking me to visit there, now it is not possible to me to visit to bangalore... I think they have make mistake then why should i have pay the penalty for visit to bangalore or delhi.... Hope this portal can help me to withdraw my pf.

This is infirm you that i am unable to withdraw the pf amount. I was visiting the ikya office andheri branch 7-8 times for withdraw my pf amount.

They told that it will approved. I asked them how many days required. They told that it will take 15- 45 days required. today total 55 days but still payment not receive.

Request to you please look into issue urgent. Why are opening the ikya office in andheri. They have no resulation for that.
Many times i have mailed to ikya hr in andheri and to ms shubhangi but they even not tried to solve the problem. Many times i have mailed but no reponse came from that side. How can we make digital india when the employees of company dont even bother to do the needful work so that it will be easy for someone.
So, its a request to pls fill the nessesary details in pf department from ur side.
