Dear sir,
Am raising the complaint aganist the miss behaviour of staffs in counter.They are harassing the consumer like that we the consumer are slave of them.The attitude of the staff is irritating the consumer and they think that we the consumer are their in front of them asking for issuing cylinder at free of cost.The top priority has given to the consumers.They are harassing the aged persons also like beggers.Take respective measures to solve the issue.

    I am regular customer at IOC petrol pump Near Pawan Cinema GT Road Ghaziabad . There is one lady who always insist that customer should come to her machine for petrol . She manipulate the zero figure cleverly and customers are cheated . I always take 200 petrol and on 14.9.2014, it was very less when i complained she started shouting along with other operators. Very rude . Strict action required. I am Legal adviser, Ministry of Petroluem & NG sitting at Shastri Bhawan., New Delhi.

      Dear Sir, I have been transferred from one state to another. My earlier gas connection was from Bharat Gas and at new location it is only one distributor of Indane only. As there is no choice for LPG distributors, I submitted all my documents like TV, ID Proofs, House Rent Agreement, Affidevits and whatever papers your Indane distributor told to submit. After 5 days, still I am not able to get my cylinder and managing to outsourced the gas cylinder while he has verified the addreess, checked kitchen and others (Which are not required when I submitted the House Rent Agreement and My Photo ID Prooves). May I know that how much time it take for you to harrash any customer and what exactly is the procedure. I remind that when earlier, I transferred it in same situation to Delhi, there it took hardly one hour to collect LPG cylinder . When you people can not follow the Government Norms, where it is clearly mentioned that within 24 hours the LPG distributor shall arrange to release the connection; then why you say that your services are fa better, yes you are the oldest cmpany (Indane). Please reply because here in this blog nowhere I am finding the solution or the Action taken by concerned companies... Either this site is made that people can release their frustation or to feel satisfied that complain has been lodged and soon it will be rectified. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE FOOL AND GIVE ADVISE AS PEOPLE ARE HERE TO GET YOUR OPINIONS AND ACTIONS...
      I was transfered from vizag to ghy. I had a HP connection in vizag . I came to guwahati with a transfer voucher. And aplied here in hansa gas agency more then A month ago. My name Is Krishanu Borah.

        The gas agency in bangalore called viresh and indiane gas they are best explains of failed, ineffecant, corrupt goverment enterprise its been 21days i have booked a refill its still not delived and the customer care refuses to register a complaint and most these guys have ego and bad manners, do not help wounder why they are paid salary fromthethe fromfromthethfromthetfromthfromtfrofromthethefromthettataxtax payay

          I am one of the consumer of indane, but as a consumer I cant get cylinders on time and also service provide by the agency is also very bad .Our agency name is "Ammal " [Kattakkada], majority of the of the cosumer from these agency quit to other sources of gas company because of these problem.They try to sell the cylinders on high price to other hotels and all .I felt that they dont have any routine manner in the supply of cylinders they make their on rules in delivering the cylinders .So sir please help us to solve these problem

            Dear Sir, As we booked cylinder On 31.08.14 a refill for indane gas vide reference no. 200445, till the date we did not receive the cylinder. Although he has send me the cylinder status is delivered on date 3-9-14 and reference no. 203535. when we asking to the dealer (DIWOLIYA GAS AGENCIES, NADIGAOUN, TES - KONCH DIS- JALAUN 285205), they are not giving reply, may be these people's are doing black marketing by selling on higher price's . so its my humble request do the need full .               Dear Sir, I have a Indane Gas connection whose bearing consumer no. is 1534. Sir M/s Mount Gas Enterprises required us to submit a New Gas Registration Form alongwith with relevant document on our old/existing connection which is absolutely a contemplating issue that why they required such a form to be submitted when an old connection already exist. 1)The said enterprises misconduct and misbehaved and denied us to provide any gas cylinder on our old connection. 2)We admit several attempts with the said enterprises but we recives evasive replies. 3) the said enterprise several time threats us that they would not provide a gas cylinder on our old connection unless, untill we submit a New Connection Form alongwith relevant documents which is clearly a abuse of power. 4) that i shocked and surprised the said enterprises gives evasive replies by saying '' go to consumer court or call any authority we do not care'' such an reply was a serious matter of concern which reflects a monopoly marketing behaviour which is unbearable and unethical. This chain of acts by the enterprise reflects a suspicious marketing attitude and raise a serious question on a enterprise for a black marketing of Gas Cylinder by requiring New form to be submitted on old connection. Thus aggrieved by this we call upon you to to resolve this contemplating matter and provide us a fair treatment and take a stringent action against the M/s Mount Gas Enterprise

                My Consumer no is NR - 6339 in the name of Mr.Sumit Patole . I am residing in Shalimar Garden Ext-2, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P - 201005 .I had booked a new gas cylinder on 12.09.2014 . Today when it was delivered to me, 01 Kg gas was found to be less in the new gas cylinder . My distributor's name is M/s United Gas Agency, Secor - 3, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P . He is a routine corrupt distributor since the days the gas used to be booked directly at the distributor office . First his delivery man will persuade you to take the delivery of the gas cylinder in which the actual gas quantity will definitely found to be less . Then is you refuse to take that faulty cylinder, he will purposely delay your delivery of the next cylinder in order to harass you . I request the High Officials of the Indian Oil Company to kindly look into this anomaly and hunt for some better person in this Rajender Nagar Area so that the grievance of the many harassed customers like me is addressed properly .

