When I ask to our distributor (Rourkela kitchen aids) he said that I dont know abou your refill boking . so kindly request you to please reply as soon as possible. Thanks & Regard Bhim Choudhary

    Dear Sir your Indian oil dealer near jodhpur cross road, opp kaameshameshwar school I think corporate indian oil, your staff misbehave while filliup petrol, he not adjust meter and when I said he told don't teach me and fill up petrol other side while I already in que and how can he misbehave with me and responsible person also not there so to whom I complain and this is not a good relationship with customer and after this incidence I will not want to fill up petrol at this station and you have to maintain your reputation and solve this.         Dear Sir/Madam In reference to my complain no - 1571260 & 1583569, I have received a gas (Indane, Consumer No - 08116, Distributor Name - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum, Kolkata, W.B.) in the month of 20th Aug-2014 and I registered a complain against this Gas Cylinder last week. But unfortunately I did not received response from IOC or their authorised distributor i.e. - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum Road (Registered - Ph no[protected]. On 20th Aug 2014 my parents received gas from the distributor people and they deny to weight the gas before supply my parents has told the Gas supply person that the weight is not all right but the Gas person argue with my aged parents and supply the low weight gas. I have used only 8days and I have taken next Gas whereas one Cylinder takes one month. As this is festival month and I have pay full Cylinder amount so please replace my GAS in this festival month so that my family can enjoy this festival. Looking forward for your kind response.           Dear Sir, I am Manindranath Das, resident of Singur, Hooghly, WB. My Consumer Number: 11433, I belong to Indane Distributor: Singur Gas Service, Singur. I bokked for refill on 26.08.14 and refill booking reference is- 374682. My cash memo generated on 28.08.14 and reference no is: [protected]. But till date( i.e. on 27.09.14) no cylinder has been delivered to me. Today As I went to the distributor office, they said that no refill booking has been made from my end. They book a refilling today. If I did not book for a refilling then how the confirmation SMS from Indane came to my mobile with refill booking reference number on 26.08.14? Why cash memo generated on 28.08.14 with reference [protected]? More over, They did the same thing previous month also. In the previous month my cash memo was cancelled after generation. I had to book feshly. Why the same thing happening every month? It is nothing but harashment to a consumer. The booking and delivery process is not going in a fair manner.             Sir, We have received the Gas cylinder on 08th Aug'14. When we opened the cap of the cylinder it is found leaking . we have contacted the agency and told this matter. several times we had contacted the agency but still date they have not replaced the cylinder. It is a very serious matter but they are not at all taking care of these type of serious issues. The person who is delivering the gas cylinder is also taking additional charges of rs30 to rs40 on each cylinder. My consumer no is 10400. Name:Suseelamma. Agency name:Gurukripa agency, Alappuzha. They said they delivered gas cylinder on[protected].they didn't delivered. i called them and complaint, then i assured on[protected].But they didn't deliverd they tell it will happen on oct 1. what shoul i doin order to get gas cylinder.

                  It has been observed that since previous four services there is continuous leakage in cylinders delivered by Johar Gas company BHOPAL.On complaint they send person and he change the washer .Yesterday on changing cylinder at night there was huge leakage and we have to disconnect it on complaining assurance of attending it in 2 hours was given but no one came.Again complaint was made early morning no response was there till now. Please look into the matter and guide me for avoiding future inconvenience.Kindly take an action for slow service. My consumer No.is JG 7028

                    I booked Cylinder on 6th September 2014, but still I haven't received the Gas Cylinder. The status of the delivery order mentioned that Gas booked till 13th of September has been delivered. We do visited the nearby outlet on 21st September for enquiry, we were promised to get the Cylinder by next day but still we haven't received the Cylinder. We even made several phone calls to get the cylinder status but we receive falls promises and still the Cylinder is not yet delivered. It's so frustrating to follow up for the Gas Cylinder everyday.                       My Indane customer reference number is cx11989184, I book my refill on 14th Sep 2014, I got a estimated date of delivery as 28th Sep 2014 . Today on 27th I got a message stating that my booking is cancelled with no reason . There is no way I could contact my provider ( Sri Vishnu indane gas agency, Whitefield ) . I tried dialing the toll free number of Indane to file a complain and guess what the number is out of service . Are you serious . This is insane . There is no way customer can provide feedback . I am definitely going to switch my provider to something else and I think this need to considered seriously . Govt should do an audit of the process . Kindly help . I need to know why my booking was cancelled . Is Indane not having enough cylinder for customer . If no then why are they taking additional booking request . I pay 30% of my salary as Tax and if this is the service I receive then I am truly shame full.

I have booked gas by telephone on 15/07/2014. On enquiry they are saying that the gas cylinder will be delivered tomorrow. But they did not supply the gas cylinder till date 26.09.2014...

                          Dear Sir, I am a retired Defence Personnel. My consumer no is [protected](9697). I have my transfer voucher, which i took to Aladin Agency, Andul Road. Howrah-9 for connection. The manager over there denied me the transfer saying that he is in minus stock and behaved very rudely. He said he will only give me connection after Lakshmi Puja and not before that. However i am in urgent requirement of gas connection as my parents are moving out to a new location and taking the present gas connection with them. the behaviour of that gentleman was very bad and unacceptable. if this is the behaviour metted to a defence personnel then this is a very sorry state of affair and i am imagining the problem that a common man faces due to such kind of person in power. It is requested that appropriate action may please be initiated against the manager of the above said agency and the needful may please be done to help me get the gas connection as early as possible.                                   Against my booking reference No.248697 through IVRS No.[protected], I received a SMS on 18.09.2014 regarding cylinder delivery under Cash Memo No.[protected]. On 22.09.2014 I received another SMS stating that "Your refill booking 248697 stands cancelled. The same problem happened with my last booking also. But when I approached the distributor "Ranie Enterprises, Chennai-600061 in person, the cylinder was delivered. This time the same distributor advised me to raise another booking on 23.09.2014 (No.261626) promising me immediate delivery. But I am helpless. Nothing has happened. What is happening for bookings through IVRS. What is the reason for non delivery even after cash memo generation and for such ill advice by the distributor.

                                    I have been transferred from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. I submitted the TV from the BPCL dealer Vayusena Gas Service, Dist Code 117461, Air Force Station Hakimpet to the Command Gas Service, INS Circars (NSB), Visakhapatnam on 19 September 2014. I also submitted photocopies of the Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, Pan card and the KYC form duly filled along with the photograph. The Command Gas Service is yet to action my TV stating reason of not been able to read the TV number. When I showed them the TV number which was also clearly written on the top they started making excuses that the computer system was not accepting when they filled the details. It is 25 Sept already and how long will a customer have to wait for these people to do their job. It is therefore requested that suitable intervention is required to get the system on correct lines.                                       I have booked cylinder on dated 14/09/14 & till date i do not received cylinder & i have contacted local agency complaint no. [protected] (YADU INDANE GAS AGENCY) but i did not received cylinder & i received the message from iocl to my registered mobile no. cash memo [protected] generated cylinder shall be delivered shortly, but till date i do not received the cylinder so pl take necessory action againt distributor & resolve my problem on priority.
                                      Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        sir we are a home consumer of indane gas our connection no.c20000 and our dealaer name is coopfed gas service., we was booked our gas by telphone on telephone no.[protected]. our booking date is 13.09.2014. and we was recived the cash mamo no. [protected] on 15.09.2014 and we are not recived our gas till date 25.09.2014
