I am very dissapointed . My gas agency is charging more amount of money from me when the delivery boy comes to deliver the gas cylinder. It is clearly mentioned on the cash memo that I am liable to pay only Rs 688.80 but the delivery boy talks like a "HAFTA VASOOLI" man and says you have to pay Rs 700 otherwise I am taking the cylinder back and will inform at the agency that you were not there at home. So it is just like a that he is doing, because it is his duties to deliver the cylinder at home moreover he says that from the next time I will deliver a deffective cylinder and if anything happens then you will see and also will not deliver the checked cylinder . He sounds like a typical gunda. I have complained at the agency about the same but no action has been taken and again the delivery boy did the same thing. It is possible that some body's earning would not allow one to even give Rs 10 extra. Thus, please do something about this and this is from Binod gas agency sindri .

    Qualified Technician has not come for mandatory checking. Delivery boy(who doesn't have any sort of experience about this) only checked regulator, stove, and pipe even though two years have not completed for our home consumption.He did not inform the same before paying the bill but took extra Rs.70 just informing that these extra charges are Mandate. He checked only upon our insistence after reading the bill. Kindly check this and take appropriate action against the Gas agency. Below I am disclosing the details of the Gas Agency. Sampelly Gas Agency, Erragadda, Hyderabad. Telanagana.

      Sir, This is for your kind consideration that, we are taking gas cylinders from indane gas agency(orient) kottarakara, Now a days the personnel coming from the gas agency for distributing the cylinders, asking for extra money rather than the bill amount .We are living with in the 5Km distance from the agency.Several times they are asking money we denied to give . They are not issuing the cylinders on a timely manner.if we call they will say not ready now, but from the messages from the online services its ready. Please do the needful things to help us fro the unauthorised money they are taking from the customers

          Dear Sir, My Gas Refill Consumer ID CX19811922 has been blocked/ deactivated by Indane agency unnecessarily by giving a lame reason of internal Distributor transfer. I had never requested for any Transfer of distributor. My current subscription is with Uday shankar Gas agency, Tumkur city. They have unilaterally transferred to a new distributor by name BR gas agency without my consent. Now my account is Suspended. Neither active nor transferred. I wish to continue my subscription ONLY with Uday shankar gas agencies as my distributor for my Location convenience. I DO NOT WISH to go to any other agency for any reason what so ever. So, please revoke this unnecessary deactivation and let me avail my services without FURTHER DELAY. QUICK ACTION TAKEN WILL BE APPRECIATED.

            Dear Sir I have got a new gas connection from Indane gas distributor and the his address is as below: Indane Gas Sohna Road, Badshahpur, Gurgaon - 122101 (Haryana), Opp. Sai Hospital Ph #:[protected] For the last couple of moths I have been observing that our gas cylinder lasts for lesser time. There is no change in our cooking pattern, In fact due the summer season it should consume less even then the cylinder last for lesser days than it used to exhaust previously. Earlier I used to get Indane gas from a different Indane distributor with the same category but that time it exhausted after one month but now it exhausts in 25 Days. As I mentioned earlier there is no change in our cooking patterns it seems that the provider is either filling less gas or there is theft of the gas and it being sold in some other smaller cylinder.                       I received a gas cylinder on 7 April 2015 for rupee 640 but the actual price of it was 420 i have already given them my account number in which they should send my the subsidy back which is 220 rupee. Not only once it is happening from last 2 months, I haven't got any subsidy in my account since February 2015.                         Dear Sir, I am an Indane GAS consumer having consumer ID CX12744444 from Alaka agencies at Bhubaneswar. Though I have already booked the cylinder, they have not provided the gas cylinder till date. They are charging 200 extra for delivering the cylinder .                             We got this connection in 1999, the Problem is that her name in your record is S.JAYA. . But her name in all documents (i.e., in Voter Identity Card, Ration Card, Adhaar Card, PAN Card and Bank Pass Book) is as S.JAYALAKSHMI.

