i have applied for my pan card almost 3 to 4 months back, but untill know i have not received my pan card, so can u please go through it and favour me at ur earlist . . . .

I am Jyoti Agrawal .My PAN number is AHGPA5306G . As well said by govt. that file the IT return on time,I am always doing that.But in return I haven't received my IT Refund for the Financial Year's[protected] and[protected] on time .I am following up with it filling consultant ,but even then nothing is happening .This is very painful to follow up ,while taking tax govt is taking on time,but while returning refund amount we are being harassed .Can you please check the latest status and let me know ,where the process got struck,and help me to get back my money ASAP,I will be very much obliged if I will receive an immediate response.

One courier in my name which was containing my Pan Card, have been dispatched dated dated 2nd June 2010 and customer id which i have been informed is 52317496.

Till date I am making follow up but there is no proper response from them.

I don't know how they people work.

This is the cheapest organization in the world. which is having cheap services and cheap employees.

So please no body deal with such a cheap organization.

My name is Devendra Prasad (PAN No. AFXPP2263G). The Income Tax return was submitted at New Delhi ward no. 26(4) on 10/07/2007 by receipt no, [protected]. The tax deducted at source by Dena Bank, Nawada Branch, Delhi and remmited to Income Tax Dept for assessment year[protected]. The excess tax of Rs. 2804 deducted hasnt been received by me through cheque or transferred to my account in Dena Bank. I wish the above amount to be refunded to my Dena Bank Saving A/C No.[protected].

my acknowledgement nos are[protected],[protected],[protected]. i have applied these pan application on 13-july-2010. the maximum waiting period was 15-18 days..now,on[protected] i do not receive pan card even one of these...after getting inquiry from local facilitation centre where pan was applied,they did not give any response,they gave me landline number of their bombay head office and said it was not the part of their responsibility..when i called at head office they also did not give any response...so please please do need fully..

I am a lady aged 63 years. I have an annual income of Rs. 4 Lacs, almost all from Bank deposits..
Considering the current income tax slabs of "1.6 lacs- No Tax and Up to 5 Lacs 10% tax",
my tax commitment for AY11-12, works out to only about Rs. 21,000.
As banks are deducting 10% TDS on all interest income over Rs. 10,000, I end up paying Rs 40,000 as tax through TDS.
Can I give From-15G to avoid avoid excessive TDS? Can some body help me on this?
Why cant the govt reduce TDS rate to 5% in such cases

i am in indian air force and on my payment slip i have been issued a pan number and who and when and what he entered for my pan number details i also don't know and now when i want a pan card for that number i always come across some errors in my application number.i also tried from suratgarh rajasthan and now from delhi.the reply from organisation is "letter sent for discrepancy found in pan application made vide ack. no. [protected].kindly help me out of this problem.either you rectify whatever error occurs in my application or you provide the details earlier filled.the number for which i want pan card is AIUPP3204H.

I am a salaried employee filing IT returns from last 10 Years. I have applied for a PAN Card in year 2000 at BARODA when I was working at a Bank. PAN Number AHUPM1634R was allocated to me.
From Baroda I have got transferred to Manipal in 2004. From there I have moved from Bank to another company at Mysore in 2007.

I have been filing my IT returns under that PAN for years. Last year (2009) I tried to file my Returns online, there to my utter shock, I found that my PAN number AHUPM1634R is not there and towards my name PAN number AGAPM3025D is allocated. I was having physical pan card of AHUPM1634R at that time .

Then I contacted TAX authorities thru’ NSDL for necessary correction. I requested for cancellation of AGAPM3025D card. But my request was rejected & I have been asked to contact Assessing officer.

I have contacted Mysore IT office – Jurisdiction - KAR/W/322/3, who confirmed that my PAN number AHUPM1634R is deleted and AGAPM3025D is allotted to me. And I need to apply for issue of AGAPM3025D card & deletion of AHUPM1634R card. I immediately did the same and got AGAPM3025D card & destroyed my old card.

I thought issue was sorted out.

PROBLEM: But to my utter shock once again, when I inquire online details of my PAN card (know your PAN) - PAN Number AHUPM1634R is getting reflected and I have been asked to contact Assessing office – GUJ jurisdiction.

