Our distributor are Sonar Bangla Gas Service, 147, Anandapur, PO-EKTPP.S- Tilzola, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Their customer service is very poor. I have booked my GAS 18.03.2015 but still yet to receive. BUT THE SAME TIME IF I CHECKED MY ONLINE PORTAL, IT'S SHOWING DELIVERY DATE ON 04.04.2015. I have put my complaint to Mr.Guha ( RM - KOLKATA) [ Mobile No. [protected] ] but still my problem not solved, This is my complaint, No. of problem are generated every day. Who take care ?

    My consumer no is 01624 and LPG Id No. [protected]. The name of gas dealer is Baghajatin Gas Service, Patuli, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kolkata 700084 . I have booked for gas cylinder on 3rd April 2015 (reference no- 895567) but till date I have not received LPG gas cylinder. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the gas cylinder at the earliest. I am sorry to inform you that in every occasion they deliver gas not before one month after my booking date.       Sir, Our distributor M/s TUSHAR AGENCY, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand denied me connection saying its unavailability. I provided them all my documents including my online generated KYC form duly signed. But they refused to submit it instead asked me to come after a month.Earlier also I went to them several times as instructed by online status, but they didnt entertained me. As said by one of their staff "buying accessories (which i dont need from them) will guarantee a connection". As a loyal and satisfied consumer of IndianOil's other product, I request your kind intervention into the matter and satisfying me once again by alloting your prestigious Indane connection. ref. MATHURA Sub. : DEFECTIVE FURNACE OIL Dear Sir, It is for your kind notice that we have purchased 14.970 MT of F.O. from Mathura Refinery through your Distributor, M/s Paras Oil Distributors, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, vide their Inv. No. 045 dated 13/04/2015, vide Vehicle No.HR-55B-3066 of M/s A.S Enterprises (Regd.). We have to inform in this regard that the F.O. in question creates a lot of problems in flow and burning and its consumption has also been increased by 20% to 25%. The transporter says that there is problem in the F.O. at the IOCL end. You are, therefore, requested to kindly provide us with the necessary Test Reports and if possible, please send your inspection team to check the oil at our premises.               Complaint regarding Indane LPG Dealer: Vikas Distributors under district North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. I intend to take a new connection but have been harassed by arrogant & unruly staff at Vikas Distributors. I have visited the office several times in two weeks but have been disappointed all the time by their very arrogant and humiliating behaviour. Still, they have not even accepted my application. I had filled up the KYC form online and visited the Vikas Distributor's office two weeks ago. They did not acknowledge the KYC form and asked me to fill up their form again. I did the same and tried to submit the form with all the supporting documents. Firstly, they asked me to buy all the accessories and pay Rs 7500. I was surprised and told them that I already have LPG stove and just need connection with two cylinders and pressure regulator. They told that it is not possible. I was told to come next day and write an application as to why I don't need LPG stove. I wrote the application and they asked me to pay Rs 250 for burner inspection. I paid the money that time only on 11th April. They told me that I would have to still buy other accessories and pay Rs 4200. Moreover, they told me that they would accept my application only after burner inspection. It has been a week since then but still no body has come for burner inspection. I have called atleast 4-5 times but all invain. Even today, I had called them as to when they are coming for burner inspection and they have asked me to visit the office again on Monday. Do I don't have any other job than this that I keep on visiting their office and keep on calling them when they don't seem at all to do anything. The staff at this dealer's office are so arrogant that they think themselves to be GOD. They talk in such a way as I am begging something from them. Why this kind of attitude. Are they there to serve customers or harass them. The security deposit would be Rs 2900 for two cylinders and Rs 150 for pressure regulator, total being Rs 3050. So, why am I asked to pay Rs 4200 and forcibly asked to take other accessories as they are adamant that they won't give connection otherwise.

                I am panmati gupta and my (consumer no - CX[protected] and my distributer name is cactus lily Enterprise (code - 107169) and address is (krishi Vihar Colony, Panchsheel Enclave Josip Broz Tito Marg Road, Chirag Dilli New Delhi-110048). I had booked my LPG refilling cylinder on date[protected] after 1 week when I have checked status of booking I found that my booking has canceled. Then again I booked LPG cylinder online on date[protected] and reference no of that booking - ([protected]) but online status is in process yet.Many time I have called to cactus lily Enterprise but they are not picking receiver even help line number is always showing busy.On[protected] again I have booked their LPG refilling cylinder and reference no of this booking - (427953 and cash memo no - [protected]) and call to cactus lily enterprise. The cactus lily executive has told me we will deliver your LPG cylinder on date[protected] but they have not deliver my LPG cylinder today date[protected] so I request you please take necessary action on my compliant I will be very oblige.

                    I'm Mythili with consumer No:CC37372, LPG ID No:[protected], being the customer for Indane for more than 25 years, I've been facing intolerable problems as listed below for the last one year with the service of M/S 'THINAR INDANE GAS AGENCIES, Karumandapam Tiruchi 1. 1. Abnormal delay in the supply. Last cylinder received on 05.03.2015 Booking for next cylinder on 02.04.2015 Cylinder not supplied till this date- 18.04.2015, ( 44days over since the last supply) Previously they took about 60 days for the next supply. 2. Insisting compulsory tips. Deliver men demand for compulsory tips upto Rs.40. If any tip is refused, they stop the delivery claiming a false 'Door Lock' 3. Lesser weight cylinder supplied. One time, after a prolonging complaint, they have supplied a cylinder, that I was shocked to note that it went empty after a 15 days normal domestic use. 4. Enquiries end up in altercations. The enquiries whether thro' phone or personal always end up in altercations and mental agony. 5. Customer Care simply doesn't care. All the problems were complained to a lady staff thro' number[protected]. But nothing seems to be rectified. Will anybody in the authority help solving these problems please ?