                  Sir/Madam, This is to bring into your notice that against booking for consumer no. CX11177320, Consumer Name - Mrs. Shanti Prasad on dated 6.9.2014, booking reference no. 441643, cash memo no. [protected] there has been no cylinder delivery to this date even after receiving the sms for the same. Although Anand Gas Agency, Ashok nagar, Ranchi has been reminded several times but to no avail with false promise of delivery each time. Please look into it as due to non delivery I am facing lots of hardship.
                  i am facing same issue with GNS Gas service in Hyderabad. I also received sms that my gas has been delivered but actually it has not. Every time Gns gas service says they will deliver it by monday or some time. with false promises.

                    Dear Sir, On 16.08.14 booked a refill for indane gas vide reference no. 413906, cash memo generated on 02.09.14 and on 06.09.14 the same was cancelled. After consulting to the dealer (SHIVSANKAR AGENCIES, PORUR, CHENNAI-116), we rebooked the gas on 06.09.14 vide reference no. 432610, cash memo generated on 08.09.14 and again the same was cancelled on 10.09.14. Again we re-booked on 10.09.14 vide reference no. 436157. But till date no cash memo generated and also no gas delivered to us. We are also not getting any response from the agency.                       Respected Sir, we would like to inform you that from last one week we are contacting the distributors from uppuguda, hyderabad, telangana for the distribution of gas cylinders. When ever we make call they are not even showing the courtesy to answer the call properly and when we are asking to distributor his also not responding us and his showing his attitude front us and his saying that you dont get cylinder where you want give complaint go and give. and we went and ask to agency manager his also giving the same answer, can you please take the action on them. there are many people facing the same problem here. From one week their response is the same. we are finding difficulty without gas cylinders, please do take the action as quickly as possible.                                 Respected Sir, Sub:- Cheating in Filling Petrol IOCL Date 6/9/14 On.6/9/14, at 10:30 am, I went to Singla highway filling station Palwal (HARYANA) to fill petrol in my car Alto No. HR52A 3527. I asked the station employee to put petrol of Rs 500.The employee had put Rs 70/- petrol in a bike just before me. I slepped got down from my car and opened the tank. But before I could see the zero at the petrol pump meter, the employee started putting petrol in the car's tank. Since I did not saw the zero, I immediately stopped him and told him that he had started from '70' and not '0'. Me and the employee had a quarel / fight after that after which, Pawan Singla came to intervene and then both of them apologized for the same. But I know it is not a mistake This petrol station often do because on 27/8/14 Rohan motore have abo launched compliant against them in palwal comp, police station (FIR no. 446/14) A to them, they used to send the sold new cars of their showroom at this petrol pump with a shop of 7 Lt. and then used to make payments for the same but the employees at this pump. unitedly put only 3 lts of petrol in the are and distribute the amount of 4 Lts of petrol between employees of Rohan motors. When I gone told this information to my sales officer, Mr. Bhatia on his phone, and made him talk to the pump own - pawan sighla and asked for the complaint book, petrol receipt and refile statement but he refused I again called my sales officer but the number was busy. Then he called me back and said that I will get the complaint book but I didn't got anything because my sales officer Mr. Bhatia had a strong connection/ of 10 cl Petrol pump in faridabad region which he uses for adulteration of petrol and meter. Kindly do the necessary of the above mentioned seam and the petrol pump shall be sealed/ceize untill the Jaanch is not completed. Later, the pump owner mr pavan sighla (dhamkaya)that I can do nothing against them and I might be killed for the same. Sir, please find attached voice recording of call me and Mr. Bhatia (sales officer) and calls from pawan singhla to me this is how they fooled by putting 430 petrol and charging me Rs 500 with this, they have ruined the name of IOCL. They have opened a Bank of Maharastra account to give Cheque's for surety . (received through sms). Till today I didn't get the supply. When I enquired in the office they gave me the contact no. of the delivery boy. when I contacted him he said he cannot deliver the cylinder to my current residential address.9 But other residents are of the same locality getting cylinders from hp gas.). When I complained regarding the same to the office people also they also didn't respond properly. my gas cylinder is over & I don't have any other modes for cooking. because of this my family facing lot of problem. I tried calling the customer care[protected], the call is on hold but no executive is coming online. I took the number of Indian oil corporation ( [protected]) and tried calling but thy are also not picking the call. hence I have lodged a complaint in KOSHa also.

                                        I am Uma Banerjee, Indane Customer- Customer No. [protected](40463) booked for cylinder on 27.08.2014 but till date (09.09.2014) I have not received cylinder. The distributor is Chatterjee Hat Gas Service, 93, Sarat Chatterjee Road, Howrah-711102, WB and I am residing at 103/3, Sarat Chatterjee Road, Chatterjeehat, Howrah- 711102, West Bengal. The usual practice of last few occasions of delivering booked cylinder is more than 10 days. Since 01.04.2014 I have booked only two cylinder and this the third one - is a indicator that I am not misusing the gas. Requesting Indane authority to look into the matter seriously and to deliver the booked cylinder within 7 days from the date of booking to overcome our problem.