This is ridiculous. I don’t understand the reason for this confusion.

In first instance, some other card (AGAPM3025D) was allocated to me without my knowledge & request. For no mistake of mine, I have been asked to delete my old card (AHUPM1634R) & apply for the new card. Which I did without any fuss.

Now when I thought issue was sorted out, once again I am back to square one where now I have AGAPM3025D card but your system shows old card.

Please look in to the matter and rectify the same at the earliest.

As I do not have AHUPM1634R card now with me, please delete that card and move all my records to my new card allotted by you – AGAPM3025D

Please find attached PAN inquiry copies for your reference.

My tax refund for the assement year 2008-09 is not recieved yet. My PAN no is AVMPS8938C.Till date neither I have received any information nor the refund has been sent to my Bank account.
I request you to look into this and do the needful.

I have filed my ITR for AY - 2009-10 in the month of July 09 and still I have not received my refund. I have received the acknowledgement for the same.

And when I contacted the SBI department who is responsible for sending the refund, I came to know that the tax return has not being filed.

There is a lot of confusion and I really don't understand that where exactly the case is stuck up.

Please help me and let me know what to be done.

I had applied TWICE for my CORRECT SIGNATURE ON THE PAN CARD BUT HAVE RECIEVED WITH WRONG SCANNED SIGNATURE ON IT. Dear Sir,

I have filed my IT return for the AY-2009-10 through consultant and I was eligible for getting the refund of Rs. 12310.00. Meanwhile I transferred from Loharinag-Pala Hydro Power Project (Uttarkshi) to JHANOR (GUJARAT). Till date I have not received the refund amount from IT deptt. and I don't know how to approch to IT deptt. for getting refund. My PAN no. is AFDPS2329L.

It is to inform you that I have already sent copy of this acknowledgment for request for new Pan card ( For my Mother aged 92 yearrs old) duly filled in alongwith her bank statement /pass book against acknowledgment no. [protected].


However, at the time of applying for Pan card on dated 23.06.10 since there was some technical problem on net (In the system) therefore during process it has been gathered that payment was not gone through resulting copy of acknowledgement for request of Pan card was also not taken.

Now from your this email, I have found that payment was actually was through & acknowledgement no. [protected] was allotted. By this way two time payment was made against the following acknowledgement nos. for the same individual & for the same particulars.

2. [protected].

From the application, you will also find that for the same individual/particulars/data ( Smt. Sumitra Sharma) , payment of Rs.94.00 each has been sent to your deptt for the above two different acknowledgement nos. whereas only one application has to be used i.e against no. [protected] for getting Pan card..

Under the above circumstances, you will appreciate that excess payment of Rs. 94.00 has been released against unused acknowledge no. [protected] which may be credited to my SBI credit card no.[protected] through which payment was made on dated 23.06.10 on net.

However, at the time of applying for Pan card on dated 23.06.10 since there was some technical problem on net (In the system) therefore during process it has been gathered that payment was not gone through resulting copy of acknowledgement for request of Pan card was also not taken.

Now from the emails received from NDSL, Pune, I have gathered that payment was actually was through & acknowledgement no. [protected] was allotted. By this way two times payments were made against the following acknowledgement nos. for the same individual & for the same particulars.

From the application, you will also find that for the same individual/particulars/data ( Smt. Sumitra Sharma) , payment of Rs.94.00 each has been sent to your deptt for the above two different acknowledgement nos. whereas only one application has to be used i.e against no. The concerned customer care centre of NSDL ,Pune was contacted serveral times to refund the execess amt.paid for two times against the one indiviadual & to get one pan card.But they replied that now payment cannot be refunded which is injustice to the applicant.

Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to pl look into this grievance & take appropariate action with NSDL, Pune so that exceess amt.of Rs.94.00 is credited to my account through which payment wasreleased to NSDL.You will appreciate that excess payment of Rs. 94.00 has been released against unused acknowledge no. [protected] which may be credited to my SBI credit card no.[protected] through which payment was made on dated 23.06.10 on net.
