Well I understand that on verification of the original application submitted by me,you have correctly processed the PAN application.
I ask you one question- why I have filled the CSF ? Can you understand that for correction of my date of birth in my PAN card I have filled the CSF.I already told you that on original application by mistake it was happened.So for correction of my date of birth I have filled the CSF as told by you and also sent you all supporting docs.You should give importance to the CSF because CSF is for correction only.
Can you tell me on what basis my fresh PAN card issued where the data is exactly same as my previous PAN card.Your answer would be enough for me.Pls.dont try to make me understand anything else or to follow your [censored] process for any correction.

Sir,Pls look into the matter.I have been facing a big problem because everywhere PAN card becomes most essential.
Pls arrange me to get the PAN card with my original date of birth as I have followed all the processes told by PAN Department.
