RECENTLY THE HONORABLE DM OF BURDWAN WEST BENGAL CAME OUT WITH A RULE OF "NO HELMET NO SEAT BELT NO FUEL RULE" BUT ONE OF IOCL COCO PETROL PUMP IN BIDHANNAGAR DURGAPUR SSB SARANI DURGAPUR 713212 WEST BENGAL IS PLAYING DOUBLE STANDARD BY ALLOWING THE CAR DRIVER WITHOUT SEAT BELT TO FILL THEIR TANK BUT THEY ARE DENYING FUEL TO BIKERS WITHOUT HELMET NOW THIS IS DOUBLE STANDARD WHEN I PROTESTED THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IT CAN BE SEEN IN THE CCTV FOOTAGE WHICH THE POLICE MONITERS. NOW THE CARS LIKE OLD AMBASADORS DONT EVEN HAVE SEAT BELT THEN THEY MUST NOT GIVE THIS TYPE OF CARS FUEL, OR SOME ONE GETS OFF THE CAR AND DEMANDS FUEL THEN HE IS NOT WEARING SEAT BELT THEY MUST BE DENIED IF NOT THEN IF A BIKER COMES WITHOUT HELMET AND EXCHANGE HELMAT FROM OTHER PERSON AT THE TIME OF REFILLING THEN HE MUST BE ALLOWED EVEN IN FRONT OF CCTV, BUT THEY ARE ALLOWING THEM TO FILL. MY COMPLAIN IS RULE SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERY ONE AND WHY BIKERS HAS TO SUFFER ALWAYS . I SAID THAT I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER IN RETURN THE MANAGER OR PROPRIETOR I DONT KNOW SAID 80% OF HIS CUSTOMERS ARE REGULAR DOES THAT MEAN A SINGLE REGULAR CUSTOMER DOSNT HAVE VALUE. IOCL AUTHORITY MUST SEE TO IT AND TAKE ACTION IF THEY REALLY VALUE EACH CUSTOMER AND IF THEY HAVE GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS. SOUVIK DAS DURGAPUR (W.B)

    Dear sir, I am SANJOY DAS, my cosumer id is UG27122 . I have given my all the documents to the ditributer taht is UNIQUE GAS SERVICE 151/1 Barasat road, one month ago . But yet not they have linked my document to my respective bank. So I could not book gas for refil from my phone.       1. I would like to register a complaint against the following LPG Distributor:- Yemkay Gas Agencies Palakkad 2. The following facts are placed before you for your kind consideration:- (a) I had registered my request for supply of refill with Yemkay Gas Agencies through my mobile no. [protected] on 07 Mar 2015. The registration was done by making the call on mobile no. [protected] meant for the same. (b) On enquiry with Yemkay Gas Agencies on 11 Apr 2015 it was informed that the registration done on 07 Mar 2015 was not valid and was asked to register for the refill afresh. (c) Phone calls were made on Yemkay Gas Agencies telephone number[protected] and I was informed that the refill is not being delivered for not linking Aadhar card no. This has also been linked with my Canara Bank Palakkad S B Account. 3. I would also like to submit that I have already handed over copies of my Aadhar card twice in Yemkay Gas Agencies and they have failed to update the details in their record. I am being penalized for the shortcoming in the functioning of Yemkay Gas Agency. I would also like to invite your kind attention to the latest orders issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India about the requirement of Aadhar card and it is in contravention of this order the Aadhar card is being insisted by Yemkay Gas Agencies. 4. On perusal of the foregoing, it could be seen that Yemkay Gas Agency is functioning in a way which is arbitrary, against the laid down procedures and also against settled principles of law. 5. I would request your immediate intervention in this matter to address my genuine concern and also to ensure I am not subjected to such harassments in future.

        My LPG ID Is 3 [protected] and consumer no. CX9825246. I have placed an order no. [protected] on 17/03/2015 and the Cylinder not delivered but the service status of refill booking status showing that Cylinder delivered on 29/03/2015 with the cash memo no.[protected]. Subcidy is also credited in my account. I have complained in Captain gas service office but they are not able to give an resolution. Again I have placed an order no. [protected] on 11/04/2015 and the Cylinder not delivered but the service status of refill booking status showing that Cylinder delivered on 16/04/2015 with the cash memo no.[protected]. I think they are doing black marketing of the Cylinder. Please take a necessary action against the agency. Then, we have received as Gas Cylinder delivery SMS on 16.04.2015, but i have not received Gas Cylinder at my Home. Please update your service and local gas agencies.               I am a defence employee and working in Indian Coast Guard. I got transferred from Mandapam (tamil Nadu) to Kochi view service requirements and i was transferred my gas connection also. i was also shifted my family to kochi. i have been submitted the Termination voucher along with residential proof, copy of adhar card and duly filled KYC form to Aiswaraya Gas Agency, Karuvelippadi. Thopumpadi, kochi for issuing gas connection on 04 April 2015. However, the agency not issue the gas connection till to date. As my family is staying along with me, the requirement of gas is essential it is requested that the gas connection may be issued as early as possible.

