My consumer No. cx-3968049, consumer name: Radha, Distributor : Pazhassinadu Gas Agencies, Peravoor, Kannur District, Kerala. I had booked a refill on 22-Aug-2014 (Booking Ref No. 201543). Two weeks back, I got a message from Indane, saying that your refill is ready and will be delivered shortly. When I asked the distributor, they says it is not ready, next week they will give, but even after one week, they are not giving the refill. Now also they says, next week. Please look into this matter and do the needful to get the refill. The behaviour of the distributor is not at all satisfactory.     Hi, i have given 2 written complaints and also contacted Retail sales officer Sachin kumar sonar regarding non availability of air the Rourkela IOCL petrol pump located near bisra munda chowk at Rourkela. Today the staff even did not allow me to book a complaint and manhandled me and told me to contact DGM. even after so many complaints, the air filling at this petrol pump is Out of Order from last 3 months. Please do something in this regard,

            My wife mrs s.Latha is having gas connection at annai saradha gas services tiruchirappalli. The consumer no is 37275. My wife has gone for sudden major operation at chennai. She is advised for complete rest for 6 months post operation. Hence she is unable to procure indane gas for more than 6 months. However we down loaded reactivation form as prescribed in sl/1601 dated 11/07/2012 & handed over the same to the agency on[protected]. The agency in turn sent the mechanic on[protected] after our continous follow up, the mechanic advised to meet area officer. When we met area officer, he advised to meet gas agency. Thus the matter is dilly dallying. Pl help to reactivate the same

              This complaint is with regard to the customer service in Deepa Gas Agencies (Indian Oil). Addr: 93, Gangadheeshwar Koil Street, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 084. Indane Gas Distributor SAP CODE NO: 117530. Complaint against - The delivery boy and Manager of Deepa Gas agency Complaint: Today there is a scheduled power cut in our Area, hence there is no power between 9 am and 5 PM. We stay in an apartment in the 3rd floor. The delivery boy from Deepa Gas agency came today and said since there is power cut and the lift is not working he will leave the Gas downstairs and asked us to bring it up when the power comes. I refused to it and said, that's not acceptable and he will have to deliver it at home. That guy then raised his voice and said he cannot bring it up. When I objected and told him that I will be forced to complaint to the agency he handed me the slip and said "call" To my shock the agency took it very lightly first and said that they will not deliver the cylinder to our apartment. When I asked him as to what will he do if they had to deliver the cylinder to a customer who does not have lift in his house - He said, "we will not deliver" When I refused to this and said that this is not acceptable and being in the service industry they should look at the consumers need and not their comfort. To this the Manager raised his voice and spoke very rudely and said - "if you have money go and buy in black, we will not deliver the cylinder" and he kept the phone. This is the most inappropriate behaviour I have seen from a vendor. Feedback about Manager - He does not know how to deal with his customers. Very poor skills in handling customer queries, doesn't know to converse in English, Doesn't treat customers with dignity, bangs the phone instead of handling and solving the query, no interest in solving the query, doesn't care about the customer discomfort and the bad name the agency and Indane will face because of him. COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR Feedback about the delivery Personnel - Very arrogant, lays his own terms to delivery the cyclinder (availability of Lift, extra money) doesn't follow Indane rules and speaks rudely with the customers. If any of the Indane officials are viewing this complaint then its high time you act on it. I have already reported about how this agency books cylinders on our name and blacks it. Now, they have unacceptable terms in even delivering the cylinders on time. Just because the agency has huge customer base their behaviour is very unethical. This will and is already spoiling the name of "Indane" as a company. If Indane doesnt take any action that means they carry the same attitude which is very disappointing for a customer like us who are associated with Indane for decades.

