I am consumer of Sona Gas agency Vasant Kunj New Delhi 110070. Consumer number: 51216. I have been making bookings for my gas cylinder for the past 3-4 months but no such cylinder has been delivered to me. I filed a complaint in the gas agency but no steps were taken. Now, when i call they don't pick up the phone. All the documents such as the adhar card has already been submitted. Last booking number: 583694

This is for your kind attention that Cylinder has not been delivered till date. I tried to contact the distributor office but no action has been taken yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible because my another cylinder is also finished 3 days before and i have a family of 6 persons including two children.
