Dear sir, I today in the evening visit to your on of the petrol pump to refill my bike, its name is maindwashya service station diggi, tonk Rajasthan (bill is attched).I ask to the delivery man to refill my bike with my desire amount, When i request to the sells man please clear all the digits which are showing in the petrol refill machine, he says i will refill it from the upcoming number of machine, then i force him to clear the machine and set it to zero, he argue with me and misbehavior with me. Again i request to him kindly fill my bike by given automated digital system, he again refuse to me and says if you want petrol i will do as my desire, if you want to refill your bike with digital system then go to near by petrol pump, i am not going to refill you that way. i was totally shocked by the behavior of sells man. i again request him but he says he is not going to refill my bike, than i try to call our indian oil customer support then he suddenly agree and refill my bike, after all i ask him for bill, he says wait for half hour i am busy in my work, then i wait for some time but he was just not listening to me. some how i manage to take my bill from sells man. Dear sir kindly look into the matter, sells man behavior is very bad with me, he was all time ready to hit me and abuse me. i ask them for there manager number but they refuse to me.       We have provided all relevant documents required to activate the gas connection on 07th April 2015 still the connection is deactivated. We have been calling the agency Sri Sai prasanna indane distributor on [protected]/ 74 repeatedly but no response from their end. We were told that the connection would get activated by 08th April 2015, but it is already 16 April 2015 and the connection is still deactivated. Moreover, the contact numbers provided above are not answered regularly and we need to call the number almost 30-40 times to talk to them. The response of the incharge is not accurate and the behaviour is very rude. We would request an immediate action on the same. Awaiting a response at the earliest.

        I have booked a LPG Cylinder with my Gas Agency "Angad Enterprises, Adarsh Nagar Delhi" on 1st Feb by SMS service sending SMS on [protected]. I got a confirmation message from "ID-Indane" stating that Cash Memo: [protected] generated against booking # 400930 on 15 Feb 2015. On same day, I got SMS stating that Cylinder has been delivered against above stated refill booking but I never received the cylinder. When I tried connecting the delivery guy, he told his unawareness. When I tried reaching gas agency @ +[protected], 27675989, there was no reponse for the call. It's been very long now, I have made another booking on 14 April but not response for that request also. Can someone look into the issue and get it resolved on priority. Mukul Gupta, CA # 30156.

          Dear Sir/ Medom, With Due respect I beg to state that I, Smt Pranjali Roy is a Indane Subscriber. This Connection name was Smt Pranjali Roy and consumer Number is 14751 and the ref fence no is 900210 and the cash memo no is [protected] and the distributer code is 140418 I am sorrow to say that I can't refill new indane gas cylinder in my home. I have done booked through the online on[protected] but why can I not get refill gas within two week? Even The Deliver Boy can Extra charges for refill gas Cylinder and delver boy's can't check weight refill gas cylinder in my home but Why sir?             i dr meera jha acustomer of indane gas shahjanand gas agency bhuj dist. kutch now i changed my address from g.k. generaral hospital doctor's quater quater no:-B-17 to A-92 odhavbag -2 junavas madhapar bhuj kutch pin 370020 i visit several times to the office of shahajanand gas agency for the procedure of deposit of gas bottle with document but the staff is not co-operating and they says come after one month beause they are busy with other work they also harrash me by answering differently by different staff so please do needful and order them to do the procedure as soon as possiblemy my LPG CARD NO:- 28249

                My gas supply consumer No. is 11623. LPG Id is [protected]. Name V.Rajagopal.I have givwen adhar attached require forms as early as 17-12-14 with our AGEN SOUTH mADRAS GAS aGENCYCHENNAI 600028.aLSO MY bANK iNDIAN bANK RAPURAM on 18- 12-14.Though I have recieved gas on16-215 with an endorsement on the bill that subsidy Rs194.68 linked to aadhar will be transferred., till date notransfer is done.On enquiry they have asked me to give the Form 4 to gas Agsncy. I have filled and given to them on the same day. Inspite ofit till date no transfer is done to my Bank Account. Kindly clarify anfd see that it is set right early. Rajagopal