                    Dear Sirs, My customer No:32398 The customer id is not legible since the printer tape is old.I booked the gas cylinder during Feb, 2015 thru telephone. But till date the gas cylinder is not delivered. Checked up with agency they told me I do not have AADHAAR card they a received a communication from higher level they need not supply gas cylinder those who do not have the AADHAAR card.But they asked me to give a letter stating the name printed in the bill is different i.e., the initial is no there in the bill for which I enclosed my election card PAN card, and driving license for checking my initial as T.SIVAPRAKASAM. Kindly look into this matter and ask the agency to supply the gas cylinder T.Sivaprakasam.

                        I AM A CONSUMER HHAVING TWO CYLIDERS CONS;NO 26651 AT CHIRAYINKEEZHU THE INDANE GAS AGENCY NAMELY THAMPURATY GAS AGENCY ARE NEARLY ISSUING GAS CYLINDERS WITHIN A GAPS OF 42 TO 50 DAYS .IT CAUSES VERY DIFFICULT TO PREPARING FOODS ABOUT 12 TO 20 DAYS.IT IS NECCESSARY TO GET CYLINDERS WITHIN A GAPS OF 30 DAYS.                           Dear sir, I today in the evening visit to your on of the petrol pump to refill my bike, its name is maindwashya service station diggi, tonk Rajasthan (bill is attched).I ask to the delivery man to refill my bike with my desire amount, When i request to the sells man please clear all the digits which are showing in the petrol refill machine, he says i will refill it from the upcoming number of machine, then i force him to clear the machine and set it to zero, he argue with me and misbehavior with me. Again i request to him kindly fill my bike by given automated digital system, he again refuse to me and says if you want petrol i will do as my desire, if you want to refill your bike with digital system then go to near by petrol pump, i am not going to refill you that way. i was totally shocked by the behavior of sells man. i again request him but he says he is not going to refill my bike, than i try to call our indian oil customer support then he suddenly agree and refill my bike, after all i ask him for bill, he says wait for half hour i am busy in my work, then i wait for some time but he was just not listening to me. some how i manage to take my bill from sells man. Dear sir kindly look into the matter, sells man behavior is very bad with me, he was all time ready to hit me and abuse me. i ask them for there manager number but they refuse to me.                               We have provided all relevant documents required to activate the gas connection on 07th April 2015 still the connection is deactivated. We have been calling the agency Sri Sai prasanna indane distributor on [protected]/ 74 repeatedly but no response from their end. We were told that the connection would get activated by 08th April 2015, but it is already 16 April 2015 and the connection is still deactivated. Moreover, the contact numbers provided above are not answered regularly and we need to call the number almost 30-40 times to talk to them. The response of the incharge is not accurate and the behaviour is very rude. We would request an immediate action on the same. Awaiting a response at the earliest.

                                I have booked a LPG Cylinder with my Gas Agency "Angad Enterprises, Adarsh Nagar Delhi" on 1st Feb by SMS service sending SMS on [protected]. I got a confirmation message from "ID-Indane" stating that Cash Memo: [protected] generated against booking # 400930 on 15 Feb 2015. On same day, I got SMS stating that Cylinder has been delivered against above stated refill booking but I never received the cylinder. When I tried connecting the delivery guy, he told his unawareness. When I tried reaching gas agency @ +[protected], 27675989, there was no reponse for the call. It's been very long now, I have made another booking on 14 April but not response for that request also. Can someone look into the issue and get it resolved on priority. Mukul Gupta, CA # 30156.

This Connection name was Smt Pranjali Roy and consumer Number is 14751 and the ref fence no is 900210 and the cash memo no is [protected] and the distributer code is 140418 I am sorrow to say that I can't refill new indane gas cylinder in my home. I have done booked through the online on[protected] but why can I not get refill gas within two week? Even The Deliver Boy can Extra charges for refill gas Cylinder and delver boy's can't check weight refill gas cylinder in my home but Why sir?                                     i dr meera jha acustomer of indane gas shahjanand gas agency bhuj dist. kutch now i changed my address from g.k. generaral hospital doctor's quater quater no:-B-17 to A-92 odhavbag -2 junavas madhapar bhuj kutch pin 370020 i visit several times to the office of shahajanand gas agency for the procedure of deposit of gas bottle with document but the staff is not co-operating and they says come after one month beause they are busy with other work they also harrash me by answering differently by different staff so please do needful and order them to do the procedure as soon as possiblemy my LPG CARD NO:- 28249

                                      हमारे द्वारा १८ मार्च २०१४ को गैस की ऑनलाइन बुकिंग गौरव गैस एजेंसी महासमुंद में किया गया. जिसकी डिलीवरी आज तक नहीं की गयी जब की बिच में फ़ोन से सुचना भी दी गयी उसके बाद भी एजेंसी की तानाशाही रवैया जारी है.आपसे निवेदन है की एजेंसी पर कार्यवाही की जाये. धन्यवाद

                                        My gas supply consumer No. is 11623. LPG Id is [protected]. Name V.Rajagopal.I have givwen adhar attached require forms as early as 17-12-14 with our AGEN SOUTH mADRAS GAS aGENCYCHENNAI 600028.aLSO MY bANK iNDIAN bANK RAPURAM on 18- 12-14.Though I have recieved gas on16-215 with an endorsement on the bill that subsidy Rs194.68 linked to aadhar will be transferred., till date notransfer is done.On enquiry they have asked me to give the Form 4 to gas Agsncy. I have filled and given to them on the same day. Inspite ofit till date no transfer is done to my Bank Account. Kindly clarify anfd see that it is set right early. Rajagopal
