Sir, I am Dr. Rathy from Irinjalakuda, Kerala. Our gas connection is from Joe gas agency Irinjalakuda. Connection is in husbands name. Consumer name Dr. Vinod Kumar, Consumer number 13464. My booking for cylinder was done on 1/2/2015 registered with ref: no: 270200. cash memo generated on 9/4/2015. I have still not received my cylinder. I don't understand we are authorised 9-12 cylinder and we hardly get 6 cylinder in a year. So definitely I presume they are giving it to someone else at higher price.