                    This is Vijay residing in Bangalore. I booked Indane refill on[protected]. Order no: 902963.I got cash memo ([protected]) SMS on[protected]. Seems one more cash memo ([protected]) generated on[protected]. On April 11th 2015, I got SMS like "your refill booking ref no.902963 stands cancelled" Don't know why gas agency generating multiple cash memo for singe refill delivery and cancelling refill request automatically after few weeks? Its happening almost all the time when I book LPG refill. I raised complaint on Feb 15th 2015 (Feedback Ref:1930961) and April 8th 2015 (Feedback Ref:2047381) at http://webapp.indianoil.co.in/paribhavam. Seems there is no response for this same.                       I Kumkum devi having consumer no 5021 open a DBC request having reference no D[protected]. i had mailed to our distributor to know the what cost will be charged against another cylinder and which doc will be required for another cylinder but they didn`t reply me till date.

                        we have booking 31 days me karaya tha abhi 56 days ho gaya but we have not received till date cylinder my gas no k-27039

                            I purchased diesel for Rs 2300 at 1.30 pm at the outlet at Saket district Centre in New Delhi. I used my HDFC credit card to make a payment. And was shocked when the attendant came back with the slip without any requirement for punching in the security code. According to the outlet manager this is a regular feature and happens all the time. In my experience, ever since the RBI rule has been implemented for security code for card transactions, this is the first time that this has happened to me with this card. There is scope for major tampering here at the outlet and many unsuspecting customers may be duped. Indian Oil is obviously not following the guidelines set by the government at its outlets and is leaving it to the discretion of its retailers. In any case integrity levels at Indian oil outlets is very low. This only proves that right. Shame on such a large PSU for not managing your customer interface with better integrity.

                              Sir, I am consumer of Indane gas.Consumer is 9076. Existing connection is transfered from Air Force station Rajasansi Amritsar to Air Force Station Barrackpore.(West Bengal. North 24 Pgs).During my tenure at ASR same connection was Aadhaar related and connected with SBI A/C no [protected].After transferring the connection from ASR to BKP again gas agency has told me fresh submission of Aadhaar related document and bank A/C no.I have given PNB bank A/C no [protected].Ihave booked my first gas cylender from AF BKP gas agency on 03/02/2015 @741/ till date no subsidy amount has been refunded in my A/c and second cylender booked on 27/02/2015 @641/and subsidy amount refunded RS/ 220.68/-on 02/03/2015 Vide ref no IOC 3000009617528029921145402. TRF from[protected] inSBI bank A/C.Please give me the confirmation when I will get my first subsidy amount and with which bank my gas connection will be linked.Please look into the matter on priority.Also Ihave lodged the complaint in AKOSHA.com vide complain no #2323285 dated 02Apr 2015.

And after so many follow ups and request not yet got any solution. Both of them nobody are able to provide detail regarding this gas connection. How can we book the gas cylinder please confirm.                                   I am CH YESUDAS, in possession of Gas Connection from indane Gas Agency at M/s Gouri Gas Agency. My details are as follows Cons No.61363 and LPG ID[protected] I booked Gas refil gas cylinder on 26 Mar 15 and same has been cancelled due to non submission of Bank Account details. Again I booked my cylinder on 02 Apr 15 and submitted all requisite particulars of my bank and deposited cancelled cheque with my gas agency. Cash memo has been generated vide No.[protected] dated 07 Apr 15. But cylinder has been delivered on 14 Apr 15 with much delay. I spoke to my gas agency for delay and non receipt of Subsidy amount for the above 1st cylinder in this financial year. Agency told me to contact Indane Company. In view of the above, I there fore request you to send my subsidy to bank account under intimation to my phone No. [protected].                                     Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards bad services of Our Distributor M/s PANTNAGAR GAS SERVICE, PANTNAGAR, DISTT. UDHAM SINGH NAGAR, UTTRAKHAND 263145.. Being a customer of this Gas Agency i have experiencing a very bad experience... Which include gas not being delievered at home even after deleivery charges..we have to run after the deleivery boy for refill.. No Gas is deleivered unless we call and register complaint... Usually it takes 10-20 after booking...some it is very late . Even if we try to call the manager on the given number [protected], he does'nt picks the call. Being asthametic n a widow it is not possible for me to run after the delievery boy... So please look into the matter n ensure a smooth gas deleivery...
