We are the Indance gas customer and we have been suffering every month for refill delivery. Every month, we book the refill and then after 15 days, we need to put a complaint at Customer care number. Our distributor is Bhattanagar Gas Agency, Howrah, West Bengal. Please take an immediate action against this.It is very painful day by day to face this problem.

Sir,
my name is Sushila Devi my indane gas connection no is 2591. My gas connection is attached from Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency. I have booked my gas cylender on date[protected] by my registered mobile no [protected].Sir but till now I am not received my cylinder.
Sir, this problem is repeted again and again no one care after complaint.please deliver my cylinder shortly.

    dear sir, I nandita cxhatterjee, my consumer number is 34672.my gas cylinder war deliverd by MODERN GAS AGENCY.Last 28/08/2014 recived cylinder.10/09/2014 booked another cylinder but till now they are not delivery this cylinder.i visit agency but they are not coaperate.before 1mothe cylinder was not deliverd.         I have booked gas on 04/09/14 and they have given me booking No.805347. After 35 days I have not received any cylinder or any delivery related sms from Indance. This is not only my problem .. maximum customers of KONNAGAR GAS SERVICE (W.B) wait for gas till 35-45 days every year of PUJA Season. cust.no.016709. Anjali Dutta.             My consumer no. is 23503 and distributor is Nedus distributor kolkata. I booked a cylinder on 26/09/2010 thru my registered phone no. andbooking reference no. was 733247. on 10/10/2014 . I recd. a sms stating that booking stands cancelled without giving any reason. Then again on 10/10/2014, i booked vide ref. no.738522 on 10/10/2014. Now today again, i recd. a sms stating my booking stands cancelled.Now onwards iam unable to book on phone since no option is being given. I dont know what to do. pl. help--MLJAIN

            My consumer No.29193 in Rahul Gas Service at Varanasi, My refil booking No. is 248844 which has been cancelled on dated 28.11.14, Disttributer is not picking up the phone No. [protected] and also [protected]. at 1337 hrs on dt. 29.11.14 to enquire the reason. Please look into the matter.
            Dear Sir,
            Our Indane Consumer Number is 58866. We are registered with M/s KARUNA GAS AGENCY, Surendra Nagar Near Jerryl Lawn, NAGPUR Land Line Number-[protected], Their services are atrocious, the refill is delayed on funny reasons. When we approach they tell that the person had been to your house which was locked. Where as that is not true at all. Our house never ever remain closed. I booked on line on 17Feb2015 & was allotted Booking No- 240389 & now On 08 March I get a massage that my booking is cancelled, When I went to enquire from the dealer they are indeed discourteous & shabbily disorganized not to reply to your queries. Pleas look in to the functioning of this agency or else allot it to some one who can organize the distribution properly.

                It has been 66 days till now, no one has delivered a cylinder . Even after proper booking, no gas cylinder is delivered . Another problem is that they have not given any cash bill with the delivery . When we went to the SHELLY GAS AGENCY, NETTAYAM with 2 empty cylinders, we were not able to get cylinders from them. Their irresponsible behaviour is a major problem for everyone . We are not able to say our problems to them because of their dirty conversation. We are requesting you to take a major action against these issues. our distributor code is 4520398.

                    I Dr.Sriprakash Mohanty, consumer No.05917 serviced by M/S. Baby Gas agency at Dhenkanal-759001, Odisha state. I had booked for a cylinder from my mobile No. [protected] and received acknowledgement at 12.51 PM on Thursday, 09/10/2014 vide reference No.216141. At 16.33 hrs I received message regarding generation of cash memo No.[protected]. On 10.10.2014 at 19.45 hrs, I received SMS that the cylinder has been delivered, without delivering itactually to me ! I rang up to the agency in their telephone no.[protected] but it was not functional. I suspect, my cylinder has been diverted illegally by the mischivious staffs during the festive season Laxmi Puja going on at my place. THEY TOLD ONCE AGAIN REGISTER AFTER THAT CYCLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED. No proper guidance, as a working we face problem for cooking. Take necessary action against the prasanna gas, korattur and advice them proper delivery of the cyclinder. They do such activities so many times. selvi korattur.