Since I am single & working lady, I requested the distributer to deliver the gas on Saturday/ Sunday/ within 09-30 AM in working days. But they declined. They cancelled my booking & told to book again. But this will be happened again & again, if they won't agree to deliver the gas in Saturday/ Sunday. Kindly look into the matter & justice to me.                           I applied for a new connection at Indane gas distributor (J.K.Enterprise at Dighirpar bajar) on 06/04/2015.I submitted all the required documents.They signed & stamped (with date) at photo copy of my voter card and told me to contact there after 2 year & 6 months with that signed copy of my voter card.I request you to query why such long time will take and i also request you to do the necessary so that i can get my gas connection asap.

                            RECENTLY THE HONORABLE DM OF BURDWAN WEST BENGAL CAME OUT WITH A RULE OF "NO HELMET NO SEAT BELT NO FUEL RULE" BUT ONE OF IOCL COCO PETROL PUMP IN BIDHANNAGAR DURGAPUR SSB SARANI DURGAPUR 713212 WEST BENGAL IS PLAYING DOUBLE STANDARD BY ALLOWING THE CAR DRIVER WITHOUT SEAT BELT TO FILL THEIR TANK BUT THEY ARE DENYING FUEL TO BIKERS WITHOUT HELMET NOW THIS IS DOUBLE STANDARD WHEN I PROTESTED THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IT CAN BE SEEN IN THE CCTV FOOTAGE WHICH THE POLICE MONITERS. NOW THE CARS LIKE OLD AMBASADORS DONT EVEN HAVE SEAT BELT THEN THEY MUST NOT GIVE THIS TYPE OF CARS FUEL, OR SOME ONE GETS OFF THE CAR AND DEMANDS FUEL THEN HE IS NOT WEARING SEAT BELT THEY MUST BE DENIED IF NOT THEN IF A BIKER COMES WITHOUT HELMET AND EXCHANGE HELMAT FROM OTHER PERSON AT THE TIME OF REFILLING THEN HE MUST BE ALLOWED EVEN IN FRONT OF CCTV, BUT THEY ARE ALLOWING THEM TO FILL. MY COMPLAIN IS RULE SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERY ONE AND WHY BIKERS HAS TO SUFFER ALWAYS . I SAID THAT I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER IN RETURN THE MANAGER OR PROPRIETOR I DONT KNOW SAID 80% OF HIS CUSTOMERS ARE REGULAR DOES THAT MEAN A SINGLE REGULAR CUSTOMER DOSNT HAVE VALUE. But yet not they have linked my document to my respective bank. So I could not book gas for refil from my phone.                                 1. I would like to register a complaint against the following LPG Distributor:- Yemkay Gas Agencies Palakkad 2. The following facts are placed before you for your kind consideration:- (a) I had registered my request for supply of refill with Yemkay Gas Agencies through my mobile no. [protected] on 07 Mar 2015. The registration was done by making the call on mobile no. [protected] meant for the same. (b) On enquiry with Yemkay Gas Agencies on 11 Apr 2015 it was informed that the registration done on 07 Mar 2015 was not valid and was asked to register for the refill afresh. (c) Phone calls were made on Yemkay Gas Agencies telephone number[protected] and I was informed that the refill is not being delivered for not linking Aadhar card no. This has also been linked with my Canara Bank Palakkad S B Account. 3. I would also like to submit that I have already handed over copies of my Aadhar card twice in Yemkay Gas Agencies and they have failed to update the details in their record. I am being penalized for the shortcoming in the functioning of Yemkay Gas Agency. I would also like to invite your kind attention to the latest orders issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India about the requirement of Aadhar card and it is in contravention of this order the Aadhar card is being insisted by Yemkay Gas Agencies. 4. On perusal of the foregoing, it could be seen that Yemkay Gas Agency is functioning in a way which is arbitrary, against the laid down procedures and also against settled principles of law. 5. I would request your immediate intervention in this matter to address my genuine concern and also to ensure I am not subjected to such harassments in future.

                                  My LPG ID Is 3 [protected] and consumer no. CX9825246. I have placed an order no. [protected] on 17/03/2015 and the Cylinder not delivered but the service status of refill booking status showing that Cylinder delivered on 29/03/2015 with the cash memo no.[protected]. Subcidy is also credited in my account. I have complained in Captain gas service office but they are not able to give an resolution. Again I have placed an order no. [protected] on 11/04/2015 and the Cylinder not delivered but the service status of refill booking status showing that Cylinder delivered on 16/04/2015 with the cash memo no.[protected]. I think they are doing black marketing of the Cylinder. Please take a necessary action against the agency.                                         I am a defence employee and working in Indian Coast Guard. I got transferred from Mandapam (tamil Nadu) to Kochi view service requirements and i was transferred my gas connection also. i was also shifted my family to kochi. i have been submitted the Termination voucher along with residential proof, copy of adhar card and duly filled KYC form to Aiswaraya Gas Agency, Karuvelippadi. Thopumpadi, kochi for issuing gas connection on 04 April 2015. However, the agency not issue the gas connection till to date. As my family is staying along with me, the requirement of gas is essential it is requested that the gas connection may be issued as early as possible.
