Dear Sir, I am a retired Defence Personnel. My consumer no is [protected](9697). I have my transfer voucher, which i took to Aladin Agency, Andul Road. Howrah-9 for connection. The manager over there denied me the transfer saying that he is in minus stock and behaved very rudely. He said he will only give me connection after Lakshmi Puja and not before that. However i am in urgent requirement of gas connection as my parents are moving out to a new location and taking the present gas connection with them. the behaviour of that gentleman was very bad and unacceptable. if this is the behaviour metted to a defence personnel then this is a very sorry state of affair and i am imagining the problem that a common man faces due to such kind of person in power. It is requested that appropriate action may please be initiated against the manager of the above said agency and the needful may please be done to help me get the gas connection as early as possible. Even the angle of Minus stock may please be investigated with an intimation to me.He refused to give anything in writing and said you go wherever you want. Regards Brijesh Kumar Rai [protected]

    I am consumer of Sona Gas agency Vasant Kunj New Delhi 110070. Consumer number: 51216. I have been making bookings for my gas cylinder for the past 3-4 months but no such cylinder has been delivered to me. I filed a complaint in the gas agency but no steps were taken. Now, when i call they don't pick up the phone. All the documents such as the adhar card has already been submitted. Last booking number: 583694

          Against my booking reference No.248697 through IVRS No.[protected], I received a SMS on 18.09.2014 regarding cylinder delivery under Cash Memo No.[protected]. On 22.09.2014 I received another SMS stating that "Your refill booking 248697 stands cancelled. The same problem happened with my last booking also. But when I approached the distributor "Ranie Enterprises, Chennai-600061 in person, the cylinder was delivered. This time the same distributor advised me to raise another booking on 23.09.2014 (No.261626) promising me immediate delivery. But I am helpless. Nothing has happened. What is happening for bookings through IVRS. What is the reason for non delivery even after cash memo generation and for such ill advice by the distributor.

            I have been transferred from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. I submitted the TV from the BPCL dealer Vayusena Gas Service, Dist Code 117461, Air Force Station Hakimpet to the Command Gas Service, INS Circars (NSB), Visakhapatnam on 19 September 2014. I also submitted photocopies of the Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, Pan card and the KYC form duly filled along with the photograph. The Command Gas Service is yet to action my TV stating reason of not been able to read the TV number. When I showed them the TV number which was also clearly written on the top they started making excuses that the computer system was not accepting when they filled the details. It is 25 Sept already and how long will a customer have to wait for these people to do their job. It is therefore requested that suitable intervention is required to get the system on correct lines. [protected] (YADU INDANE GAS AGENCY) but i did not received cylinder & i received the message from iocl to my registered mobile no. cash memo [protected] generated cylinder shall be delivered shortly, but till date i do not received the cylinder so pl take necessory action againt distributor & resolve my problem on priority.

                  Dear Customer service Refilll booking done for consumer number yy11208 on 18th September.. Not yet received the refill... Generally the refill comes within a week... Earlier for this consumer number whenever we use to book for refill it never use to accept the landline number given on record "Message use to come as you cant book refill from this number. Hence gave for new mobile number to be saved against this consumer number and later booked from the new number... Booking has been done but not yet received the refill.                         I insisted on making a new connection in PUJA GAS SERVICE under Indane Gas co. Limited. For this I applied through online. My online submitted KYC No. Is [protected], KYC Date- 05/08/2014, Waitlist No-[protected]. I went to the distributor's office along with necessary documents. But they did not received my application. Instead they manhandled me. This is my second complaint. I did not get any assistance from anywhere though repeatedly complained. What will I do now? Please tell me.

                              Sir, my name is baburajan pillai vd, from aroor, alappuzha, kerala. My consumer no is 3206. My gas agency is with bhagawathy gas, aroor. I have booked my refill on 06 aug 14 vide booking no202871. I have received a message on 13 sep 14 that my cash memo has been generated against my booking no. 202871 vide cash memo no [protected]. Till today i have not been supplied with the refill. On 16 sep i have contacted the delivery man and he said the cylinder is available ane he will deliver it with in the next day. Where as he hasn't turned up. There are two phone nos in the gas agency, i have tried to contact them number of times but always the is fauly or not picking. You are requested ot please look into the matter at the earliest and resolve the problem.

                                    I am N.Krishnan, Consumer No.5045 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have Booked My cylinder on and September 18 the gas agency had made the billng and in my mobile number the message alert also came. After that I have enquired the gas agency and they told september 19th they will distribute the cylinder. September 20th also I have waited for the cylinder and I called up the agency that time they told come and collect the cylinder. I am a senior citizen aged 77 years and one side of my body is almost paralysed. The office staff is behaving very rudely to me and I have filed on line complaint to IOC, Cochin and my complaint No. is [protected] but no action has initiated against them. So kindly take immediate action against Mini gas Agency, Kundara as the staff of them are behaving very badly. Even today also I didn't get the gas.Urgent please.

                                      I had booked for a rfill which was acknowledged by an SMS on[protected] reading: “Booking for consumer number 30488 is registered and the booking reference number is 50436.” On[protected] I received the following SMS: “Against your refill booking 50436, cash memo [protected] generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly” On[protected] I received another SMS stating: “Cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 504346 with cash memo [protected].” But this delivery has not been made to me. I sent the following SMS to [protected] today: “Gas cylinder booking reference 50436 not yet delivered.” To this I got a reply SMS today: “Booking for consumer number 30488 is registered and the booking reference number is 507563.” Nothing is mentioned about the gas cylinder that was to be delivered t me against my earlier booking and cash memo [protected]. I again sent the following SMS to [protected] today: “Got SMS from you at 14.20 on[protected] stating that cylinder was delivered against my refill booking 50436 with cash memo [protected]. But this delivery was not made to me. Please effect this delivery to me without further delay.” To this I received a reply SMS stating: “You have booked a refill on[protected] with booking No.507563.” This is just unacceptable.                                         Sir/madam, IOL, santoshima nagar, old safilguda, secunderabad-500056, Telangana. This filling station has filles less oil to customers. for example they take 200 but they fill 190.10 like this for every filling they get something o[censored]p to 90 paise. Please solve this issue ASAP. Thanks Purushotama reddy
