My consumer No. is 7431 and LPG distributor is Shree Ram Gas Agency from Palgar (Maharastra ). I booked my gas about 20 days back. When I enquired why my gas cylinder I was told to re-Book the same and I got reference No. 200555 but till today I have not received my LPG gas cylinder. In earlier case the service boy take 10 Rs. extra for providing gas cylinder at home. Please do the needful at your end at the earliest. Regards Biju Nambiar Mobile No. [protected]

This is to inform you that your Super Cook Gas Service try to get Rs. 75/- against compulsory checking. One staff of Super Cook Gas Service came to different houses in our locality and said that this service was compulsory against payment of Rupees Seventy Five. If we do not take this service we will fase a problem to get Gas Cylinder. Please note when we call The Super Cook Gas Service in time of emergency then they are willingly not attend. At the time of emergency we bound to call local service man. Please take necessary action from your end. Thanking you.

I'm indoor an indane consumer of agency name " keerthi", mynagappally, kollam. This agency has no responsibility to home deliverry and keep time. My booking no 212336 date 12-8-14 this cylinder is not delivered to me till the time. The attitude of the staff towards the consumers were very worst. Their behaviour seems to be consumers are buggers and give free of cost services for us. They supply the gas in time to some people only for their personal interest. Have received a message on 10th September, 2014 that cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking ref. No. 651598 with cash memo No is [protected], But practically cylinder not been delivered yet. Kindly look into the matter what is going on. My distributor is Babu Gas Agency, Perumbavoor. Dear Sir, Yesterday I went to Metro Fuel Point at Kamalapuri Colony to purchase petrol of Rs. 250-00. The boy filled petrol of Rs. 49-40, when I insisted that I asked for Rs. 250-00, he continued the same and stopped at Rs. 200-00 and says that earlier Rs. 50-00 and the present Rs. 200-00 total Rs. 250-00, whereas he filled for Rs. 200-00 only and claims Rs. 250-00. When I demanded for Rs. 250-00 again he filled. This is the situation. The boys are very careless while filling the fuel and they chit chat with their colleagues and hardly listens to the customers. I request your good self to take stringent action against the employees for their irresponsible behaviour and carelessness towards customers. Thanks Prasad

My consumer No .12153 in the name of V.Krishnamachari and i am residing at 207, 2nd Floor, Vignesh Park, Nehru Street Srirangam Tiruchirapalli 620006 Had booked gas cylinder, received 12 th July and subsequently fitted and connected 28.8.14 and further exhausted on17.09.14 it serve only 21 days. Normally it will serve 45 to 50 days.We shocked that it will serve 50% of the days only and heavy loss occured to us My distributors name is Sri Ranga gas service No 2 Gandhi Road Srirangam Tiruchirapalli 620006. We also noticed there is no leak or gas smell found.Please take your early drastic action in this regard. We also already complaint orally to the messanger like this happened earlier. My consumer No. 5644, Distributor Name is SATHYA INDANE GAS, TENKASI, I booked cylinder for refilling on 20.08.2014 reference No is 213509, On 09.09.2014 message received from agencies on 11.09.2014 as my reference No. Is cancelled. The distributor has not informed the delivery date, but automatically given a message as cancelled. and I had made another another registration for the same date, reference No. is 219952, but till date filling cylinder not received.

I have booked LPG cylinder for my house use through my cell No [protected] and refil booking No has been informed that 212212. On 16th September 2014, Have received a message that cash memo No is [protected] and cylinder will be delivered shortly. On the same day 16th September I received a message that cylinder is delivered, which was practically not delivered. On 14.9.2014 (Sunday night around 8 PM) I was on the way from Tumkur to Bangalore. After crossing the toll gate from Tumkur, I observed that I could travel only 79 kms (the distance to empty- DTE meter was showing 79 kms) with the diesel I had. I went to Indian Oil petrol pump on the way and told the operator to fill diesel for Rs.200. I asked the bill and he its not working and no hand bill also. After travelling 100 or 150 meters I again checked the DTE meter and still it was showing 79 kms only. The operator has not put even a single drop of fuel. Since it was already night I did not go back and argue with him(anyhow they wont accept it). I dont have proof for filling the fuel there(hence complaining is a waste). They cheat especially on the highways because the chances of customers coming back is less and the surrounding will be empty and scary to argue with them. So please fill the fuel at the stations near by your house. We can do something in such cases.

Worst service by indane jigani seetharama distributer.They have monopoly and there attitude and behaviour is Inhuman. the way they talk like we are beggers and they are giving us free service. Not only they are downgrading themselves but also they are downgrading Indane brand name. Due to these kind of people, common people suffer.they are anti social element

Dear sir,
Am raising the complaint aganist the miss behaviour of staffs in counter.They are harassing the consumer like that we the consumer are slave of them.The attitude of the staff is irritating the consumer and they think that we the consumer are their in front of them asking for issuing cylinder at free of cost.The top priority has given to the consumers.They are harassing the aged persons also like beggers.Take respective measures to solve the issue.

I am regular customer at IOC petrol pump Near Pawan Cinema GT Road Ghaziabad . There is one lady who always insist that customer should come to her machine for petrol . She manipulate the zero figure cleverly and customers are cheated . I always take 200 petrol and on 14.9.2014, it was very less when i complained she started shouting along with other operators. Very rude . Strict action required. I am Legal adviser, Ministry of Petroluem & NG sitting at Shastri Bhawan., New Delhi.

Dear Sir, I have been transferred from one state to another. My earlier gas connection was from Bharat Gas and at new location it is only one distributor of Indane only. As there is no choice for LPG distributors, I submitted all my documents like TV, ID Proofs, House Rent Agreement, Affidevits and whatever papers your Indane distributor told to submit. After 5 days, still I am not able to get my cylinder and managing to outsourced the gas cylinder while he has verified the addreess, checked kitchen and others (Which are not required when I submitted the House Rent Agreement and My Photo ID Prooves). May I know that how much time it take for you to harrash any customer and what exactly is the procedure. I remind that when earlier, I transferred it in same situation to Delhi, there it took hardly one hour to collect LPG cylinder . When you people can not follow the Government Norms, where it is clearly mentioned that within 24 hours the LPG distributor shall arrange to release the connection; then why you say that your services are fa better, yes you are the oldest cmpany (Indane). Please reply because here in this blog nowhere I am finding the solution or the Action taken by concerned companies... Either this site is made that people can release their frustation or to feel satisfied that complain has been lodged and soon it will be rectified. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE FOOL AND GIVE ADVISE AS PEOPLE ARE HERE TO GET YOUR OPINIONS AND ACTIONS...
