I have booked one LPG cylinder vide SMS, ref. refil no. 219082, wherein cash memo was also generated vide no. [protected], wherin it is regretted to state that delivery was not made and instead I got a SMS that delivery has been made, which is totally false and incorrect.
My Consumer No. JJ13342, at M/S. Binod Gas Distributor, Rangamati, Sindri, Dhanbad - 828122, Jharkhand.
Please investigate into the irregularity and malpractices made by the distributor and do the needful so that I receive/get the LPG cylinder, booked, in time.