                            Now, we changed our residence from Nanganallur to Medavakkam recently and got TTV from our old distributor. When we contacted the Distributor of Medavakkam, they were not accepted our TTV, they are asking for proof for the

                                i am a customer of prathana gas agencies- nanganallur., chennai every time the person who delivers cylinder charges a sum of 650 rs but the net amt is 608 rs only. when i called the company and informed them they give me irresponsible answers. already the cylinder price is high but these people charge an extra of 42 rs.

                                    Hi I have taken a new Indane Gas connection with Devaganga Associates for Single Cylinder Connection Paid around Rs 6000 (Gas Stove is mandatory even if we have one). Indane gas has provided a mobile service to book the refill. After booking through the service the cylinder won't come for 20 days are so. when we try to call the Dealer Phone numbers( Please try to call (Devaganga Associates) the ph no provided this numbers[protected], [protected]+(91)-[protected], [protected]) they will not lift the calls since they just keep the phones aside and If we go to the Dealer (Devaganga Associates). When we call Indane gas Customer Care they say Dealer is having Backlogs of last month also they will deliver once your number arrives. If a Dealer is not able to handle Booking why cant they Transfer to other Dealer or open a new Dealer in the Area. After 30 days the Booking will can cancelled automatically and we will not get any response from Dealer if we go and ask. This has happened to the last 2 booking of mine. More than this when we go and ask the Dealer he says go complaint to any one. So I booked again booking No 489694 and it same i didnt receive the cylinder and after fighting with Dealer she said there are no delivery boys. I got frustrated and asked whether Can I bring my cylinder, they said bring it and get the Refill at last I have done that. My details: Vamsi krishna Edapa My Address: 54, 2nd Floor, 3rd Cross Vyalikaval Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore Indane gas Consumer Number: CX3996474 Dealer Name: Devaganga Associates Last time I received the CyLinder: October 2014 Today that is 07/May/2015(I myself went to Dealer and Picked the Cylinder) Solution I want from Indane Gas: I cant cancel the Indane Gas Connection(If this persist I may have to do ) since I have spent 6000 on it. I want to Transfer from the Dealer(since he selling the cylinders to others and does not have Delivery Guys). Please provide other Dealer who can do Proper delivery to the above Address. And also if Indane Gas has any Respect to the Customer please do Survey about the Dealer. Since their is a queue of Senior Citizens begging for the Delivery, Since they cannot carry the Cylinder by themself. I hope Indane gas is not having fun of their customer Problems

                                    Hello sir I have problems from this dealer from past 2 months I facing the problem I am not gating gas delivery so please take action against them because I have change my home I have given change of house letter so kindly help us to deliver gas call me to [protected]
                                    my phone number is linked to some customer named Lakshmi R and always billed from devganga associates chandra layout bengaluru.
                                    i suspect some foulplay here.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Amrita Kumar Das son of Mr.Asoke Kumar Das.My father is alive and stay with me at same address.I just wanted to change my home gas connection which was of my Father to my name.Our gas consumer No is CX14114300, SV No. [protected]. When i applied to change the name, the staff of the distributor demanded me Rs.4200 but the original charge is Rs.50 only.I had complained customer care(Complaint no. 2002336), they told me that the charge is only Rs.50.But My distributor could not admit it.Often they demand Rs.4200/- from me.Now I'm totally helpless, I have suffered with this problem from 4 months. I wanted to complain against that staff of the distributor.i.e FLAME CRAFT, Code-140405, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053. So, let me know what can i do now and the process how to change the Gas connection name within family member. Kindly solve the problem and let me know the action taken in my above mentioned email.                                         I booked for refill on 28/02/2015, ref. no. 380986. My consumer number is CX3406805. But I didn't get the gas yet now. Many time I contacted our distributor (Sudha gas Agency, Attingal). But there is no response from their side. So I am writing this complaint. I got the Cash memo generation message in my mobile on[protected]. So I humbly request you to take necessary steps to get my gas immediately