                            My consumer No. cx-3968049, consumer name: Radha, Distributor : Pazhassinadu Gas Agencies, Peravoor, Kannur District, Kerala. I had booked a refill on 22-Aug-2014 (Booking Ref No. 201543). Two weeks back, I got a message from Indane, saying that your refill is ready and will be delivered shortly. When I asked the distributor, they says it is not ready, next week they will give, but even after one week, they are not giving the refill. Now also they says, next week. Please look into this matter and do the needful to get the refill. The behaviour of the distributor is not at all satisfactory.                               Hi, i have given 2 written complaints and also contacted Retail sales officer Sachin kumar sonar regarding non availability of air the Rourkela IOCL petrol pump located near bisra munda chowk at Rourkela. Today the staff even did not allow me to book a complaint and manhandled me and told me to contact DGM. even after so many complaints, the air filling at this petrol pump is Out of Order from last 3 months. Please do something in this regard,

                                      My wife mrs s.Latha is having gas connection at annai saradha gas services tiruchirappalli. The consumer no is 37275. My wife has gone for sudden major operation at chennai. She is advised for complete rest for 6 months post operation. Hence she is unable to procure indane gas for more than 6 months. However we down loaded reactivation form as prescribed in sl/1601 dated 11/07/2012 & handed over the same to the agency on[protected]. The agency in turn sent the mechanic on[protected] after our continous follow up, the mechanic advised to meet area officer. When we met area officer, he advised to meet gas agency. Thus the matter is dilly dallying. Pl help to reactivate the same

                                        This complaint is with regard to the customer service in Deepa Gas Agencies (Indian Oil). Addr: 93, Gangadheeshwar Koil Street, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 084. Indane Gas Distributor SAP CODE NO: 117530. Complaint against - The delivery boy and Manager of Deepa Gas agency Complaint: Today there is a scheduled power cut in our Area, hence there is no power between 9 am and 5 PM. We stay in an apartment in the 3rd floor. The delivery boy from Deepa Gas agency came today and said since there is power cut and the lift is not working he will leave the Gas downstairs and asked us to bring it up when the power comes. I refused to it and said, that's not acceptable and he will have to deliver it at home. That guy then raised his voice and said he cannot bring it up. When I objected and told him that I will be forced to complaint to the agency he handed me the slip and said "call" To my shock the agency took it very lightly first and said that they will not deliver the cylinder to our apartment. When I asked him as to what will he do if they had to deliver the cylinder to a customer who does not have lift in his house - He said, "we will not deliver" When I refused to this and said that this is not acceptable and being in the service industry they should look at the consumers need and not their comfort. To this the Manager raised his voice and spoke very rudely and said - "if you have money go and buy in black, we will not deliver the cylinder" and he kept the phone. This is the most inappropriate behaviour I have seen from a vendor. Feedback about Manager - He does not know how to deal with his customers. Very poor skills in handling customer queries, doesn't know to converse in English, Doesn't treat customers with dignity, bangs the phone instead of handling and solving the query, no interest in solving the query, doesn't care about the customer discomfort and the bad name the agency and Indane will face because of him. COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR Feedback about the delivery Personnel - Very arrogant, lays his own terms to delivery the cyclinder (availability of Lift, extra money) doesn't follow Indane rules and speaks rudely with the customers. If any of the Indane officials are viewing this complaint then its high time you act on it. I have already reported about how this agency books cylinders on our name and blacks it. Now, they have unacceptable terms in even delivering the cylinders on time. Just because the agency has huge customer base their behaviour is very unethical. This will and is already spoiling the name of "Indane" as a company. If Indane doesnt take any action that means they carry the same attitude which is very disappointing for a customer like us who are associated with Indane for decades.