Complaint against - The staff of Deepa Gas Agency Complaint: Since the government has come up with the rule of minimum number of subsidised cylinders per family we have seen Gas cylinders booked automatically on our behalf . When we went back to the agency and complained that we dint book the cylinder they refused to accept it and said we would have only booked it and refused to cancel the booking. This is been happening for the last one year.. Since ours is a small family we use 6 to 9 cylinders in a year. We have come to know from unofficial sources that Deepa Gas Agency looks at the buying pattern of each customer and where ever the usage is less than 12 cylinders a year they book cylinders on behalf of the customers. When the delivery guy reaches the customer's place, most of the customers/consumers return back the cylinder since they don't have the need for a new cylinder then. The Delivery boys, then sign the receipt by themselves and sell it in black. I know this because I have seen people buying from the delivery boys. this is happening again and again. would request the respective team to look into it and curb such unethical practices.

Is C1240.on 2 october 2014 i went to buy a new gas cylinder in my nearest branch goniana gas service goniana (Bathinda) .According to govt. s rules that 12 gas cylinders are taken anytime in year.i want only two cylinder in one month but they do not give me they give me only one Cylinder .i talk to branch manager but he said rudely that they do not follow govt. Rules, his mobile no. Is [protected] .Then i talk to customer care but he also not give me any specified answer .Then i sign this complaint .so give me cylinder by home delivery otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                        My consumer no:33497. I am a customer of Anand gas agency, south janatha road, Palarivattom, Ernakulam.( ph:[protected] . I have booked gas cylinder one month before and they are not providing me. I ask them many times through telephone. The staffs speak me vulgarly(we don't have gas cylinder and your booking has been cancelled automatically).They told me to book again and i done that. After that they told me no stock is there.So i request you, please take action soon .

LAST TWO YEARS I AM OBSERVING THAT THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT GIVING REGULAR SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMERS.CUSTOMERS ARE NOT RECEIVING HOME DELIVERY SERVICES. THERE IS REGULAR SERVICE OF GAS BOOKING (REFILLING) ONLINE AS WELL AS AT THE DISTRIBUTOR'S SHOWROOM. BUT THE DISTRIBUTOR NEVER PROVIDES HOME DELIVERY SERVICES DURING THE WHOLE YEAR. AT ANY TIME WHILE THE DITRIBUTOR PROVIDES HOME DELIVERY SERVICE ONE OR TWO TIMES DURING THE YEAR THE DELIVERY MAN DEMANDS EXTRA CHARGES OF Rs.20-30 PER CUSTOMER FOR WHICH NO CASH RECEIPT ISSUED. YOU CAN OBSERVE THAT THERE IS HUGE CUSTOMER LINE OF ABOUT 300 WITH EMPTY CYLINDERS FOR EXCHANGE AT GODOWN SITE AT PURNA ROAD, NANDED DAILY. IF THE DISTRIBUTOR PROVIDES REGULAR HOME DELIVERY SERVICE, WHY THERE IS HUGE LINE AT GODOWN SITE EVERYDAY? WHILE EXCHANGING THE CYLINDERS AT GODOWN SITE, THE DELIVERY MAN DEMANDS EXTRA CHARGES OF Rs.5-10 FROM EACH CUSTOMER. THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT GIVING ANY CONCESSION TO THE CUSTOMERS TAKING DELIVERY AT GODOWN SITE AT THEIR OWN RISK.                                 I got my Indane gas connection in month of October 2013 (including one cylinder, stove, regulator and a pipe). Since then I am using only this single cylinder. I already applied for my second cylinder in month of April 2014, but the response from gas distributor remains same i.e they don't have spare cylinders. Since then I am using only single cylinder and its very difficult. When the cylinder gets finished the refill arrives 7 days after the day of booking, because of which I am facing several problems. He answered me that it is compulosry to purchase gas stove, pressure cooker and other products which I don't required so I want to know Is it compulsory or not ? and how can I get only new gas connection without such type products.

                                    my indane consumer number is 25603 in the name of Mr. Subhojit Basu, i am from kolkata. last 3 months i have noticed that some one else is booking for a new sylender on behalf of my consumer id & regularly & i am receiving the messages, while i havent booked any new cylender last 3 months, i am really surprised & also feeling that there is some corrupted people behind this. i would like to request the authority please take a serious step against it.

Not update on sys due to technical problem. After so many request & visit at Mathura station hqc gas office still My gas connection is not open/update on sys.
