My name is Hitendra Kumar Biyani. My PAN No. is AEDPB0224L. I have the following grievances:

1. A. Y. 2005-06: I have not received Assessment Order and Refund against TDS of Rs. 3836/- and Tax Liability Nil.
2. A. Y. 2008-09: I was given credit of Rs. 5685/- only against actual TDS of Rs. 8349/-, i.e. short credit of Rs. 2664/-.
3. A. Y. 2009-10: I was given credit of Rs. 8240/- only against actual TDS of Rs. 9015/-, i.e. short credit of Rs. 775/-.

I have written to the ITO with all the documents and reminding them regularly without any response from their side.

Pl. help me to get my dues from the Income Tax Department.

In the case of refund cases, the Income Tax Department is not sending the order under section 143(1) to the assessee, even after the refund is granted.

In the absence of such order, the assessee is unable to verify the details of TDS credit and Interest granted.

If the order under section 143(1), is uploaded in the account of the assessee in incometaxindia.gov.in simultaneously with the despatch of the refund advice, the assessee himself can verify the details.

I had submitted an original return on 24/07/2008 having receipt no. [protected].
I had submitted 1st revised return on 29/05/2009 having receipt no. [protected].
I had submitted 2nd revised return on 03/11/2009 having receipt no. [protected].

In my original return, tax refundable was Rs. 1164/-. Income tax department had paid to me tax refundable as per my original return. But in my 2nd revised return, tax refundable was Rs. 6859/-. So I request you to pay me the balanced amount of tax refundable along with its interest.

In "MOHAMMAD", "A" replaced with "E".
I would very well like to file an RTI against the Pan Card issuing department demanding reasons for such negligence from their part and oblige.
