I have not received Income Tax Refund Order of Assessment Year[protected] till now. Refunf Amount Rs: 24850.00 Income Tax Return filed on 11th May 2009 S. No: 000271 with 4-Vapi/Daman at Daman. it is surprising to note that i have received Income Tax Refund of Assessment Year[protected] months back....

respected sir/madam i surendra prasad son of shri chhathu ram was issued pan card number AIUPP3204H which has wrong spelling in father's name i.e chattu ram prasad.
i have submitted an application with id proof (driving license-photostat) for re-issue of pan card.please take the required steps at earliest and dispatch it.i will be very thankful to you.

I've filed IT returns for 4 years, of which 3 years' tax are to be refunded. First filing happened in Trichy, Tamil Nadu and next three filings happened in Bangalore. Out of 4 filings, 1 from Trichy and 2 from Bangalore are to be refunded.

I have been alotted PAN no. AGEPK0042N. My date of birth is[protected]. I have come to know that my PAN has been deleted from the database of income tax department in the impression of thinking it double. But I have only this single PAN from inception.
My refunds are also pending for the AY 2008-09,2009-10 & 2010-11. I have already submitted application to ITO Karnal with required documents and reminder for its revalidation....

Due to some ambiguity in activated PAN number , I am unable to file the return.In 2006 , I received a letter from Income Tax dept about 2 PAN number issued to me as per ITAX database so they cancelled my old PAN and suggested to use new PAN. I discussed the matter with AO (Assessing officer) and as per his suggestion, submitted an application to activate my OLD PAN and to cancel new PAN.I also filed the return in same year...
